The kitchen and bathroom could definitely be cleaner
Great communication with the owner. The area and the view we had is beautiful and the neighbors all were so nice
We liked the pool and BBQ area, we didnt care for we to fight for a parking spot daily. Amount of dirt surrounding property
It was a good experience to stay here. It was perfect for my wife and I. Bed was comfortable. Internet is fast enough for watching TV and browsing on the internet .
Enjoyed the location on the beach.
We enjoyed our time at Village by the Sea. We had easy access to so many of the attractions in Maui and the price was reasonable. Unit was clean and well-equipped, just as expected.
My two girlfriends and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of October. The place was clean and fresh…decorated with cute decor and beautiful colors. It was stocked with some of the essentials so we didn’t have to buy everything. The location was perfect for us. The beach access is something we could’ve been more than happy with the entire stay. We opted toGo to more beaches but the sand and sunsets were glorious.The only thing we would recommend would be 1 roll of toilet paper per person be supplied along with a little sweetener for coffee & tea. As you can see, those are minor suggestions so if you’re going to Kihei, this would be the place we recommend 10 out of 10!!! We will be going here again ❤️
The good news is that it was clean, bed was comfortable, and furniture in decent shape. The little things that make stays more comfortable were missing. - no soap, two rolls of toilet paper for six nights, toaster barely working, living room door to the balcony didn't open, towels do thin that they ripped when drying myself, tc. On the other hand, we appreciated the beach towels, coolers, boogie boards.
Very nice stay in a good sized 1 bedroom on the beach. Very quiet and convenient to great beaches in Kihei. Unit is in pretty good shape and has all the items required to enjoy your stay. Nice pool and amenities.

We absolutely loved this condo and the folks that run it are extremely hospitable and easy to contact. Definitely recommend!
