Inside, our two story condos have everything you need to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
Upstairs, the master loft bedroom suite has a king size bed and full bath, and more ocean views. Downstairs, there is another bath, the second bedroom has two twin beds.
Our location is so quiet, you will find it hard to believe you can walk to good restaurants and shopping, yet they are near by.

Second visit. We love this place!
There was zero communication from the host. I tried to get assistance with a variety of issues and was never once responded to.Issues include: no WiFi, windows in the loft that wouldn’t close, bugs in the sofa bed, zero instructions. I called, texted and sent messages to the host. The only way I was able to access the unit was from a neighboring unit was somehow able to get the access code. I would give zero stars if i could.
Amazing location, right on the beach which was never crowded. Easy walking distance to local food, shops and bars. Local dining was great. Paia fish market by far the best. Condo was perfect for 5 of us, just right. Kitchen was well stocked. Perfect spot to see sunsets each night too!
We had a wonderful stay at Kamole One. The location is perfect! Right on the beach. Condo was small, but worked well for our vacation. Listing pictures make it appear that it is ground floor, but this unit is 2nd floor. Would have preferred ground. View was amazing from our Lanai.
We loved everything about our stay here. The place is excellent for families with kids due to the proximity to the beach. Highly recommend!
This location cannot be beat, quick access to everything you need including looking out your own private lanai watching the amazing Kihei sunsets. Hard stone flooring makes it challenge with small toddlers and babies. The coffee maker and dishwasher are in poor condition and do not function the best. Appliances are dated and the unit itself is very dated. If bathrooms are a thing for you the main and ensuite are very dated and rustic. Poor shower operation in both. Generally a good amount of space and the massive loft/master bedroom area is awesome. The TV’s are inside cabinets which is always a hassle when wanting to watch as the cabinet doors are massive and take up lots of space when opened. Sound proofing the unit was great, can only hear traffic when ab obnoxious vehicle drives by playing insanely loud music which happens time to time but not often. Everyone in the building is extremely friendly and good parking. The pro’s in this place very much overshadowed the con’s. Only challenging thing for us was the dated marble floor which is cold and rock hard so if you are coming with a crawling baby or toddler bring a carpet with you for padding.
Excellent beach location, listing was accurate. Very clean and great location. We wish more of Maui was like this place!
Our family of 4 started and this property and we loved every minute of it. Location was as described. Direct beach access and Plenty of food and shopping locations nearby. Easy check in and check out. We will be back.
The access to the calm and beautiful beach was unbeatable. In addition, the balcony overlooking the nearby beach was shaded by a beautiful old growth tree. If we weren’t on the beach, we were reading under the shade of the tree on the balcony. Heaven. Took our college age kids and had a blast on Maui.
Love this condo. This is the 3rd year we have rented number 11. It’s a great location. Many eating options within walking distance. Love walking the beach in the morning, then having coffee on the balcony. The unit has beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards.
