Property Overview
Kolea 9L offers a nice view of the ocean along with close proximity to the Kolea Beach Club and the white sand beach at A'Bay. The villa has been nicely furnished to offer the utmost comfort in a vacation home.
The extended floor plan offers ample living space as well as two spacious bedrooms.
The living area has a nice Hawaiian feel with a sofa that faces the view. There are also two chairs that face the entertainment center with a big screen LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable. The large pocket doors off the living room open to the lanai and the view. The lanai has a table with four chairs and an additional club chair. There is also a stainless steel grill and wet bar for your use.
Just off of the living area is the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters along with stainless steel appliances. The dining area is spacious and seats six.
The guest bedroom is just off of the living area and has two queen size beds. Just in front of the beds is a chest of drawers with a television. There is a nice walk in closet with ample space.
The guest bath is equipped with dual vanities. A travertine tiled walk in shower is outfitted with a corner shower bench. The bath also holds an extra large deep soaking tub.
The master bedroom is just off the entry. Within this room you will find a king size bed with bedside tables and ample space. The bed faces a chest of drawers with an LCD television on top.
The master bathroom has two separate vanities on opposing walls. A travertine tiled walk in shower stands in the corner, surrounded by glass walls. Beside it lies a deep soaking tub enveloped by a wide golden travertine top.
This villa also has a complete laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There is also air conditioning and wifi.

I love the condo but i found myself driving 20 - 30 minutes south a lot. Airport, downtown kona, fishing charter, snorkeling, ect. Sure there are restaurants and shopping in Waikoloa but we are so far from a majority of stuff. The part of A-Bay that sits in front of this complex is very hazy. Not the best clarity for snorkeling. You need to leave and go to the west side of A-Bay for clear waters in the morning. The condo and complex are very nice. My condo was amazing. The pictures didnt do it justice. 2 full baths, separate full size tubs and showers, his and hers sinks, bbq, plenty of dishes, spices, condiments, cable tv, ice cold AC, mood lighting, close to the pool and beach, dedicated parking and plenty of beach toys/items. My only recommendation is changing the key situation. They should just have a coded lock on the actual door instead of a lockbox. Other than that, this place is turnkey and i absolutely love this condo
Beautiful condo in a fantastic location. The condo has all the amenities you need, very spacious, clean, and has a wonderful view. Kolea is a beautfully kept area with infinity pool and access to A-Beach for amazing sunsets. Queen and Kings market is a short walk for groceries, dining and shopping.
