There was no air conditioning. Customer service was very much lacking. Dishwasher and washer smell heavily of mold.

The view is beautiful and we like this calm neighborhood. This is our most favorite Hawaiian island. The VRBO is well set up and mostly comfortable aside from the main bed which has a plastic foam cover and that makes it very hot. Under this foam cover there are lots of urine stains. Yuk!We had one unfortunate experience while staying here. A smoke alarm started going off due to a dying battery that we couldn't fix ourselves. VASCA was not very responsive when we called to report this and it took multiple calls and more than three hours to get someone to come over and fix the issue. That was very disappointing because it was late at night and my children were trying to sleep and the noise was unbearable. They also would not let us check out a day earlier which we wanted to do after this annoyance. Shoot!

Awesome!Everything about this place was great! Lydia has thoughtfully created a space with all that we needed for our visit to include items/amenities in the unit & grounds. Beach chairs, towels and even an ice chest to borrow! Parking is very convenient. Location great. Place is very clean and is well represented by the pictures - especially the view! Lydia was responsive and when i contacted her about a hair dryer not working - she made sure i had one within the next 24 hrs even though i told her i could do without. I would stay here again with out question!! Thank you lydia

One hour before our stay, we were told they cancelled our reservation due to construction! Had researched and picked out this particular condominium due to location and decor. Was devastated. How rude and unprofessional can the owners be and obviously knew this prior to booking their place..a one hour notice is unacceptable.

This place has an amazing, well furnished balcony that was the highlight of our stay. Gorgeous view over the ocean, with palm trees and beautiful sunsets.The home itself is very nice, well cared for and very clean. It is managed by a company, Vacasa, not by an owner. Vacasa was very helpful and did a good job of making the home clean and enjoyable. But we missed the little things that you get with an owner managed location like area recommendations, kitchen staples like oil and seasonings. This was more like a long-stay hotel. Plenty of pans, blankets, towels, etc, just no personal touches.Overall it was a great stay, it is just our preference to have something more individualized and personal which is why we like using home rental sites.

The unit was very clean and adequately equipped. It was exactly as described. Sitting on the balcony watching the surfers and the waves was mesmerizing. The only thing to be aware of is that 4 adults might feel like the 2nd bedroom is pretty small. But it worked fine for us and it was not a surprise. Highly recommend.

The place was just as advertised. Amazing view! We loved sitting out in the morning having breakfast and watching the surfers from our lanai. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. Great place!

We love the sound of the ocean and the vistas from the lanai. The condo is nicely appointed and master bedroom and bath lovely and comfortable. The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived.

The location of this place is good. Right on the coast with great views of sunsets and surfers. The boogie boards came in handy and the amenities were fine. Check in time is at 4pm which is pretty late and should be more than enough time to get the place cleaned up given 11am check out. We were contacted and told the cleaning crew was very busy and the place would be ready a little after 4pm. It wasn't ready until almost 5, which sucked given we were exhausted after a long day of travel. Upon check-in we were then told the dishwasher was broken. The gal cleaning said we'd be refunded some money due to the late check-in and broken dishwasher, but we got nothing back. We were there a week and the dishwasher was never fixed.
