This ground-floor Manualoha condo sleeps five in one bedroom plus a loft, with two baths and a breezy two-story layout that gives everyone a little breathing room. The main bedroom has air conditioning, while ceiling fans help the open loft stay comfortable. Cook in the kitchen, dine outside, then head to either of the shared pools, the hot tub, or the tennis courts before dinner. You are close to two beloved South Shore beaches, along with Poipu's restaurants, shops, and coastal paths. It is especially well suited to a couple with kids or a small group that wants a quieter home base without giving up the good stuff.
The Space:
A two-story layout separates the one bedroom from the loft and gives five guests two baths to work with. The main bedroom has air conditioning, and ceiling fans circulate the trade winds through the open upper level. Wood cabinetry and stainless appliances anchor the kitchen. Dine indoors at the table for six or outside on the patio, then head upstairs for sunset from the deck.
Guest Access:
Guests at Manualoha enjoy access to the communal pool and hot tub, with garden view grounds and step free access throughout this Poipu townhouse complex. Accessible height beds and toilets are available, and beach essentials are on hand for easy days by the water. A disabled parking spot and nearby laundromat add convenience.
The Neighborhood:
This corner of Poipu Kai is close to the beaches that make South Kauai so easy to love. Poipu Beach is a dependable stop for swimming and snorkeling, and Brennecke's is nearby when older kids want bodyboarding action. The neighborhood's paths make it simple to walk the coast, catch sunset, and reach the resort grounds. South Shore dining and shops are nearby, while Old Koloa Town is a short drive for a different pace. It is a green, relaxed base for families who want beach access without the feel of a busy hotel zone.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

Great location! Lots of beautiful paths to get you where you want to go. Could spend days just being there. House is stocked well, including all the beach items a family could use. Would stay here again!
Beautiful short walk to the beach. Property is well maintained. Air conditioning unit in primary bedroom which allowed for a good night sleep.
We had a great stay at this home in Kauai. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to cook meals during our trip. The location was wonderful—just a short walk to the beach—and it was great that beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkel gear were provided. We also really enjoyed the cute back patio, which was a nice place to relax after a day out.We did have a little trouble getting in when we first arrived, but the host responded quickly and got us access to a key, which we appreciated.The only issue we ran into was at the end of our stay. We tried to extend our visit through an offer on the platform, but it didn’t go through. When we reached out the day of, the management company wasn’t very helpful in trying to secure the additional day. They did offer to give us a little extra time before checkout, which was kind, but unfortunately that wasn’t communicated to the cleaners or owners, which created some confusion.Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and a great home base for enjoying Kauai.
It was a nice condo. The loft was a bit hot and it could use a/c in the entire condo. Furniture was a bit dated . Kitchen is wonderful and bathroom in the master room is nice. The other bathroom is very small. Overall it was good.
The building is nice and the overall complex is good, however the plantings, flowers, bushes and a large tree near the patio were recently removed. As a result there is a not good place to sit outside and enjoy the setting.
This was everything my group needed for our stay in the south shore. It's a bout a 3 minute walk to one beach, and maybe 6 minutes tops to the most popular one. Parking is unassigned and there are a lot of free spaces in the condominium area, so we were always able to get a space close to the front door. If you're worrying about the minimal AC - we went in July which is one of the hottest months, but the fans and screen doors made it easy to not feel too hot. Great stay!
We had a great time! It was just as expected. Nice kitchen. So close to the beach we could walk there. Kids had fun learning to surf. This was a great place for sleeping arrangements with grown children as they had separate beds. We left a few edible items in fridge and counter the staff can have.
We had a great vacation! The condo was in perfect proximity to the beach and restaurants (within walking distance). We loved the pools and being able to walk to Poipu beach to see the turtles and monk seals.
The three minute walk to Breneke's beach and Poipu Beach was perfect! The pool was beautiful with a great view! The condo was perfect for our family of four. Highly recommend this location!
We loved our vacation to Kauai and the location of this property. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the walk to the beach was short. We enjoyed the nearby restaurants and seeing the turtles and seals on the beach and in the water. The unit was perfect for us and our three kids. My only complaint was there was no salt and pepper so I had to buy some because we wanted to cook some breakfasts and dinners there. Usually there are basic cooking essentials like that. I left the salt and pepper I bought there for the next person. And, we emailed prior to our trip to ask if there were beach towels and the response said no. So we hauled our beach towels from home, only to find pool/beach towels there for us to use. Other than that, everything was just as described and pictured. There was a closet with beach supplies- boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. These were not in the listing so details like that could be added. We did not use the A/C, as the weather was mild and the shutters open and fans provided plenty of air flow.

This property is roomy, clean and very well stocked. It had everything we needed for a great stay in Kauai. The property itself is beautiful and quiet but within walking distance of several beaches, lots of activities and some restaurants. The pools were simple but clean and enjoyable. We would have enjoyed the outdoor seating area not being right off the parking/road side of the building. But there are so many things in Poipu and Kauai to do and enjoy and this is a great home base for that!
