The stairs towards the beach are located in front yard (20 yards to the bottom/private gate exit). Walk 50 yards or less to beach on local dirt road (no car traffic). Wade across river mouth to beach. One of the best beaches on the north shore often only used by local people who access it from the other side of the beach. Beach Name: Kahili (locally known as as Rock Quarries).
Sea Song is a true masterpiece of island living. Overlooking panoramic ocean, mountain, and river views, the property is composed of a main residence, two detached guest bungalows, and a garden bathhouse, all connected through lush, tropical gardens. The main residence features an airy living, dining, and kitchen area framed by handcrafted teak sliding doors that open seamlessly to the gardens and ocean beyond. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed and en suite bath with a soaking tub, while the guest room features a queen bed and en suite bath with shower. Each of the two guest bungalows includes a seating area, queen bed, and en suite bath with tub, providing privacy and comfort in a serene setting. A centrally located garden bathhouse with shower completes the experience. With custom stone and tile work that mirrors the surrounding landscape and a private path leading to the secluded beach where Kahili Bay meets the Kilauea River, Sea Song is a sanctuary of elegance, artistry, and pure tranquility.
Sea Song is designed to flex based on your group size. The rate adjusts according to the number of guests and the number of residences opened for your stay. Up to 4 guests: Access to the two-bedroom Main House. Up to 6 guests: Main House + one private guest cottage. Up to 8 guests: Main House + two private guest cottages

Everything was perfect as usual!
Met our expectations 100%
This property is so very special. The views, gardens, birds (and rooster) and the construction of the home is a nature and art lovers dream - a true thrill to your senses! The short walk to the beach and river below were so much fun for our family. The location is perfect as we were able to step out for a new adventure daily and the surrounding beaches are stunning as well. Shopping and restaurants are a quick drive into town. We had the best time at Sea Song!
We loved staying at Sea Song - what a gorgeous home and nothing can beat the tradewinds and the sounds of the gentle waves on the beach below. The home is well-appointed though there are some repairs and updates that need to be made. Also, to note, the path to the beach is not an easy one for small children or those who are not physically fit. The owner is very accessible and accommodating - she is lovely! Overall, we loved it and look forward to returning!
We loved our stay at Sea Song. It is the most lovingly built property we've seen -- from the details on the home to the colors of the flowers and plants it is truly a work of art. The house is very comfortable and well equipped with everything one needs. The views of the ocean, river, and sunrise are uncomparanly breathtaking. Stay as long as you can. On top of the beauty, it is in a great location on the north shore making it very convenient to visit the island.
