Crossing the street puts you at the water's edge and close to Hale Halawai Park, which features a rocky beach, a pavilion, and a grassy area, perfect for scenic picnics. You're also right in the heart of Kona, giving you unparalleled access to beaches, parks, fishing charters, and a plethora of local restaurants to sample. Fields close to the beach serve as lovely places to take the kids to frolic as you relax.
Inside, the open-concept living area provides plenty of room for comfortable lounging while keeping conversations going with the group chef as they prepare something in the full kitchen. The Keurig there will handle all your coffee needs and the shared gas grill is great if you'd rather sear your meals for a change of pace. Though it may be tempting to watch TV inside, the furnished lanai lets you feel the warm air while you stare into the sparkling ocean waters. As the sun goes down, take turns using the telescope to get an even better view of the picturesque landscape.
New fans to keep guests cool, a Bluetooth printer, and a private washer/dryer round out this vacation rental's conveniences.

Move in was terrible.It was late our time and the instructions were not clear. We called the company and woman who answered was NOT helpful.Shower for bedroom was not very good. Started at very cold then after 5 minutes turned very hot.Loved the ocean!
Very comfortable condo. Amazing view of the ocean. Walkable location (although as a result there is some road noise). No A/C, but we were OK in hot and humid weather with the ceiling fans.

An excellent condo. The view of the ocean is terrific. It's very close to places where you can walk for dinner. The kitchen is well supplied. It could perhaps use another comfortable chair with an ottoman in the living room and it seems like it takes a month for the hot water to reach the showers. It is not possible to adjust the water temperature in the shower in the non-master suite. These were very minor issues. The snorkel gear was excellent. It was a wonderful place to stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The unit was great and the view was amazing! Close to many great restaurants, shops and farmers market. There is a busy road in front of the condo and the bedroom window faces an open walkway .. can be noisy at times. Overall, good stay!
Great location. Great amenities: well stocked with everything you need Excellent bed. Great views Only problem is that you have to run the shower for 5-10 minutes before the water warms; for a state that claims to suffer drought with public signs encouraging water saving measures, this felt terribly wasteful
