Property Overview
Beach beach beach front!! Access to both Kamaole 1 and 2 beaches!
Fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, 1 double bed and twin bed in second room, brand new furniture and appliances through out condo. Washer & Dryer, flat screen cable T.V's. wall safe & free wireless high speed internet included. Pool, gas BBQs & convenient free parking are included. We also provide beach cooler & beach towels for your enjoyment.
Families with children are welcome, we provide pack n plays, high chair, and small toys.
There is restaurants, shopping, grocery store, souvenirs shops, as well as 2 liquor stores across the street from condo. There is also 2 massage and nail places within 2 blocks, snorkel, paddle board and dive rental places, hair dressers, convenient stores and coffee shops all right across the street. The location in Kihei does not get any better then the NALU property and we have 1 of the only 6 true beach front properties in that building.
Super quiet at night, non-smoking building, no A/C but due to the unblocked location right on the ocean and being on the second story the unit has constant trade winds that keep the building cool at night.
There is Yoga on the lawn twice a week on the property as well as many walking/running paths and amazing snorkelling.
When everyone says they are beachfront in Kihei that is far from true and this building and condo is truly one of the few that is actually walk down to the beach.
Please note that late check-out may be an option subject to availibility. Check-out until 1:00pm is subject to 1/2 nights rent, anything past that will be we considered an additional night.

It is an incredible well remodeled condo with an unsurpassed view.
This was one of three units that our extended family reserved for Thanksgiving. Grandma and one of her sons and his significant other stayed here and we had two other families in other units. Kamaole Nalu continues to be our favorite location in Kihei and 206 has a really entertaining-friendly set up. The balcony was also the perfect place for Grandma to sit and watch the grandkids (and their grownups) in the pool or even on the beach. The little extras like sand toys and boogie boards were also really appreciated! This will definitely be one of our first choice units for a return trip.
We had a wonderful stay in Maui. The location is supreme with the beach literally steps away. Some great snorkeling and lots of turtles. Book this place - you won’t regret it.
Ideally located. The property is older but in good repair. The suite is fully stocked with just about everything you might need for your stay (except salt, weirdly). As others have said there is no AC, so keep that in mind. They supply plenty of fans and there are tons of windows. One of the overhead fans failed during our stay and the property managers were extremely responsive. The suite is up to date and clean. There is some minor wear and tear but nothing that was a problem.
Condo was in an excellent area and was just as described. Would definitely return here.
What a nice place! We loved having the corner property with such incredible views of the ocean (and sunsets). Everything in the condo was nice and updated, the beds were comfy, overall excellent. The only thing is that even with the breeze and the windows open and fans on, it got pretty hot in the condo at times, especially in the main bedroom. It was in the 80's while we were in Kihei, and an ac unit (or portable ones for each room maybe?) really would've helped.
This was such a great place to stay. Centrally located, great snorkeling right outside the condo, fantastic beaches, and an incredible view. Highly recommended!

Location was amazing.
Our stay in this condo was superb. The renovation was beautifully done with excellent use of space. The view was spectacular from the lanai including amazing sunsets and whale watching. Thank you!
