PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE: Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports geckos, ants & occasional roosters. Despite regular pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected; any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment. We make no guarantee that surrounding properties will be free from disturbances such as construction, traffic, or other guests. These do not constitute a breach of this rental or any refund entitlement.

If I could I would give Stay Aloha ten stars. And here’s why we had 4beautiful days in Kehei. And then then Kona storm hit the island big time. The condo lost power and the storm blocked the exit. Not good, however StayAloha properties went above and beyond to check on us. Their customer service is remarkable! I would definitely rent from again!! If you get a chance to visit Maui be sure to check them out. Aloha.

We got the apartment on 5th floor. The beach view was amazing. We were able to watch sunset every day. Proximity to a quick abc store was very convenient. Proximity to Hana highway and other activities like whale watching etc was pretty good. Host was nice enough to let us extend the check out time by 2 hrs. That gave us extra beach time.
The rooms were so nice with amazing views. I appreciated that there were some beach supplies and a welcome package.
We loved the condo’s stunning view from the balcony – absolutely breathtaking and the highlight of our stay. The interior was modern, clean, and tastefully furnished, making it a very comfortable space overall. The only downside was the air conditioning, which struggled to keep the unit cool during the day, rarely getting below 77. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of if you prefer a cooler environment.
We’ve stayed at this condo, different room, for over 6 years and this was by far my least favorite. AC didn’t work, bought good fans, was reimbursed, but it was always so warm. Bed was hard as a rock, back door had to be repaired 3x because it kept turning the AC off, freezer didn’t work so all of the food we put in the freezer was ruined. After a while we stopped saying anything because it felt like an inconvenience to get help. They offered to give us a refund if we wanted to leave but there was nowhere avail to accommodate all 6 of us for the remainder of our 12 days vacation. So we made due. Traveling with a chronically ill child and not having the AC was a huge deal form her health. We picked KBR because it had AC and the location was perfect. Very disappointed with the added stress. Spent a lot of money to have to deal with all of this as well. Sad because these condos are beautiful and located on a beautiful beach with AMAZING views.

We had an amazing vacation staying here! Had all the needed amenities. We liked cooking and there were no frying pans. A message to the owner & the next day - a medium & large frying pan along with a tasty pineapple were left for us on doorstep!! The lanai was a bit small for us 3 people but we still loved our stay! We saw whales from lanai! Perfect oceanfront! There is obstruction- The trunk of palm trees lol!!
