Property Overview
Aloha, and thank you for your interest in the Beach Villa's at Ko Olina. This property is one of the newest and most exclusive available for rent on the island of Oahu. But more importantly, this is our island home for much of the year. We love it here, and we know you will too.
807 in the Beach Tower is the closest 3-bedroom unit to the beach, with a completely unobstructed, sweeping ocean view from every room. It's a beautifully appointed luxury apartment, with 3 full bedrooms (2 King, 1 Queen) and 3 full baths.
From here you can sit on the lanai with a cup of Kona coffee in the mornings to watch the sun rise. (There is seating for 4 on the lanai off the main living room, and two recliners off the master bedroom.) We are on the south side, offering a beautiful overlook of the lagoon pool. From here, you will see whales spouting and breaching in the ocean (Nov - Mar) (See the video I took just the other day); you can watch the activity of the harbor channel, as sailboats and excursion boats head out for the day; or just enjoy the view of Lagoon's #2 & #3 and their beautiful beaches.
We spend many months each year here in our island home, so it is fully equipped with everything that you will need to make it feel like your 'home away from home', right on the beach. All you will need is your swim suit and some sun screen -- everything else you need for a fabulous Hawaiian vacation is waiting for you here, including hair dryers, beach towels, beach coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear (no need to rent!) and sand toys for the little ones.
The fully equipped kitchen (a full set of cookware and dishes for 8) allows you to cook meals that you would like to 'in house'; and there are enough restaurants within walking distance that you can eat out somewhere different each evening if you prefer. You will find a coffee maker for that Kona coffee and a toaster for breakfast; you'll find a blender to whip up those tropical drinks in the afternoon; and grilling tools and a rice cooker and a full set of beach dishes should you want to cook down by the beach and watch the fabulous sun sets (that's what we do!).
Included in your rate are all the amenities of the beautiful grounds of the Beach Villa's:
• There are three pools, an Olympic sized lap pool complete with its own hot tub; a lagoon pool (which this unit overlooks) with garden-like landscaping, also complete with its own hot tub ; and a third, sand-bottomed wading pool for the toddlers, with another hot tub located right at the beach.
• There are 4 Wolfe grills at the barbeque areas with umbrella'd tables and comfortable padded chairs for outside dining at any time of day.
• A fully equipped and well-maintained fitness center is available for your daily workouts. Here you'll find treadmills and elliptical machines, stationery bikes and even a stair-climber; a complete set of Life Fitness weight machines, as well as a set of free weights and dumbbells and other misc. gear. And the guest lounge and sauna and steam rooms (separate for men & women) are very well done, and the equipment is state-of-the-art.
• The beach bar is very family-friendly; in addition to serving a full selection of adult beverages, they are also very attentive to offering fruity island drinks for your children to enjoy.
• The Koi ponds and waterfalls are outstanding, and children are welcomed to be little helpers at the daily fish feeds. (Our grandkids love doing this!)
• The Ko Olina beach walkway awaits right outside the gate, leading to the other 3 lagoons, and the other hotels and restaurants in the area. It is protected and safe for families at any time of day or night. If you’re interested in running the beach, this is a great spot; it's where I go for my 2 mile run in the mornings.
• You can post those postcards to the mainland in the mailbox at the mail room, and exchange a paperback for one you haven't read yet.
• One of the best features of the Beach Villas is the lagoon beach. It is very private, and it’s shallow, gentle waters are safe for even the smallest of water enthusiasts. There is excellent snorkeling here, and the sand is soft and inviting. It’s great for those sand castles for the budding young artist in your family. Once in a while, we even have a visit from one of the local Monk Seals (an endangered species in Hawaii) who comes up on the beach to rest for awhile.
Amenities included in your rate in your beautiful Beach Villa #807:
• Our on-site resort contact will welcome you, assist you with check in, and provide an orientation of the grounds and of Villa BT807 so that you can get settled in without any worries.
• Free reserved parking for one vehicle in the secured underground parking is included in your rate. Additional parking is available for an additional fee per night.
• Living area: These spacious units offer four times the space for the same price as a standard room at the neighboring Ko Olina hotels. The apartment itself is 1478 square foot; and as the lanai doors disappear into the walls, adding another 215 square feet of outdoor / indoor living space, it brings the sound of the nearby waves into your living room – one of the things that I love most about Hawaii. The comfortable seating and 60” Samsung Smart TV will make your family evenings feel like home.
