Cindie is an amazing host and made for a wonderful stay! The amenities and location were perfect, along with beautiful sunsets from the lanai. We look forward to returning next year!

We were extremely satisfied with the unit! My only few recommendations would be to change the bed sheets. The cover over the mattress was very “silky” slippery and would not stay tucked in and was consistently slipping. The edges of the mattress in the main bedroom are getting very soft. Also, when I was booking the unit I was very surprised and to be honest little nervous since there wasn't a cancelation date and deposit refund in a case of an emergency. We felt very well welcomed! The place is lovely and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Love Charley Young Beach, so Maui Vista is a favorite. This is probably the nicest unit I have ever stayed in there. It's well equipped, too.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Maui! Cindie and Dave were wonderful hosts. The property is just like advertised and in a perfect location-just a short walk to several great places to eat. The beach right across the road was super convenient, and we loved exploring new beaches every day. We look forward to staying again sometime.

This is our second time staying at this condo and we loved it just as much the second time, if not more. The location is perfect (a quick 4 minute walk to Charley Young beach - one of the best) and the property itself is so well taken care of (pools are always pristine, new BBQs, beautiful landscaping). The condo itself is perfect for our family of four. The loft gives our daughters their own space, along with a nice big bathroom for them to use. The furniture and layout is so well thought out as there is so much storage, there is a place for everything which makes it feel so much like home. The kitchen also has everything you will need which is so helpful when cooking meals. The hosts are super responsive and anything you may need they will address right away. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.

There are so many good VRBO options, and what made this place so great was the extra little touches and kind hospitality. The location was awesome and the property was clean and well-maintained. Communication with the owner was terrific! I would definitely stay here again.

The check in process was seamless. The unit was so clean and stocked with everything we needed. The AC worked well and there were ceiling fans plus floor fans that helped keep the unit comfortable. The grounds and pool were wellMaintained. We found the location to be perfect! Right across from the beach and walking distance to so many restaurants and shops.

Hard to leave the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Fantastic location with relaxing, sandy beach just across the street. Plus the whales put on quite a show. Cindie and David are prefect hosts and provided everything we could possibly need during our vacation. Mahalo and we look forward to our return trip next year!

Top floor view of the sunsets over the ocean, and a short walk to Charley Young beach across the street are ideal. Beach gear included the latest updated Tommy Bahama umbrella and chairs. The bathrooms are modern with beautiful fixtures and finishes. Maui Vista has immaculate pools, courts, and lush flowering gardens. The owners were gracious and easy to reach by email for any questions, and the welcoming Maui Vista staff was always available at the office as well. We enjoyed a perfect Kihei vacation here and recommend it highly!

We had a great time here-the view is amazing, the beach is close and perfect for boogie boarding. The condo was as described and very well stocked! The kitchen has everything you need, and the place has plenty of sand toys, chairs, cooler, boogie boards. We loved staying here and would stay here again if we are so lucky to come back to Maui!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had a nice kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook several meals in-house. We were pleasantly surprised that it had two separate bathrooms. Really made getting ready easy for all three of us. The second bathroom was upstairs off of the lofted bedroom. The owner/manager was very responsive with communication. We were always able to find a close spot to park in the lot. The beach was a short walk away. Very convenient. Definitely recommend and would stay at there again. Only downside is the bedroom is in the back of the space and is a little cut off from the A/C. We were able to stay cooler with than fan. No issue.

Place just as described, easy walk to the beach and great food trucks in either direction to eat. Easy to get out and drive elsewhere on the island as well. Only complaint is the AC will only run for 6 hours at a time so we'd have to crank it back up in the middle of the night, plus we couldn't close the bedroom door or we wouldn't get any AC since the unit is in the living room. But it wouldnt stop us from staying here again, we loved having all the beach and other gear available for adventures.

Loved our time here. Location is great. Beds are very comfortable. Clean and looks just like the photos. Everything we needed in the kitchen. Would stay here again!

Great place to stay. Clean unit with all the amenities you could want. We used the bbq a few times and swam in the pool. But the best part of this unit with an ocean view is you literally walk across the street to Charlie Young beach. We would definitely stay here again. We had several family members in town for a wedding and they all stayed in different units in the same complex and our unit was the largest and nicest! The owners had great communication with us and check in and check out was a breeze!

