We have now partnered with the wonderful homeowners of Kohala Haven to provide a very similar well-equipped home for your entire family or group to enjoy.
Kohala Haven provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway and is designed for large groups of up to 8 people and is an inviting, welcoming, relaxing, luxurious home for your Hawaiian vacation.

This is a single-level 3 bedroom home.
The Primary Suite is furnished with a King size bed and private ensuite.
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a private ensuite.
Bedroom 3 has two TwinXL beds that combine as a King with a high-end topper, there is a bathroom just across the hall.
There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
This home is the newer 3BR floor plan with 3 bathrooms vs 2.5.
The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large covered lanai with grill. The dining room table will comfortably accommodate 6 people plus 3 at the expansive kitchen island.
The living room features large lanai pocket doors that hide in the wall so the outdoor lanai and living room merge into one open space. Listen to the sweet Hawaiian birds and feel the tropical breezes as you relax after a long day of fun in the sun! The great room is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music on the sound-bar, watch the game, or relax with a movie.
The main floor lanai, equipped with BBQ, the outdoor living room is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:
• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment, and more!
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth, and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Things to do
Staying in KaMilo gives you full access to its Recreation Center with fitness equipment and multiple hot tubs and lap pool, freeform pool, and kiddie pool.
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala Coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find a supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
If you have a larger group consider renting Flora Paradise which is directly next door or Wahi Malu, Dolphin Hale or Flora Paradise that are nearby.

It is a beautiful property with easy access to nearby beaches and resort amenities. Super clean and well decorated. Loved having use of the beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and bikes in the garage. The couple of times I needed to reach management, they responded very quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely stay again!
This property is perfect for a family travelling with children or 3 couples travelling together. The pool is really close and perfect for all ages. I was pleasantly surprised how well the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils etc. It was very quiet and we were able to use the lanai every morning and evening for meals. We booked a Golf Cart which with the help of the owners and it was so much fun for all of us to go to the beach or just exploring through the resort. They have tons of beach stuff for big kids and little kids. Overall it was the perfect place to stay.
Overall was a good stay. Details could be improved. Vacation time is limited and we wasted some of it dealing with issues. 1. The beach resort pass could not be found after a searching, called management co. After calls back and forth they finally agreed it was not in house and said it would be brought by the next morning but was not. Called again and they said it would be brought by the next (2nd) morning. Unsure if it actually would be as they did not follow through the first time. We asked about where the office was and if we could pick it up, learned office was in Kona and a long round trip drive. 2. Garage items in poor shape, tires flat on bikes & much of the snorkel equipment had broken/missing clips or leaked. 3. Tried to access beach via walking but could not find public access, cut through a hotel getting to beach and then a golf course on returning. After that just did driving to beaches. 4. Often returned in afternoon, pool not always available, either closed or asked to leave for maintenance. Hot tub jet control was unreliable, worked about 1 out of 3 tries. 5. Arrived early evening on Thanksgiving, bought limited groceries for dinner and breakfast at gourmet deli (with matching prices). Arriving found only one coffee packet not sufficient for group and no tea selection as indicated in listing. All kitchen cupboards full of dishes/cookware, spend time reorganizing to make space for groceries. Tupperware/storage containers limited, lots of lids but not tubs/containers. 6. Arrived to unlocked garage and back door. We did lock back door as we left, but what we assumed was garage door key did not fit lock and we left it unlocked. 7. First use of outside grill it smoked & burst into a grease fire. Another person at pool said their grill also got very smokey on first use. 8. Wi-Fi directions had wrong network name. But our computer guy was able to make it work. 9. Master bedroom had accessible walk-in shower, but bed was not accessible, too high off ground. Bedroom #2 bed was accessible (normal height), but had step in tub/shower, not accessible. We did ask about accessibility before selecting house, as one member of our party is disabled. Bedroom #3 - 2 twins, closet had to be cleared out to be usable. 10. Every surface (except kitchen & tables) was cluttered with knick-knacks, had to be cleared to make useable space. 11. On leaving found not all bath towels fit in the washer, needed 2 loads. (One top of 1 load of beach towels.)
We traveled here in Jan 2022 with some friends. We were a group of 8 with 4 small children. We found this place to be one of the most well equipped rentals we have ever stayed in. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and there were plenty of kid-friendly items in the house (toys, cups, snack bowls, high chair,etc.) convenient to the pool and shops/restaurants. We would absolutely stay again if we return to the big island! Thanks!
Extremely clean property. My stay was better than expected since everything from floors to utensils were spotless.
