Great property in a great location. We spent Thanksgiving there and were able to produce a full Thanksgiving dinner thanks to the greatly equipped kitchen.We will be back.
We had a wonderful week’s stay at this property. Everything is as advertised and we can’t wait to visit again. The owner was easy too communicate with.
The condo was beautiful, spacious, and simply WONDERFUL. The location was beyond perfect. We walked to the beach, pool, Kings and Queens Marketplace, Hilton, etc. We loved our stay and could not have selected a better place. The condo had everything we needed, including a wonderful lanai (with an ocean view), all necessary items for the beach, etc. I am very picky and put a lot of research into this trip. I could not have found a more wonderful place. It was a trip to remember. Thank you to the owner!!! PS. We all slept well, as the beds were so comfortable.
The condo was lovely with an amazing view of the grounds and ocean. Close to pool. Lots of room inside the condo and an amazing, comfortable kLanai!We had a few issues that were handled quickly and efficiently by a “handy man” that was great! The condo was a great place to spend a month!
The property was outstanding overall. The kitchen appliances and supplies were top notch as were the bathrooms and laundry room. In addition to these pluses, the location, the building and the beach club amenities were just as impressive making for a wonderful experience. The one area needing improvement is the quality of the beds and mattresses. The twin beds were not anchored to the headboard so they slid easily. The secondary king bed was very creaky and seemed worn. The master king matress sagged on the side forcing me to the center of the bed to get comfortable. Since these are not quick fixes, we did not want to disrupt our stay by complaining during our rental period. We managed okay and suggest that the beds be upgraded to match the high level of the rest of the condo as soon as possible.
The condo building and interior were excellent. Location is a short walk to the pool, and just a bit further beyond the pool to the beach. The beach was good for swimming / bobbing. It wasn't good for snorkeling or boogie boarding but maybe the waves were just low when we went. My only complaint is that the twin beds are absolutely terrible. They are not suitable for anyone but children. My 36 year old brother chose to sleep on the couch instead of that bed.
Generally it was lovely. We had to adjust sleeping arrangements due to listing of two double beds which in fact were two single beds. Also one of the king beds squeaked so loudly that it could be heard with every movement of the occupant. Other minor issues: half of the toaster was unuseable and ice did not come out of the ice maker. Despite issues, we had a wonderful time.
My husband, kids and in-laws all stayed in this gorgeous three bedroom. It was well appointed, had everything we needed, and had very easy access to both a pool and beach at A-bay. The owner was very responsive to any questions, I would definitely recommend.

Great location and a beautiful property. The property manager was easy to contact and was very responsive to questions about the penthouse and the amenities. Excellent access to the beach, a wonderful pool that the grandchildren loved and easy walking distance to Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops. We appreciated the property manager allowing us a very late checkout for an additional reduced rate on the final day as we had a late flight out that evening.
Nice quiet location and convenient to everything we needed
This property is very nice for a family get away. Pool area easy to access with plenty of seating. Third bedroom has two twin beds and very small bathroom. If sharing with three couples one couple would have a very different experience. Mattresses in this room a little tired. The balcony is amazing with a beautiful breeze. Amenities were terrific. Shared lots of small items so you didn’t have to worry about little things like paper towels etc.

we like the Korea villas in general, but would not recommend this particular property
