The views are incredible. The place is gorgeous and very well appointed. Condo within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Our girls trip was perfect.
We had a leak (downstairs bedroom) in the cupboard after heavy rain showers. It did not reappear or happen with the Air Con on.The two sliding doors (upstairs bedroom) and lounge door to balcony could not be secured. CJK manager fixed one of the upstairs doors but not the others.The Air Con control in the upstairs bedroom was very difficult to operate due to either batteries or faulty on/off switch. The rooms were clean as was the lounge and kitchen. We washed the towels and hopefully left the kitchen as clean as we found it. We only had breakfast there each day.
Everything was great.
4 th stay in this unit. Like coming home to Hawaii. If you like Kona then this is the area to stay!

Property is in a perfect location to access all Kona has to offer. Listing is completely as advertised and very comfortably stocked. Really appreciate our time in this condo.
This is easily the best place we’ve ever stayed in Kona(our 7th trip). The location is dead center in Kailua-Kona and easy walking distance to loads of restaurants and activities. The condo itself has so many excellent qualities. Private covered parking(Jeep was always cool when we got to it). Condo is totally updated with nice furniture and lighting. 2 showers in the 3 bathrooms is great. Everyone can get ready at the same time. Full fully stocked kitchen is nice. The AC splits (something we’ve never used) kept the unit appropriately cooled. New washer dryer made it easier to pack less for a long trip. 2 outside patios, both with a side view of the ocean were nicely furnished. Property manager was super responsive when we had questions. This is seriously a 11 out of 10 stay. We’ve already booked next year! Mahalo!!

The condo is great! I will definitely be coming back to this location. Well stocked and comfortable beds. Location is perfect for walking the tourist area and central for driving to tourist destinations
Clean & tidy. 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. 1 bedroom downstairs with 3/4 bath ensuite. 1 bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bath ensuite 1: 3/4 bath with washer/ dryer. Beautiful ocean view from living room lanai. Mountain view from upstairs lanai. Have a fun relaxing time.
I let the property manager know some of these things but feel they are worth mentioning: pillows old and musty and mushy, sliding doors do not lock, left side levlour windows in main suite do not close and a couple are actually ready to fall out. Noise from music/bands at nearby restaurants went on until 2 am. We did appreciate the well stocked home with spices and coffee makers and extra bedding and towels.

We really enjoyed this property--especially having not one but two different decks to lounge around on. Every morning we would have our breakfast on the lower-level deck and gaze out at the goings-on in the bay--kayakers, competitive swimmers, tour boats. We would definitely stay here again.
it was a great place to stay close to the town everything within walking distance.
1) Breach of contract; no available washer dryer for our stay as cited in listing. This was a primary reason for selecting this property along with cleanliness. 2) Sliding Door Wall left open allowing geckos in the unit. 3) Sliding Doors had no locking mechanism and could allow entry via balcony access. 4) Multiple cockroach sightings 5) General cleanliness okay 6) Location excellent – great location in Kona 7) Property Manager, minimal assistance with placating attitude (e.g. day of arrival sent process to access property & when called implied sent much earlier, $25 gift card from Target for no washer, ridiculous for a property we paid a significant premium for, when informed sliders didn’t lock she pointed out we where on a higher floor…)
Excellent central location, we really enjoyed staying here. We spent most of our time admiring the view from the lanai.
