The unit was clean, comfortable but not what we expected. We expected a house not a one bedroom condo on the third floor up four flights of stairs
This place had everything that we needed. The communal BBQs were great to use, especially the ones along the beach where you could watch the sunset. The laundry within the unit was so helpful (laundry soap provided). The location is a short drive (or walk) to great beaches and farmers markets. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I wished it had was a little laundry line on the deck to hang beach towels since you can't have them along the railing and there is limited spots inside the unit.
Air conditioner should be in the bedroom.
Nothing wrong with the condo itself. It was clean and spacious. We should have chosen something better though, our fault. If you don’t mind the loud traffic this place is for you. It’s right on the street so the traffic was extremely loud we could barely hear each other talk on the balcony or in the living room You’re better off choosing one of their rooms that’s facing the ocean so you can get a view and more quiet time.
Excellent central location and loved the local goodies, toiletries, and washing machine detergent. A very nice touch!
Property upgrades were done well. It was immaculate and very comfortable.

No major complaints. Found Vacasa to be very responsive. Floor could have been cleaner and the rug in the living room seems like a bad choice because it has a lot of fibers that stick to feet or socks and get all over
A tired old condo. Dishwasher is broken, lots of ants, many of the dishes were dirty. No elevator as indicated in the amenities.
