This was truly a home away from home! The amenities alone saved us a ton of money. It's also walking distance from a perfect beach to swim and catch a beautiful sunset! The host was absolutely delightful to work with.

Amazing renovated property!

This little condo provided what we needed to have an affordable and easy getaway in Maui. We appreciated the location as a good central spot from which to drive to spots around the island. It was so nice to have chairs, umbrella, laundry, shampoo provided. We enjoyed the quiet garden area and pool. The communication with the host was excellent.

I have etayed at Kihei Resort several times and always have had great stays. Perfect location, clean, and pool is 10 when it comes to clean!

Perfect for our visit to Maui. Condo as advertised. King size bed very comfortable. Kitchen stocked with all items to cook our own meals. Susan was wonderful and responded immediately if we asked any questions or had concerns. Really appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Overall a comfortable stay. I appreciated the open and uncluttered feel. With the louvered windows and ceiling fan we didn't need to use the A/C at all. The location was a great homebase for exploring various different locations throughout the island, and the Indian restaurant just across the street has amazing sunset views right over the Kalepolepo Fishpond. There are a few rough edges and it could use some convenience upgrades (plugs accessible at the bedside tables and hooks in the shower to hang drippy swimsuits, for example) The shower doesn't have a glass door as pictured, just a shower curtain, and the bathroom as a whole is a bit worn.

It was great experience staying at Kihei resort. we were given very clear instructions on how to check-in, so parking and getting to the apartment was stress free. check-out procedures were pretty clear as well. The apartment was very well maintained. Although there was no ocean view, it was walking distance from the beach. It was convenient to walk and enjoy sunset's at the beach. We didn't spend much time watching TV but there were enough channels and WIFI setup was pretty good. Great location as we had best Indian restaurant right across the road and other shops were within a mile.

The accommodations are clean and with new upgrades. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware.

Centrally located for exploring the island. Condo has many more amenities than a hotel resort.

This was our first time in Maui so we wanted to cover as much ground as we could. This property was very conveniently located to do all the major attractions at a reasonable distance. Susan was very communicative and helpful. Only reason for 4 stars was because of a large number of ants in the bathroom, which Susan mentioned happens due to landscaping. Great place, would recommend.

Clean, great location, easy.

The unit was specious, clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Its location was perfect - a short walk to the beach and fish pond where you can watch the sun set and see sea turtles. It’s short driving distance to grocery shopping, food and other beaches. Will definitely rent this place again.

Great central location, clean and comfortable condo with everything you need. It was the perfect home base for our Maui trip. Would definitely stay again for our next trip!

We loved this condo because it is simply clean, organized and quiet.

This condo was just awesome! It was perfect for my wife and I during our stay in Maui. Susan was a fantastic host and was excellent in communicating with us. Check in was a breeze and could have been more simple. All the details that she provided were spot on Thanks Susan! It is certainly a quiet spot surrounded by lush vegetation that made mornings on the deck perfect. Beach access is right across the street which makes it easy peasy for early morning walks and enjoying the awesome sunsets that Maui provides. We would certainly have no issues what so ever staying here again.... (and we will)!!!!

I have stayed at Kihei Resort several times and always go back because of the location, ease of working with the Manager, Susan, and the wonderful condo. The one this year was newly remodeled and very up to date. It is always very clean and supplied with all of the items needed. Absolutely will continue to go back!

Peaceful & quiet, across from the beach where I took long walks. Highly recommend this comfortable place & would stay here again happily!

My wife and I loved our stay; it's in a very convenient location for travels around the island but is also nice and quiet at night once you're there. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and we loved having our morning breakfast on the lanai. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Host. She was very responsive and accommodating. The house looked as advertised and felt homely. I have already recommended her house to other friends.

Enjoyed our short stay. Very quiet and clean. Flowers and fruit were a nice touch. Kihei is a good central location, close to airport, beaches, restaurants, and attractions.

This condo is in a very beautiful and quiet Condo complex. Quiet seems to be how the residents there prefer it as a complex manager did get upset with children making too much noise at the pool one day. Susan is great though! She helped get us in a night early when we were arriving in Maui early, which was greatly appreciated! The condo was clean and has been renovated since they took their pictures. And it is also very close to some great beaches! Overall, highly recommend it!

The location was prime! Also the pics that are listed are from a while ago. Updated kitchen and living room. Perfect for cooking. Huge outdoor space. Loved it!

It was clean and had all the right amenities and I really have no complaints

Grounds were very nice. Staying here in the winter might be problematic due to flooding issues in this area. Susan addressed any issues promptly.

Clean and well appointed unit. I found the pull out sofa uncomfortable but would likely be fine for petite people. I also wished there was a kitchen table for our family to eat at together but i guess i missed the memo in thy listing description that there wasn't one. The main issue had nothing to do with the unit, but to do with the property manager. When my husband didn't answer to door to him fast enough, he started to enter the unit. Also, with this manager, i would not call this a child friendly stay. There were many children making bare minimize minimum sound in the public pool during pool hours and all were repeatedly told to "be quiet". "No horseplay". "There are cameras". He was in at least three conflicts with parents besides me. So while i wanted to leave a great review and considered not leaving one because i couldn't leave a good one, and Susan was great and did all she could to help.... i needed to share my experience. If you want you kids to play at the pool, look elsewhere. For just 2 adults, id give the place a higher rating.

We loved the property gardens. The property location was perfect for our daily adventures. The condo was nice, clean and we felt right at home. We would stay again.
