Welcome to Kamaole Sands, one of Kihei's most sought-after resorts! Māla Nani at Kamaole Sands is our TOP ''A'' RATED, garden view home in the HIGHLY DESIRED BUILDING #7.
Our inviting ground floor unit is ideal for couples and families, especially those with little ones. This spacious one-bedroom, two-bath condo includes a comfortable king bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also included are flat screen TVs, and convenient in-condo washer/dryer. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning in both the living room and master bedroom for a relaxing stay.

Check-in is 3:00pm. Check-out is 11:00am. Late check-out is available for an additional ½ the nightly rate +tax up to 7:00pm (available from May-October only, so please plan accordingly).
If you're traveling with infants or small children, no need to bring all of your supplies. We work with a great company that will deliver cribs, seats, toys, accessories to our home prior to your arrival and pick them up after you leave (you pay rental company directly).

Kamaole Sands is a lush 15-acre property located in sunny South Kihei. The property has beautifully manicured grounds, four tennis courts, eight barbecues, swimming pool with children's wading pool, and two Jacuzzis. A short two minute walk across the street is one of Maui's most famous beaches, Kamaole Beach Park III, where you can swim, boogieboard, surf, or enjoy whale watching (seasonal) and enchanting Maui sunsets.
The resort provides onsite services and is within walking distance of nearby beaches, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The front desk is open 24 hours daily. Facilities also include a Cyber-cafe at the main office for guests who wish to leave their computers at home.

KAMAOLE SANDS RESORT FEE: A one-time Kamaole Sands Resort Fee of $49 is included with your reservation. Castle Management also charges a "one time" $35 management fee for each arrival. We will cover that fee for you.
Visit the on-site Guest Services Desk to easily plan and book activities including snorkel trips, sunset cruises, helicopter tours, whale watching, biking Haleakala, and more. Just minutes away is the famous Wailea Resort with world class golf, shopping, dining, spas, and more fantastic snorkeling beaches.
Our condo and its lanai are a Smoke Free Zone. Smoking is allowed at seven designated smoking benches around the periphery of the property.

This condo was perfect for our family of four. The beach was right across the street and the pool was so close. Well stocked with all the essentials. Especially loved the beach umbrella and accessories!

Great unit in in a great complex. Right across from the beach and very close to the pool. Communication from Laurie was amazing and she helped organize delivery of baby equipment so we it was here when we arrived. Thank you so much for a great stay!

We loved having the community bbq area and the pool area. Grocery store was so close and the condo had all the comforts of home!. Views were stunning and lots of places to walk around to enjoy the community. Many great restaurants within 2 miles.
Fantastic property and a must stay for your trip to Kihei, Maui. This condo was perfect for our first family vacation (my husband, me and our 4-month old daughter). The condo: The condo was a perfect choice with one bedroom (king bed) and two full bathrooms! It was super clean and we felt comfortable with my daughter playing on the floor. While you expect to see the occasional bug, this condo didn’t have any. The complex does a great job of spraying. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We ate out mostly but did have one or two dinners in. There were enough pans and grilling utensils for us to make our meal. The option for air in both the living and bedroom space was ideal. While there was a great cross breeze we wanted to have the option to run air in both places and were so happy. Both air conditioners worked great! The location: The condo is perfectly situated in the middle of the complex. Close to the pool but not too close and the reserved parking spot was not too far away. The condo is on the first floor but the complex walkway is far enough away you don’t feel that other guests can look in. Complex: The complex grounds are very well maintained. They had a tennis court and other activities you could participate in throughout the week. They had many grilling stations, which we took full advantage of. They had a small kiddy pool which we appreciated it. It was next to the regular swimming pool but smaller and had the option to be shaded. That was a huge bonus for us! Location: This condo is in a great location in Kihei. Kamaole III beach is right across the street, which is great for watching the sunsets. We felt you could easily walk to many restaurants and food trucks from the the location. We drove mostly due to my daughter but both agreed it’s walkable. The management: Laurie was a great host and was in constant contact with us leading up to our stay. Instructions for checkin/checkout were easy to follow and she was very quick to reply to any questions we had. The staff at the complex as well was very friendly and helpful. Overall: We were so happy with our choice in condos. we know there are many options to choose from and would give this a 10/10 and recommend to everyone! Thanks for sharing your condo with us!! Overall place was nice, and everything was just as described and pictured.
This property is located right across from the beach which made it a great place for families. Great pool area and BBQ grills. The carpet in the bedroom made for a bit of a moldy smell and the tub in the master bathroom was slow draining so we couldn't use it. The kitchen was well stocked and made for great cooking. Overall we had a great time with a couple of minor bumps.

Very nice apartment perfectly located in a safe and quiet resort, very close to the beach, few minutes walk from the grocery store and restaurants, and a bus stop just in front the building. The owner was very friendly. I recommend this apartment.
