Kona Coast Resort #1-301 is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with fantastic ocean views and all of the amazing amenities of a 5-Star Resort!

Relax watching amazing sunsets from this large, top floor light and bright corner unit. This three-bedroom/two-bathroom condo is absolutely stunning and larger than most, with 2000 sq ft.
High vaulted open beam ceilings, large windows, and spacious sliding glass doors create a light, airy and spacious living area. Outdoor living with more than 380 sq ft of lanai with a BBQ, lounge chairs, and an outdoor table/chairs.
The large kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook casual or gourmet meals.
With occupancy up to 6 guests, there is plenty of room for extended family and friends. The large primary bedroom is ensuite, opens onto the beautiful lanai, and features a king-sized bed. The primary master bath includes double sinks and a walk-in tile shower enclosure.
The very spacious 2nd bedroom offers beautiful mountain views & another king bed.
Upstairs in the loft has a brand new, queen size bed. The large loft also has a dedicate work (or gaming) space.
The condo has a washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella, a wagon, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience.

Condo was very well equipped. Except had no tissues, only 1 roll of paper towels, and a partially full tiny bottle of dishwashing soap.The view was spectacular, and we enjoyed the great sunsets.Good directions for TV and AC but remotes were difficult to use, maybe low batteries.BBQ wworked well, it was nice having our own.
The condo was amazing! It had everything we needed to have a great vacation. The hosts were awesome and great to work with. They provided some good ideas for us to do during our stay.