This condo was perfect for our stay in Maui!! We would absolutely stay here again! My number one priority when using VRBO is a clean property. This condo met my high expectations! It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It was nice the kids had their own space in the loft and their own bathroom. It was SO close to the our favorite beach. We could easily walk down for a morning swim or to watch the sunset. The cooler, beach stairs, towels and boogies boards were a bonus! We didn’t have to purchase any beach equipment. We didn’t use the pools much but were nice for a quick dip. The owners were very responsive and arranged a late checkout which was very helpful with our evening flight. My only complaint was the back bedroom got pretty warm, even with air conditioning. Once we placed fans in the hallway to direct the cold air, it was much improved. Overall it was exceed we hope to return!

Great location- across from nice beach. Close to wonderful food trucks and stores. Access to clean pool. House was clean, equipped with what we needed. Mini split in condo, however the back bedroom does get warm.

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in! Extremely clean, great kitchen equipment, plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and even sand toys. We were pleasantly surprised at how close it was to Charlie Young Beach, just a five minute walk from the condo. Loved the Kihei area, it gives a very relaxed vibe.

We were so happy with everything about this condo. First, the location was perfect. It's right across the street from Charley Young beach (one of the best in my opinion) and so easy to get to as there is a crosswalk right in front of the complex (important as South Kihei road is very busy). Also, the complex itself is so well maintained and clean. We used the BBQs a few times and they were spotless, as was the pool area. The condo/unit itself was wonderful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The hosts have really anticipated guests needs as it was so well appointed. It accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. There is plenty of storage space in the bathrooms / bedrooms and also a pantry/closet in the hallway that you can store food / etc. The air conditioning and fans kept the unit very cool and comfortable. Finally, the hosts are so helpful and responsive. Right from the moment I booked the condo, I had timely communication from the host. When we arrived, there were a few minor issues but between the host and property management group they were resolved quickly. Cindie even followed up with me a couple of times to be sure everything was ok. Don't think twice about renting this unit, you won't be disappointed.

It's a nice 1 bedroom plus loft. The beach is a little over a block a way. Our only issue is that main bedroom does not get cool. There is no air circulation or air conditioning so if you have trouble sleeping in the heat it might be an issue for you. The bedroom did have fans but it's circulating hot air. Our family slept in the pull out couch and bed in the loft.

Loved our stay here in Kihei. The location was great and within a very short walk to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and helped with our 4th of July plans in Maui and allowing us to check-in early for a dinner cruise the same day. Would stay here again!

We loved this condo and would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable, and very well-appointed. The location in Kihei is great: close to shops, restaurants, the ABC Store (my favorite!), and lovely beaches. Even though S. Kihei road is fairly busy, the condo itself is quiet and peaceful. Lovely grounds and a nice pool. Communication with the owners and property manager was excellent. If you stay here, you won’t regret it!

We loved our stay here! This condo has everything you need to explore and enjoy Kihei. The decor and furniture were lovely. 2 bathrooms is so nice when traveling and our kids absolutely loved the loft bedroom with 2 twin beds. Tons of beach supplies to borrow like boogie boards/snorkel equipment/chairs/umbrella, which was such a nice touch. Great view from the balcony and building was quiet. Comfortable bed and bedding. Location is great! Many beaches, restaurants, grocery, shopping, food trucks and shaved ice in the area. Highly recommend!

Condo was beautiful. Proximity to beach and local restaurants were outstanding. Road to Hana was an adventure. Wish we had better info about the nature of the highway and that a jeep or a small compact car would Mohave made the trip a lot safer and more enjoyable. Would definitely come back again.

The updates to the unit are numerous and nice. Location is great. We walked to the beach and dinner easily. Our disappointment was with the AC as it is not able to be controlled other than on/off. If also shuts off after 6 hours so we would need to wake up to turn it back on again. The first floor bedroom is VERY warm despite running two fans from the living room and down the hall to the BR. The shower is also set to a specific temp….lukewarm. We have stayed at other Maui Vista units and this is not the case. Unit was on for two of us but could not imagine any more than that unused they are children. No room to put any things and no room in cabinets for food. We felt feet cramped.

Our stay here was so peaceful. This condo is quiet, has comfortable beds and is the place we want to come back to after long days of adventuring around Maui. The view from the balcony are a lovely greeting each morning.

This was a return trip for us, and as before, we had a wonderful time. From the lanai I saw a whales breach and enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. We loved the upgraded kitchen and bathrooms! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots & pans, glassware, and the ice maker was a big hit. We look forward to returning next year!

Size and location was perfect for our family, we enjoyed our stay in Kihei. Owner was quick to respond and thorough with information. We were short beach towels and the beach umbrella was broken when we tried to use it, they responded right away and delivered new items. Would recommend.
