Property Overview
Legally zoned vacation rental unit. We are completely hands on and have been in the business since 2008. Communications will be directly with us and we operate with a valid State of Hawaii license 091-649-8432-01.
A new 55 inch Smart TV and split AC system just installed! Recently added new bed and furniture.
This is a completely upgraded 1 bedroom 1 bath unit with an open kitchen and 2 air conditioning units. A new split AC system was just installed in the living room. It includes stainless appliances, granite counter tops, bamboo floors and a walk in shower. Our unit is of typical size for a 1 bedroom in Kihei. It's very clean and cozy and is decorated in island style. This unit is painted with neutral colors and is a very homey and comfortable unit - fully furnished with a brand new bed and brand new queen sleeper sofa with a 5-in gel/memory foam mattress. It is a spacious unit with large windows opening up to the lanai.
The ocean and beach are only steps from our front door from which you may watch amazingly beautiful sunsets. Our beach is great for running, walking, strolling, kayaking, paddle boarding, kitesurfing, watching sunsets and sunrises. We are also within very close walking distance to very popular bars, shops and restaurants. This is a beautifully maintained property and a very quiet resort complex, which will allow for a great vacation and peace of mind.
You will have fabulous accommodations with 2 A/C units in the living area and the bedroom, a brand new medium-firm queen bed, new queen sleeper sofa, twin air mattress ceiling fans, televisions, bikes, beach gear, WiFi, cable television, and a fully-equipped kitchen. In addition to a free WELCOME BASKET that includes a bag of coffee and other Hawaiian snacks.
This bottom floor, 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit has a nice living room and a big sliding glass door that overlooks the fabulous lanai area. A 55 inch Smart TV and a new split AC system has just been added! You will enjoy a large lawn, palm trees and the sweet smell of fresh blooms. We are steps to the pool, hot tub and barbeque areas. Enjoy a meal or a cocktail from the lanai. No security deposit ever! Some exceptions may apply. We have great rates all year long! Save yourself money by booking with us! Because we have a fully-equipped kitchen with all of the amenities of home, you can cook your own meals and mix your own cocktails. This will save you a lot of money. With the convenience of Costco being right down the street from the Kahului airport, it provides for easy shop and go. In addition, Times Supermarket, Safeway and Foodland are right down the street from our unit. Should you want to eat out, it is an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Should you want to shop, malls and shopping centers are only minutes away as well. We are also close to bus stops if you don't want to drive. Book with us and save money!

***Disclaimer: We allow use of our beach gear and other equipment only as a courtesy to our guests. This is an added benefit.. Beach gear is subject to a lot of wear and tear and is replaced on an as needed basis. We cannot always guarantee the existence, condition, functionality, size, etc. as some guests break, lose or take our equipment and do not replace it. We no longer replace bicycle tubes as our guests do not replace them when they pop. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
***At any time, there may be maintenance going on at or near the property. Condos in Maui are old and are always in need of repairs and maintenance. We cannot control such activity. However, we will inform guests as we are notified of any potential disturbances.
***Reservations will be made on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis. If you do not confirm, dates remain available for others to book. We are Hawaii licensed and insured and we are in compliance with all county, state and federal laws. We do not discriminate.

Here is the conversation. Hi, Host, we found live roaches in the bathroom, this is unacceptable, we request a refund. Hello Hai, Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. I want to reassure you that we do not have a roach problem at the condo. As part of regular maintenance, professional pest control management services the entire property, including all units, quarterly to mitigate and prevent pest issues. This is a standard on the island and a proactive measure taken to ensure the comfort of all guests. That said, Maui is a tropical island, and despite regular treatments and preventative care, it is possible for an occasional insect to enter a unit, particularly through doors, drains, or open windows. We do care about our guests’ experience and regret any inconvenience this caused. However, as there is no pest problem with the unit and regular pest control is in place, we are unable to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding, and we appreciate you letting us know so we can continue to monitor and maintain the property. Thank you, Denise
The condo is a cozy place to stay! Central location and steps from the beach, I would stay here again!
We have spent January (5-30) in Kihei for the last two years. Kihei Garden Estates is a wonderful location for us with lots of reasonably priced and tasty restaurants, the food truck park, shops, and a grocery store within walking distance. We also appreciated being able to walk to the beach, the Kihei Aquatic Center, and the tennis courts at Kamaole 3. We use the Kihei bus too with stops just 5 minutes away. The unit was very clean and well appointed with a smart tv, comfortable couch, 2 chairs, breakfast bar, and sturdy outdoor furniture. Also happy to report that the Internet worked well. The laundry room was conveniently located just a few steps outside the front door and the machines did a good job. The AC was nice to have, but we never needed to use it during our stay. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.
Overal very happy with the condo and location. Didn’t have an iron (purchased one myself) to go with the ironing board. Didn’t have all the equipment as advertised ( body boards, snorkeling gear…), and bike tires we flat and never held air. Any issues we had were not an issue in the big picture with location and property grounds, the condo was a great value and would stay again.
This is literally located across the street from the beach with lots if sandy dunes to sit on and watch the sun go down. Lots of shopping and great restaurants and food trucks nearby. The owner has thought about every detail and supplied everything you could possibly need. The initial email regarding check in was a little overwhelming with the number of “don’t…” but I’m guessing they’ve been burned in the past.
Awesome location, right next to the beach. Very close to shopping centers. Comfortable bed and tons of amenities. Check the cabinets before you go shopping for things like sunblock, bug spray, etc- it’s all there!!! Walk-in shower was awesome/convenient. Really enjoyed this gem of a property!
The condo was exactly as pictured in the photos - comfortable and beautifully decorated and appointed. It was clean and well-stocked with supplies. The owners were easy to deal with and responded very quickly to inquiries. The complex is quiet, with excellent facilities and convenient to shopping, restaurants, and just a short stroll to a lovely walking beach.
Condo was plenty big for myself and my spouse. The proximity to the pool and out door grills was very convenient. The grounds are very well kept and provided plenty opportunity to sit out on the lanai. Mike and Denise are very responsive with any questions and are very accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay and would for sure stay at this condo again.
Prior to arriving, I felt the owner was exaggerating about how great the location was. However, now that we have stayed there, I totally agree. This area of Kihei is a bit quieter but has all the amenities we needed within a short walk (groceries, drug store, great restaurants and coffee bars). Best of all, it was a half block from a hidden gem of Maui, the Lipoa Street beach. Wow! We could walk endlessly in either direction on quiet, pristine beach. It was lovely! The condo was fastidiously clean, well stocked with an arrival treat basket, extra towels and great shower supplies. The property is well-managed with a clean good-sized pool and hot tub. We sat on the lanai and talked about how much we look forward to returning. We would stay here again, only next time for much longer. Mahalo for sharing your condo with us!
Great location to a beautiful beach that was not crowded. Short walk to see the sunset the nights we were there. Appreciated the extra bath products in the shower. Thank you.
We loved this condo. Ax units and many many extra beach gear and household products were available. Only thing we were a little disappointed was the comfort of the bed and the older tvs that we couldn’t use our fire stick on.
