The Place - Complimentary parking, AC, Wi-Fi. Standard amenities including hair-dryer, shampoo, conditioner and beach towels upon request! You may even request boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chair and cooler for your drinks. Beach toys are based on availability.

Great location and we loved the lanai
The wonderful lady at the front desk was extremely helpful! The complex was clean and quiet and so quaint. The unit itself was very clean easy to access. The parking was very adequate.
Our recent stay at this VRBO property was an absolute disaster, forcing us to check out within 12 hours due to uninhabitable conditions. We immediately had to seek alternative accommodation at another hotel, incurring significant unexpected costs and disrupting our travel plans. Upon arrival, we were met with multiple serious issues: Bug Infestation: We discovered clear evidence of bugs on the mattresses, including visible bugs and their droppings. This is a severe health and safety concern and made the property impossible to sleep in. We are contemplating legal action Widespread Pest Problem: there was a noticeable ant infestation throughout the property, including in the kitchen and living areas. Unacceptable Cleanliness: The overall cleanliness was appalling. We found dirty utensils and mugs in the kitchen, indicating a lack of proper sanitation between guests. Safety Hazard with TV: The television setup presented a clear safety hazard, with insecure mounting that posed a risk of falling. Completely Unresponsive Host: Despite the severity of these issues, attempts to contact the host were met with complete unresponsiveness, leaving us without any support or resolution during our critical time of need. The combination of these critical issues made the property unsafe, unsanitary, and entirely unsuitable for a stay. We expected a safe and clean environment, and what we encountered was a stark contrast. This experience was incredibly stressful and costly.
We stayed our last night on the island and wanted to be close to the airport.
Our stay was beautiful, accommodations were perfect for us! The condo was well stocked with essentials as well! Parking was definitely our only “issue” but as long as you get back early, you’ll be able to find a parking spot! Parking across the road isn’t bad either, traffic is really in that area.
Listing bragged about full kitchen. It was ok. Was given one hand towel, No dish rag for 10 days. Usually we find at least one morning of coffee to get us through but alas, nothing. Knives were super dull. No pot holder or tongs for bbq. I did ask for a rice cooker and they did buy one but found one already there which was weird. Sliding door was a beast to open with a broken handle, which they did fix it. Had difficulties with door lock due to low batteries. Held us up as it was hard to get ahold of someone. The number i was given was a wrong number. Be prepared for having no where to put your clothes and no bedside tables. Overall, the place was clean and we made it work. Compared to other rentals weve stayed at with similar cost this was just ok. already thereNo extra blanket
The location of this property is hard to beat. On site amenities, friendly property staff and well maintained common areas were a few of the highlights. Property manager was easy to communicate with. The condo was as depicted in the online photos. Beach gear (chairs, umbrella, cooler) were available. I would booked again.
I really enjoyed my stay here, unfortunately it was only for one night. The location is amazing, and the balcony overlooking the pool is just beautiful!
Great location.
Overall this is a good place to stay. I gave it 4 stars because the parking was stressful. As stated in previous reviews the parking fills up pretty early. One day we got back at 5 and took the last street parking spot available. Also, we had to ask for beach towels to be provided but it seems like that should be a given. The location is fantastic, lots of restaurants within walking distance and the complex is across the street from the ocean. The property manager was prompt to respond to our requests and delivered beach towels, chairs, and a cooler to us when we asked if they could be provided. The room is basic with just the bare necessities but very clean which is always appreciated.
Great stay—loved the sauna
You can't beat the location. The staff at the front desk was very helpful with great dining recommendations. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but was very clean and offered a great night sleep. The property itself is clean and has the basics for your stay. The property is romantic, charming, and beautiful with lush landscaping, walkable to all the local dining, shopping, and right next to the coastline. Parking is free but not plentiful. If you do not return to the property by 3pm you will need to forage for parking on the street and that goes quick in this area. Lots of people circling the complex fighting for parking spaces. That did not detract from our vacation. I am still unable to get a receipt to use for travel reimbursement from my employer, so if you need that you might want to investigate that first. VRBO receipt will only show their fees, not what you pay for the actual accommodations. VRBO will tell you the host has to provide that. We have been unable to get one, so are attempting to make our own by piecing together screen shots and emails. I would definitely stay here again, but only for vacation not business travel needs.

The place is very comfortable and quite and have everything that we need. I liked hanging out and eating at the porch that is overlooking the pool and lush garden. I will certainly stay at this place again.
We were happy with the location as it was in central Kailua area with easy walks to water & retaurants etc. It was quiet and had a nice hot tub, pool and green areas.
There was no address that linked us to the property or name of property on my receipt. Could not get ahold of owner and actually found it by chance with the address numbers we were able to get from Expedia. The map on the email was not correct. The pool and surrounding area was very nice. The condo was clean and set up well however, there was no tissue, dinner knives, can opener or any barbeque utensils to use. The one knife we had was completely dull. No plastic wrap or foil either or salt and pepper. Also the sliding glass door was very hard to open. That being said, the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Had a beautiful view of the bay.
A quiet retreat from a busy area. The grounds were well kept and the Property owner was very prompt in responding to any questions. It was clear that the owner understands the needs of visitors by providing beach towels, coolers inflatable gear for the swimming pool, etc.
Nice pool and gardens, walk to dining, shopping and seaside. Bed was really hard though.
Small, clean, great location. No sound on the television—remote not working properly after many attempts. Owner should provide written directions for controls on fan, tv, etc.
