- This villa includes one complimentary compact parking space. Oversized vehicles require a one-time \$25 fee, and additional vehicles are \$50, with parking available in the adjacent lot on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Please Note: A scheduled kitchen sink vertical drain line cleaning will take place between 8:30-10:30am on November 5, 2025 as part of routine preventive maintenance to keep building systems in excellent condition. During this time, licensed contractors will need brief access under the kitchen sink for about one hour, and guests are kindly asked to avoid using the kitchen sink and dishwasher that day. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this essential work is completed.

The stay was excellent! The unit had pretty much every convenience you can think of which made it very easy for our young family to enjoy the beach and stay comfortably. There were beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon to drag it all down there relatively easily. There was a pack and play as well as a high chair available in the unit, the high chair leaned back kind of far for our youngest but helpful regardless. There was a stroller also. The kitchen had all the basics you need, even some kids cups/plates/utensils. The bedrooms were comfortable and the AC worked well as long as the doors were closed appropriately. The patio was probably our favorite part and we had a lot of meals and hang out time there. Our toddler loved running around on the lawn just outside our door and exploring. Other guests can walk through that part but it is fenced around the property. The views were as much as you could ask for, caught some beautiful sunsets!
We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at this unit at the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. The condo was immaculate and the view and proximity to the beach is well worth it. Ola Properties was great and helpful.
Such an incredible place to stay. You truly can’t go wrong with booking this place. Worth every penny. The only thing i will say is that our AC did not work for the last couple of days and the window was broken and we couldn’t figure out how the roaches kept getting in until the last night when we found it was cracked open and wasn’t on right. But we got that fixed on our own so just check your windows! That still doesn’t give any less than a 5 star review!! This place is absolutely amazing!!
