Perfect South Maui Ocean View Condo

Location, Location, Location. What an awesome experience when you can whale watch from your balcony while sipping a nice merlot.

Great location easy access to great restaurants, cafes, and amazing beaches.

We loved our stay at Berney's condo. It felt like home the minute we walked in and it was very well equipped. Included is all the beach gear you need. The lanai offered beautiful views of the ocean and spectascular sunsets.Looking forward to returning.

Five minute walk to the beach. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, and convenience stores. Berney is an excellent communicator and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great 8 days in Kihei! This was the second time we’ve stayed in the same condo unit. The unit is nicely located and was exactly as expected. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped! Lots of great beach gear, all in great condition! Bernie, our host, is great to work with, and provides very nice accommodations He will also provide whatever assistance or information you might need. We will not hesitate to book this same unit again during our next visit to Maui!

This was a great place to stay for a vacation in Hawaii! It's in a central part of Kihei, but quiet, close to the beaches, a great restaurant, Bernie provides everything you need, thoughtful and useful touches throughout the apartment.everything you need.

This is a true gem in Kihei! The condo offered great views of both the gardens and the ocean. I really appreciated all of the available amenities, such as two pools and bbq areas, and the in-condo washer and dryer. The building is situated so that the tradewinds blow through, keeping the condo nice and cool. The Hawaiian decorations throughout the condo were tasteful and made it feel extra comfortable. I also really appreciated the Tommy Bahama chairs and water equipment available. I look forward to my return visit to this excellent condo very soon.

Berney is a very attentive host who provides a beautiful, well organized and equipped condo located in the heart of S Kihei restaurants and shops.

Nice property close to everything in South Maui. Included beach towel, umbrella, chair and boogie board which was AWESOME! Would definitely book again.

I was looking for a place that was in South Kihei near the beach that was clean and a good price since I pretty much just wanted to eat dinner and sleep there. This condo definitely delivered that and Berney was very helpful with check in and a late check out.

Host was excellent and supportive. Very thoughtful about all amenities. Condo directly across from Beautiful Kamaole Beach 2 and close to major Kihei restaurants and walking distance to Kihei restaurants.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and met our needs. The balcony was our go to in the evening. You could see the stars and listen to the ocean as you relaxed. I highly recommend this condo, it was also walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. If we are in the area again I wouldn't hesitate staying here.

Nice, clean, everything we needed for the beach. Got to snorkel, and hang out with 2 sea turtles at the beach right across the street! Restaurants and stores within walking distance. Beautiful grounds, older building with louver windows. Nicely remodeled with ac unit in livingroom. It was really hot while we were there, so we moved the bed into the front room to be near the ac, closed the bedroom door, and then we couldn't hear the rooster crowing out back. It was a nice, safe, comfortable place to stay. Got good sleep so we could go have fun! We were there for a week. Check out the Kihei Caffe for breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay at this great little condo in Kihei. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The location could not have been better. Our host Berney is the best!

Pros: across from beach, good pre stay communication with host. There was a view of the sunset. Cons: place smaller than pictures (especially living room)showed. The mirror in picture makes it look bigger. The key code was old and difficult to use. It took us half an hour to secure the key when we left. The host was not there for checkout issues. The place was funkier than we thought. The patio is very small and best for one person to look at the view of ocean. In a busy part of Kihei. The bed was soft after 2 nights. The air flow was less than optimal as the living room and window wind did not directly get to bedroom. The host requested that we not use the AC, in the "Guidebook" which seemed odd with the airflow issues.

The condo is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants and shopping. The unit itself was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. From the lanai you have a nice view of the ocean and is great for morning breakfast and coffee and listening to all the birds. I highly recommend this location for your stay at Kihei Maui.

The VRBO condo was perfect for my 5-0 celebration. Whales, beach time, sunsets, and shopping, and enjoying all the beauty Maui has to offer. Would love to stay at this condo again! It was perfect, Berney was so attentive and so easy to work with. Mahalo!

The unit is incredible, with a beautiful view of the water and some incredible sunsets. We stayed nice and cool, the breeze through was so nice we didn't even need the AC! The neighbors are so kind and the property is beautiful. Walking to the beach was a breeze, and the location couldn't be better. Berney is the best host and goes above and beyond to make sure his guests have a great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed! We are so impressed, and wouldn't hesistate to return.
