Stunning BEACHFRONT Ground Floor Condo – Fully Renovated & Ready to Welcome You

The place was nice and relaxing and right on the beach!

Bed was very comfortable,kitchen was well appointed air conditioning and gas worked well.Very little natural light lanai was in side yard that was about 12 Feet wide high fence 8-10 feet so no view not much light.

We loved this condo! The condo is clean and beautiful, and the bed is so comfortable. The beach is just outside and very convenient. The complex is relatively small and everyone is so friendly. We are scuba divers and it was so diver friendly. There was a hose out front that we were told we could use to rinse gear. A nice cart is available to help get our bins to the unit, and we felt very safe leaving gear on the porch to dry. So many extras in the unit saved us a lot. There was dish soap, detergent pods, a well stocked kitchen including lots of spices and cooking spray. The bedroom closet has lots of beach toys. We used the cooler every day to take fresh water and snacks with us to shore dive sites. There was a welcome basket with a nice assortment of goodies to try, and a bottle of cool water waiting in the fridge. We felt at home in this condo and definitely want to come stay again! Mahalo!

This place was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed and wanted! It was at a great central location to easily get to destinations around the island! Clean and updated!

I have never been in a rental property that felt this cozy and homely as this one. I expected to book this stay for the beachfront property but we ended up loving the apartment so much that some days we jst hung out inside with the patio door open listening to the waves and reading. Would 100% go back.

We stayed for a week and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, keurig coffee maker as well as drip coffee machine. In the mornings we loved being able to take a few steps to fill up our tumblers with freshly brewed coffee. We would then take a few more steps to start our long walk down the beach. The sand is super soft and the beach is clean. We felt the location was great as first time visitors. It was close to the airport, many restaurants, marker zero to get on the road to Hana as well as the road to Haleakala. We also walked to the very popular bakery and snow cone shop down the road. We visited nearby beaches, Kam III, Mākena state beach park, and Ka’anapali beach. The harbor to get on a sunset sail in Maalaea was only a ten minute drive. We didn’t make it to the ocean center aquarium but that’s also by the harbor. The other visitors we encountered at Kihei sands were all friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. It was so great to have beach chairs, ice chest, and an umbrella available for our use. Also a plus is the beach and pool toys kept outside for kids to enjoy. The grounds are very well kept. It seemed like at least twice a day the ground would be hosed off by staff. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Overall great stay and can’t wait to be back!

Great condo! It was close to a pool and the beach. It was stocked with beach chairs, towels and a beach bag. It's a nice place to stay and in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands in A5. Our host was very easy to communicate with and the place was clean and accurate to the photos. We will def be back!

Kihei Sands Condos are perfect for a couple looking for a small quiet resort on Suger Beach. Beautiful well kept grounds.

An excellent property on the beach. We found everything needed and more items as we stayed. Appreciated the well stocked wecome basket. Wonderful sandy beach with light surf with great sunsets every night. Short walk to the best shaved ice pn Maui.

this unit is very well designed and outfitted for success. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spices - they even had some snacks for those arriving. The towels and bedding were comfortable along with overall layout. The grounds are well kept. The owner communication was outstanding and helpful. I recommend this one bedroom unit

Cute and clean condo unit. The most comfortable king bed ever! The kitchen has every possible thing you might need for cooking and also had a supply of some cooking basics and a largeSpice rack. Easy walk to pool and patio area where tenants gather and enjoy the ocean front property. Very nice people!

Beautiful condo that was well stocked with the resources we needed. We loved the quiet location right on the beach which we enjoyed walking on each day. The host was very friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend!

A5 at Kihei Sands: Paradise Found Our stay at A5 in Kihei Sands was nothing short of perfection. The location is unbeatable, with direct access to the stunning Sugar Beach. We spent countless hours lounging in the sun, swimming in the pool and ocean, and building unforgettable memories. The condo itself was equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Krysta, our host, was terrific. She provided us with invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and hidden gems, ensuring we made the most of our vacation. We can't say enough about A5 and Kihei Sands. We loved our stay! It was a treat to stay in a location right on the beach. It was ideal for early morning paddles on the calm waters, walks on the long stretches of beach and watching the sunsets and even a full moon rise. The condo is well equipped with all that you need for a beach vacation. Krysta the owner did a great job communicating with us before arriving. We really appreciated all the recommendations that she shared. When we contacted Krysta about a few minor issues she responded right away and solved the problems. For example, one of the beach chairs accidentally broke and she went out and replaced it with a new one that same day. I highly recommend this condo for a getaway to Maui. We’d love to stay here again if we come back to Maui.

We loved staying in A5! It was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The property is beautiful and in the perfect spot right along the beach.

Beautiful breeze way leading to condo on that we stayed in on the bottom level. We enjoyed looking for geckos. Condo was newly renovated and comfortable. It was so nice to be foot steps to the beach. Only downside was the pool was small and water was colder than I would have liked.

If you want a beach to yourself and a cozy, well kept stay… then this place is for you! We had a wonderful time during our stay here and will be recommending it to all our family and friends! A MUST stay!!
