Great location and view in updated condo. Ocean is right across road from this end unit. We watched whales numerous days from here.
Overall we had a nice stay. The condo has everything you need, plus it offers an incredible view of the ocean. The beach is right across the street. The complex is right off one of the main roads in Kihei, so the road noise can be a bit loud. It's a long walk to the business/shopping area, so you really do need to have a car.
We had the best time at this gem. The flat is well stocked with plenty of kitchen and beach items. The homeowner was absolutely amazing! My daughter locked us out of the flat and she was very quick to respond and help us out. 12/10 recommend this spot!
The unit was comfortable and located directly across from the beach. Great location and wonderful staff.
The unit was very clean and nice. The pool area was nice. The beach was right across the street and a very nice beach but almost everyday around noon it got so windy we couldn’t use the beach unless we wanted the sand to blow in our face the whole time.
We were 3 adults for an 11-night stay and were thrilled with this accommodation. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view and beach are just as shown in the pictures. Fantastic for beach walking; I could easily make this a one and half hour morning routine. The pool, barbeques and complex are great and well maintained. Chris, the onsite manager was always helpful and friendly. There is traffic noise but it didn't bother us. The complex itself is very quiet and family friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
Adorable decor, Super Duper comfy furnishings, fantastic view from the lanai! Surprised with the box full of goodies on the lanai for many wonderful days spent at the beach! Loved the convenience of the Tommy Bahama chairs, and umbrellas, which we used almost every day!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Condo. Chris the property manager was a stand up guy, real helpful in anything we needed, and a joy to chat with.Everything was clean and organized. The owner reached out to me when we arrived and welcomed us kindly over text giving us recommendations for our stay and offering help and contact if we needed anything. The location is perfect, away from the busier parts of town, yet close enough that anything is in reach in Kihei or the rest of the island. We'll gladly come back.
The condo was clean and well kept. Washer and dryer were great. Having two bedrooms was great! Sitting on the lanai having coffee and watching the ocean every morning was priceless !
My husband, teenage boys and I enjoyed our stay in this Kihei condo. We loved being able to enjoy coffee on the balcony or across the street at the water. The beach itself was not crowded and we were surprised to see turtles swimming too. The unit was clean had everything we needed to make a few meals rather than eating out. It was convenient to have a cooler and chairs to use at the beach and the washer and dryer to wash clothes. The complex itself is quiet but is near the main road, so you do hear the cars go by.
This Kihei condo was the perfect fit for my young family. It was centrally located with access to beaches (one 20ft away), amazing sunsets shops and restaurants. The space itself was open, full of light and very comfortable all around. We'll be back!
This property was exactly what we were looking for. It was a beautiful place with a balcony of ocean views. It wasn’t super crowded where we were. They were also super communicative.
