Good location and space!! Need some improvements like , carpet cleaning, a new trash can at the kitchen, and a fix on the window screen to avoid the entrance of cockroach.
Like the overall property but would pick a diff unit next time
The unit & location suited our purpose but lacked a dishwasher, properly functioning AC, little things like coffee filters, a cleaning sponge to properly clean pots & pans, glasses & utensils for 4 people which was the advertised capacity , a warning sign at the entry light switch turns off the internet modem as well as only 1 lamp in the living room, kitchen utensils that were actually functional rather than becoming wet noodles when you tried to use them, a citrus juicer
Nous avons eu un super séjour sur la côte Ouest de Big Island, notamment grâce à notre hébergement! Appartement très propre, très fonctionnel, bien équipé et surtout bien situé pour les différentes activités!
The condo was located in the perfect spot, close to the house other family members we’re staying in. My only complaint is the daily noise from the crew building the rock wall. Also need to let you know the towels had a sour/mildew smell.
The unit was fine for my needs as I was not frequently there. It was comfortable, and while the A/C does not cool all rooms I found the provided fan did a good enough job circulating air into the bedroom. The listing states there is a dishwasher, however, I did not see one. The washer/dryer is all the way across the street in a different building, as is the pool. There were a few minor things such as one of the hand towel racks falling out of the drywall (you could tell it had been patched several times before) and only one parking pass being provided although the listing states two are included (I had only one car and didn't ask for a second), but overall for the price it was a decent value.
Upon entering this property I noticed how dated all the furniture appeared. The Wi-Fi and cable was excellent The window Air condition did not cool all rooms. A fan was provided to help push cool air into the bedroom. We enjoyed being on the first floor. The pool was across the street in the other portion of icomplex. The staff was extremely helpful with our requests. They promptly delivered a new fan after the two we used did not work. The bed was not comfortable but rather lumpy. The gardens were pristine. I did find the kitchen and accessories suitable. Parking was not an issue. The washer for laundry was located across the street and was not free. Value for what you pay was comfortable. I would not stay in his property again.
Two major things I did not like are : no linens for the couch and it took 2 days to get. And listing says washer, while it’s across the road and requires quarters. Anything without washer machine inside apartment should not list it as available. Or at least mention that it’s shared. Location is nice, even though apparently there’s huge shortage of hands in Hawaii and getting breakfast in the morning can be a problem.
