Use the stainless steel appliances and gadgets in the full kitchen to cook it up and enjoy it on the wood dining table or outside on the lanai as an alfresco meal. Savor a refreshing swim in the shared pool or take a long hot soak in the resort hot tub.
This rental is located on the western side of the island. Soak up the sun on the nearby beach. You can also drive a mile down the coast to visit places like Keolonahihi State Historical Park and Magic Sands Beach Park or head into the heart of Kailua-Kona for shops, restaurants, and other attractions (three miles north). Visit Walua Trail, one-and-a-half miles away for some terrific hikes and local wildlife.

Very convenient location. There’s a popular poke spot right next to the building. Easy access to the beach. Only 10mins drive to grocery stores/restaurants. The unit is very clean. I like that they have a washer and dryer in the unit. It is somewhat noisy at night because the window is facing the street. But I sleep with earplugs anyways so that’s not a problem to me. There are a couple floating boards in the closet for us to use but there are no beach towels. I did see some beach chairs at the parking lot but I’m not sure if that’s for everyone.
This was a clean, easy to find, and was described just as it was. I would stay again.
Loved the separation from bedroom and patio area.
Loved that it was right on the water, the pool was nice. The AC is only in the living room but still cooled the area okay. We wish the lanai had an ocean view vs street, but that’s minor. Bed, sofa and chairs were comfortable.
Beautiful place to stay With a great location, cleans rooms and lovely staff! Can’t wait to come back.

We slept well here, enjoyed the space and the kitchen. The lanai looks over a parking lot and Alii drive though, so it is pretty much constant traffic noise.
Location was very nice, right on the beach. Decent pool along with small hot tub and Poke Shack right down stairs. Parking was abundant and staff was very accommodating. For the price, we were pleased.

Property is waterfront, which is cool, but apartment was a bummer. First, elevator was out of service...apparently for 2 months. Apartment was worn and a little mildew-y, but it's an old complex, it's on the shore, so that can be okay for a night or two...BUT THE SHOWER WAS USELESS. Hardly any water pressure and it was like taking a sponge bath. Way overpriced...this was really bad roadside motel quality...EXCEPT WITHOUT A USABLE SHOWER. Property manager offered about a $20 credit, which is a joke. Fortunately, it was only one night.
