Your ocean-front penthouse condo is located on the fourth floor of a 4-story building where parking is on the 1st floor (even your car will have an amazing view!). Take the stairs to walk off last night's mai tai or enjoy the free ride on the elevator. The renovated pool and jacuzzi are located in the atrium, right next to the open-air lounge, where you can snuggle up with a book or play a game with friends or family! And we are one of the few complexes & units that have air conditioning! Centrally located, you will be close to everything you want to do in Kailua-Kona or Keauhou or any of the surrounding communities. Or take a day trip to Volcano National Park, Green Sand Beach, Hilo or Waimea. Manta Ray snorkel/dive trips, hiking, surfing, paddleboarding, canoeing, shopping. Or wait, you COULD just enjoy the privacy and view on your lanai. There are endless possibilities!
Inside your condo you will found a newly remodeled unit with all the comforts of home, including a blender, air fryer, Keurig & full-size coffee pot, coffee grinder, & toaster. We provide lots of dishes, utensils, pots & pans and even a high-chair for your little ones. There is a pack-n-play located in the master bedroom closet, as well. Don't worry, we also provide dish/dishwasher, & hand soap, laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. If you aren't sure if you need to bring something, feel free to message me! For groceries, we suggest placing an order at Costco &/or Walmart for pick-up and just grab them on your way home from the airport or have them delivered.

The entire condo is your private oasis for your dream vacation in Hawaii! You will have access to the entire resort including the pool, hot tub, gas grills, guest services, open air lounge, beach, one parking space and more.
Other things to note
We have Da Poke Shack, the island's most popular Poke and Hawaiian Plate restaurant right here in our building! Rated #1 of 145 restaurants in Kailua-Kona, they have Poke, Shrimp, Lau Lau, Kalua Pork, and even vegetarian and gluten free options. Eat there or take your plate back to your private lanai and enjoy watching whales breach (Nov-May), the famous Banyans Surf Spot, or spinner dolphins!

Even though we provide lots of amenities like snorkel equipment and various spices, we do not sanitize those items between guests, so please take that into consideration.

We don't do mid-stay cleaning normally but if that is something you are interested in, please reach out and we will discuss if that is something we are able to provide for you.

"This place was exactly what we needed to close out our trip across the islands. Watching the sunset over the ocean and drifting asleep to the sound of the waves was such a blissful experience. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and more, including a high chair and beach gear, which we made good use of. I even enjoyed reading the books on the shelf. As peaceful as it was, it was still super close to restaurants, shops, and the best shaved ice we had on the trip. Although our favorite food was the poke restaurant located in the building. Thank you for the five star experience that exceeded our expectations!"