• Kitchen: The kitchen, designed by Master Chef Roy Yamaguchi, is fully appointed, including a full set of cookware, a set of kitchen knives and steak knives, some bakeware and Tupperware, and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The appliances are the very best, from the Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler; to the Bosch twin dishwashers; to the Wolf cooktop and oven. Because I love to cook, there is a nice selection of herbs and spices on hand, along with some of my favorite fresh Hawaiian fish recipes. You’ll find all the necessary small appliances, too, including a coffee maker, 4-piece toaster, blender, and rice cooker, and large size crockpot in case you want to have dinner waiting after you spend the afternoon at the pool. You’ll find the refrigerator stocked with basic condiments, also; and there are plastic cups and paper plates for those nights you don’t want the hassle of clean-up. After all, you’re here on vacation. Paper towels and dish soap are stocked for your convenience.
• Dining: The dining table seats 6, and has that number of comfortable padded chairs. There is are also 3 bar stools if extra seating is needed. A full set of dishes for 8 is provided, as well as placemats and glassware, including wine glasses, and silverware.
• Bedrooms: I believe you’ll find the sleep quality of the beds and pillows here to be excellent. (We liked the mattress so well, we bought the same one for our home on the mainland.) There is a set of feather and a set of foam pillows for each room. Linens and feather comforters and towels are of high quality. There are full dressers and nightstands with drawers in each bedroom, and there are jack-stands for luggage if needed. The master bedroom has a 50” Samsung Smart TV; the second king suite has a 46” Sony flat screen; and the third bedroom has a 40” Sony flat screen TV; all have 3D Blue Ray DVD players. Each bedroom has remote control fans. An iron and ironing board can be found in the master bedroom walk-in closet.
• An inflatable children’s mattress and PacNPlay crib are available if needed.
• Bathrooms: The master bath has a spacious shower and (separate) deep soaking tub; double sinks; and a separate toilet room. The second bedroom, with K-size bed, has a deep tub and shower combo; single sink. The third bath has shower only, and is situated outside the bedroom to act as the main floor guest bath. A starter set of soap and shampoo / conditioner are supplied for each bathroom, as well as four complete sets of towels for each bathroom.
• Laundry: There is an apartment-sized stack washer and dryer in the apartment. A starter size laundry detergent is provided.
• Trash: There’s a rubbish chute at the end of the hall, making disposal convenient.
• Beach Equipment: Coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, boogie boards, and beach towels are all provided. No need to rent.
• Safe, secure unlimited WiFi is provided, as well as local phone service and cable TV. A printer is also provided to make it convenient to print those boarding passes for the trip home.
Amenities that you will find close by include:
• A championship 18-hole golf course is just across the street
• A small commerce area with restaurants (Taco’s; Pizza; Sushi; Hawaiian BBQ; Monkey Pod; and Ice Cream Shop) and a boutique grocery store (including deli and liquor) are all within walking distance.
• For dining out, you have several options at restaurants in the nearby JW Marriot and Disney Aulani Resort.
If you need some basics or want to stock up to cook at the grill, just 5 miles
away in Kapolei, you will find Costco (which carries a wonderful supply of daily fresh-caught local fish); Target (which has a surprisingly complete grocery section), Safeway, Foodland, and just a bit further, a Wallmart.
And while Ko Olina is removed from the congestion and commotion of Waikiki, and is thus refreshingly quiet and relaxing, you are just
• 5 minutes from the neighboring town of Kapolei, where you will find restaurants, gas stations, fast food, drug stores, grocery stores, and whatever else you might need.
• 10 minutes from Wet n Wild Water Park
• 15 minutes from the Outlet Stores @ Waikele
• 20 minutes from the Honolulu International airport
• 30 minutes from Waikiki or the North Shore

Unit 807 is a beautiful villa in a great location, comfortable, spacious and clean. It was perfect for our group of five adults and a 2 yr old. The lanai with ocean view overlooking lush gardens and pools was the perfect place for relaxing and work. An updated well-equipped kitchen, paper goods and toiletries, beach towels and chairs, snorkeling gear, informative welcome book and guide books, free underground parking and a late checkout were all very much appreciated. Lagoon beaches, many restaurants and a cute shopping area are all within walking distance. The hosts were pleasant and responsive to my many questions. We all loved the welcoming Aloha spirit! Fantastic place to stay with families. Beautiful beach and pool. The room was well stocked with everything you need.
