Vacation condos include studios and one and two-bedroom units, each with a private lanai, a cable TV, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

For the price it was great.
A beautiful apartment, at the end of the corridor so great views of the sea and the mountains. Clean, spacious and a good kitchen. Great welcome treat cool bag
Older place and very small. But we knew that going in. It was clean and had everything we needed. We fixed the hinge on the laundry room door (stripped screws and hanging off) and bought lightbulbs for the 3 burnt out. No complaints. We also left (3)1,000-pc puzzles and a beach umbrella for the next folks! Enjoy!
The location is across the street from a beautiful beach and so close to several others, you could visit a different one daily.
property with excellent endowment
Please don't make the mistake I did by believing other reviews and stay here only if you like 1. Dirty sticky floors 2. Lizards swimming in your dishes 3. Unfunctional and broken faucets 4. Dusty living area 5. Bad and freaky lighting 6. Weird mattress/Pillows 7. Non functioning fan 8. Try to explain everything that's wrong with property and getting ignored anyways and loose your money. (Thanks Vrbo) Although there are a lot of thoughtful smaller things here that a guest would need like beach chairs, which is why this property gets a one star, I wish I never stayed here.
Great view ! Clean property!
Loved the size. Just the right size that has everything for one person to live in while staying in Kihei. And can’t beat the location!
We loved our week in this condo. It was a great size for two, and the views can't be beat. It was nice being tucked away from the road and other people, too. Two things to note: there is no dishwasher, and the water pressure (and faucets) are pretty awful. Really forces you to slow down and relax a bit ;)
We decided to try this location rather than our usual condo in kihei because we had just the two of us and the prices since Covid have just skyrocketed in the area. Really enjoyed the unit and the central location. Had everything we needed, including the washer dryer and kitchen facility. Will try to stay here again in the future.
