The space
This spacious house features three bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite boasts a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom equipped with a premium bidet, and direct access to the outdoor patio. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The open concept living area includes a large kitchen perfect for cooking family meals, dining table, and sitting area with a large 65” TV, ideal for family movie nights after a long day at the beach. The kitchen is stocked with all essential cookware, bathrooms with cleaning and hygiene supplies, and linens are provided. Washer/dryer is included with a starter pack of laundry detergent. This is a home away from home, with all the comforts of home in Hawaiian paradise.

It is one of the closest properties to the beach and within walking distance. Most of the other properties are way further away from the beach. Beach parking is extremely limited and people wait for hours for a parking space to free up.
It is located on a cul-de-sac and far from the highway, so there is no road noise. Many other properties have highway noise.

This place has everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a beach cart, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. Snorkeling masks and fins are also available. For a basic workout, there is a simple exercise machine in the garage.

Stan was very easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and would repeat in the future.
We had an incredible time. The villa was very nice in a beautiful neighborhood. The owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. The villa served all of our needs and expectations and then some.
Stan was an excellent host. He made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. The accommodation was very good for our family having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Any extras that we needed, Stan provided right away. The location is close to the lagoons, stores and hotels in the area. We highly recommend this condo and would definitely return.
Loved our stay at this beautiful Villa at the Ko Olina Kai properties. Stan (owner) was easy to communicate with and answered any questions immediately. Hardest part was trying to figure out how to use the electronic front door lock, but we face timed with Stan, and he helped us immediately. Make sure you check out the listing with all the amenities that are provided. We were pleasantly surprised.
It was a pleasure to stay at this house!. Stan was really nice. also he took care about us and give us some advices to make our vacation even better. The neighborhood is great. 10 min away from the beach. House is big it was enough space for everyone each bedroom has its own bathroom. Highly recommend this place
My husband and I stayed here with our adult kids and it was everything we expected and more. Stan was a very attentive host as was his property manager. The unit is stocked with all you need for a day at the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. There is no detail that wasn't thought of to make this a home away from home. The location is perfect and a short walk to the lagoons and beaches. We will definitely come back.
Everything was lovely! We enjoyed the condo very much. Bed in Master bedroom was very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit light on cooking dishes, but easy enough to work around. Pool area was really nice! Had 2 bbq's in the cabanas at the pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
The property was well maintained and if any issue occurred, Stan had his contractors ready and available. I highly recommend his services. We are looking forward to future dealing with Stan.

The unit was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equipped in a quiet neighborhood. It is a 12 to 15 minute walk from the beach and a short walk to the golf course. Several restaurants are a short walk away. We Particularly enjoyed the walking areas and the sunsets. The master suite is large, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is very nice and well laid out. The photos on VRBO are accurate. The kitchen has new appliances and is a good size and is well equipped. It was easy to cook when we chose to. We had a great time and would recommend it highly. My complaints minor in nature. The 1st floor bedroom does not get much natural light and could do with a bit more illumination The living room only seats three comfortably which worked well for us, but it seems a bit small for a 3 bedroom unit. I would have liked a bar stool or two for the kitchen counter.