Our family of 5 adults spent 7 nights at this villa, and all were very happy with the accomodations! There was a lovely welcome note and gift waiting for us when we arrived - A very nice touch. Many items were provided (paper products, laundry detergent/facilities, condiments, beach towels/gear, games/books, etc) and greatly appreciated! The unit was very clean and well taken care of. When at the villa, we spent most of our time on the spacious lanai - Our group's favorite feature of the unit. We had one slight issue on our last day, but reached out to the owner and it was resolved quickly. Overall, a fantastic stay - Would definitely recommend to others looking for a laid-back family style vacation. Steve and Sherrie are great VRBO hosts.
The stay at B807 was phenomenal. Unit was as advertised and we found everything we needed to have a great week. All we did was add groceries and cocktails from the local Safeway and it was ready-set-go. We had 5 adults and the unit was perfect. Clean, spacious, convenient, and pretty much loaded with whatever we needed for a day out on the island or a day lounging by the pool/lagoon. The ability to grill down by the pool was a great feature and we used quite a bit (to cook our fresh caught Tuna!). We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for sharing your vacation home with us!
We LOVED our stay here!!! The ocean view is phenomenal, the condo layout was perfect for our family, the staff at the resort are very friendly and welcoming, the facilities/pools are wonderful, it is close to restaurants and shopping, and the owners were fantastic to work with in preparing for our trip to Hawaii! We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to go back in the future!
The villa owners were a joy to work with while planning our stay. We’re so happy we chose their place. During our stay, we visited the nearby resorts and both were quite crowded and not nearly as relaxing. The lagoon for the villas was by far the best—peaceful, not crowded, and much clearer than the others. The sand was also nicer, with barely any shells.We were in walking distance of shops and Paradise Cove for the luau. For other adventures, it was just a hop onto the nearby highway. The views from their balcony were great and it was a very relaxing spot to chill. We were able to watch the military fly overs, sail boats, catamarans, etc. On Tuesdays, you can hear the music from the neighboring resort's luau. It's also convenient when you have someone at the pool to see and to talk to. We had such a wonderful time in Hawaii and made memories with our family that we’ll cherish forever!
Great stay
The condo, location, amenities, area, grounds, etc. 100% surpassed all expectations. The condo was beautiful, clean, stocked, and so comfortable. Sherrie and Steve were excellent hosts and were easy to work with and communication was great. Top notch!! The area is absolutely breathtaking! The lagoon was just perfect and so much fun. The snorkeling in the lagoon was also excellent. We even had a 3 to 4 foot turtle swim right up to us. The best part was we were away from the congestion and the hustle and bustle in Honolulu, but were still close enough to drive there and experience the sights and attractions. We took a private tour of the whole island, which was absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend. We recommend using Blue Hawaii and asking for Uncle Shane for your tour guide. He was great and so knowledgeable of the island. Uncle Shane was so much fun!Bottom line, this place was perfect and truly felt like paradise. When we return to the island this is the place we would stay at again, hands down!Sherrie and Steve, mahalo for your hospitality. This was a vacation my family and I will never forget.

We had magical 10 days in paradise. The villa was fabulous as was the property and location.
We just stayed in this condo last week. The location is beautiful. The condo looks just like the pictures. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again if we ever come back to Oahu.Many thanks to the owners for their help with multitudes of questions we had as most of our party has one disability or another. The unit/building/complex were all very handicapped-friendly and we had no problems. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay.
Wishing we were still at the villa at Ko Olina! The villa was fantastic. It was very welcoming, super clean and in excellent condition with everything working well. It had everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing any meal, it also had all hand soaps, detergents and trash bags which was nice. I’ve rented some homes where you have to provide those items. The rooms were we nicely spaced from one another where you couldn’t hear others in the villa at all. We never heard our neighbors next to us or above. The primary bedroom and bath had great space and the beds in each room were very comfortable. The lanai had incredible views of the pool and beach. It was super easy to go from the villa to the pool, beach, or parking garage to get out and explore. I would definitely recommend this villa and I hope our family returns one day!
We have stayed a few times at Ko Olina Beach Tower. This property exceeds the standards of other units. We were made to feel at home. The amenities were quite upgraded and well maintained.We would certainly like to stay at this property again.
The location and villa was so beautiful - exactly as described. Communication was great between Steve and Sherrie. Our family appreciated all the beach equipment available to use. I appreciated the selection of spices and condiments available to use as well as dish detergent, laundry soap, garbage bags etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!

