It has a modern kitchen, with canned lighting, and a large curved bar with high comfortable seating. Nostalgic modern Hawaiian prints line the walls, There is no dining table inside which opens the unit to more space. The shower is done completely in tile. The lamps are Hawaiian deco. Need more beach towels-and bath towels . No extra blankets either.
This condo is clean and has all the things you need. There is an extra charge for AC (25 dollars a day) which we were happy to pay to cut the humidity, but I don’t know if it would be necessary for everyone. There was a huge storm which shut down most of South Kihei but the management company was on it right away making sure the drive way was cleared up so people could get in and out. Great view of the pool and ocean in the distance. The noise from the pool and from the pickle ball courts didn’t bother us at all, in fact, it was fun to sit on the lanai and take it all in. All in all a great stay.
Great place
We stayed in this unit in 2019 and again in 2021. It has been completed renovated and the unit is beautiful and much more practical for a Maui type vacation, the kitchen has a center island which makes the kitchen so easy to work in, all new appliances, upgraded floor. This is a great place to stay.
Property could use updating as well as the addition of air conditioning.