Owners are friendly and communicative. Home is spacious, true to description, absolutely phenomenal ocean view, filled with useful vacation items (kitchen/cooking items and condiments/spices, bathroom items and hair tools, beach chairs and snorkel/pool/beach toys). Beds/mattresses are comfortable! The staff at the Villas are lovely, helpful, friendly. Entire location is incredibly clean. Pools and lagoons never feel crowded/busy. 100% recommend.
This was a phenomenal stay! Beautiful resort and unit, with all we could dream of and more! We loved the lagoons and smaller, quieter feel of this resort compared to the larger hotels nearby. We’ve also been Maui fans until we experienced the Ko Olina area and all it has to offer. We will definitely be back!
This is a great place to stay, the beach is so nice and all of the pools make it so relaxing. We had fun having drinks at the bar and listening to the live music. Very nice location being right next to Disney and the other resorts.
The location of the Villas is perfect. It is between the Marriott and Disney's Aulani resorts, which are within easy walking distance. We would often go to Aluani for breakfast and then over to the Marriott for lunch. I also recommend booking the Luau at Aluani. Now for the Villas. There are 2 pools at the Villas and they are both pristine and excellent. The garden pool is super cool with with a lot of pockets and a nice hot tub. The pool never got crowded, but was busy toward the afternoons, but is was still far less crowded than a typical resort pool. The other pool is a lap pool and quiet pool. Again, super nice and rarely busy. The lagoon for the Villas is very nice and the least busiest of the three. It is a quiet lagoon with no waves. It is not the typical Hawaiian beach with surf coming in. You can relax in it and snorkel if you want. Not super clear like Maui water, but still very nice. There is a big ABC store within walking distance and a couple of restaurants. A Mexican grille and the Monkey Pod. The Villas has an excellent bar hut down at the garden pool. The drinks are great and so convenient when lounging at the pool. They also have a good variety of snacks. Everything you want in a pool bar. The room we stayed in was a three bedroom ocean view on the 8th floor. Wow! It was well maintained and everything looked brand new. Absolutely beautiful room with a great view of the pool and ocean. Can't say enough good about the room. A++
The property was wonderful. Exactly how pictured on website. It was extremely well stocked for cooking (everything needed for preparing meals). Plenty of chairs, towels etc for a fun time on the beach. It was a great layout for us. Grandparents suite on one side of living area and the other bedrooms and baths on the opposite side. The deck had comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of the beach. Loved our stay. We highly recommend!
Wonderful room with fantastic view of the pools, lagoon and ocean. The living room and the patio were large enough for all 6 of us. We loved that the patio doors opened completely. Having 3 bedrooms with 2 having king beds and one having a queen was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful week in paradise!

We had an amazing stay at the villa. It was exactly as stated on website. It is in a beautiful location with awesome views. Lagoons are so nice. Perfect location to get to anywhere on the island. We will remember this vacation with very fond memories.
Wow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Tower. The floor plan of the condo was perfect to allow everyone space and still gather together in the living room/kitchen/lanai space. We had 3 adults and 2 pre-teen/teenagers in our condo. Our family booked a total of 3 different condos. Everything we needed was close by. The condo is well equipped with just about everything you could need. The one thing we didn’t have was a wagon to haul all the gear to the beach. That would have been nice as our other family had those in their condos. We had turtles swimming in the lagoon with us one day. Super cool!!! The beds are super comfortable. I want that mattress at home now. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone searching for a one stop shop that is perfect for all ages.
My family was very impressed with the villa and the location -- amazing! The owner's listing details are accurate and everything was provided. The resort area is peaceful and well managed. It was the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the island. So grateful that we were able to stay here and have this experience.
Phenomenal is how my adult kids described this villa. We had a fabulous time there. We stayed for ten days in May 2024. Everything was as described or even better! We loved the resort because it was beautiful, not crowded, friendly and had everything you could possibly want! Very close to the ocean. We walked to the Four Seasons for a special dinner, walked to the Marriott for lunch and drinks, walked for exercise on the paved walkways next to the lagoons and the luau at Paradise Cove was a two minute drive. Deep sea fishing is a short 20 minute drive. North Shore casual food trucks and shops are a short 30-40 minute drive through the country. The villa itself was perfect with each couple having private bed/bath. We loved the lanai and spent hours there talking and having coffee or cocktails. All I can say is it exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
This is the second year in a row that we stayed at the Beach Villas, and we will probably be coming back again next year. Amazing property, especially for families.
