Cozy Condo Across the Street from the Ocean!

The unit was great. Location was awesome - you can walk to the beach or there are plenty of tucked away beaches with easy parking & access. Also lots of easy places to walk to. I appreciated that they had laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and necessities in the shower! There’s an AC in the bedroom and living room. Chairs and a big cooler are available too.

Absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and well kept, and very comfortable for our family of four. Loved the walking distance to the beach, shops and delicious eats. Would absolutely recommend to a friend!

The location of this property is absolutely fantastic as it is directly across from a great beach for swimming and relaxing! There is also a very friendly great food restaurant two doors down called Fred’s to which is open air seating looking onto the ocean. The suite was very clean and very comfortable with the height of bed, allowing for comfortable sleeps for my two teenage daughters. The kitchen is quite large and great for cooking with an array of Tupperware that is convenient for taking to the beach. The cooler that is available is quite large and would not fit in our vehicle but is a very high quality so rolling to the beach would be great, but if you are driving somewhere else, I would recommend bringing a small cooler with you. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty and not working for us most of the time, but in fairness, we felt like the Internet in the general area of Kihei was spotty. We made the manager aware, and they were very understanding and accommodating to look into a fix for future guests. I would recommend this property to anyone traveling to Kihei.

Everything we needed and more was provided with the unit. It was spotless and very comfortable. We had a great stay at Kihei Akahi and would definitely be back !

This property exceeded our expectations! The photos and description don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful and well-equipped in person. The condo was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed, from beach gear to kitchen supplies and entertainment. The entire property was lovely, and our kids especially enjoyed swimming in the pool every night. Check-in was a breeze thanks to the friendly office staff, and we loved the guided walking tour of the property’s plants and trees. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Across from the beach with a little cart to pull all your beach supplies, within delivery distance of Foodland, and near decent restaurants - you can’t beat this one. I nice quiet, cool and dark bedroom for superb sleeping. Comfortable to hang out in on lazy days. WI-FI was not super fast, but adequate for us. 2 pools that are not heated and there is not a hot tub, despite advertisement. Pools are great though! We were able to get early check-in with prior request and the communication with the management company was superb.

Our family stayed at this well appointed condo over Christmas and New Years. The condo is super clean and has everything we needed. We loved that they provided beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach wagon. Was nice not to have to worry about bringing anything. The condo is beautifully decorated and a quick walk to Kamaole Beach 2 which is a great beach. We loved our time there and would love to visit again.

Couch has a pull out and there is a queen bed in the bedroom. It was perfect and enough room for us 4. The bed is so comfy! Everything you need for the short walk to the beach is provided. No issues with the condo. Easy check-in and it had everything we needed in it. Very clean upon check in too!

It was very well equipped for the beach with chairs, parasol & buggy which were invaluable, thank you. The ladies at reception were lovely especially Devon who greeted us when we checked in, she was very friendly & helpful. The complex itself is great with facilities such as the pool, BBQ & gardens all so well maintained. We would love to come back and would highly recommend the condo to friends and family. The only negative is that there is no room safe, as we were travelling from the UK we had essential documents & valuables so would have appreciated the added security of a safe.

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. We have a 5 and 1 year old and both felt so relaxed and calm in this space. It was super baby friendly, and even equipped with a pack and play and clean sheets. Our daughter slept on the pull out couch and was very comfortable. Clean! Everything was so immaculately clean! We really appreciated that aspect. It was also so well equipped with everything we needed, including beach umbrellas, beach towels, extra towels and sheets, etc. The lanai was also very clean and I felt very comfortable eating out there. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. All the plates, utensils and tools were new. All the furniture were new too. The location was within walking distancing of Kam II beach (other beaches were not too far away) where we watched the sunset. It is very centrally located and perfect place for our daily outings. We also got to enjoy the pool! One of our best stays and perfect place to spend time with the family.

The condo was as advertised, the rental company was very helpful and responsive, and they were able to provide a crib for our infant. Nice place to stay.

Had a great trip to Maui staying in Kihei Akahi D108! As advertised, the condo was fully equipped for four people, providing four beach chairs, all the beach gear and a very handy wagon, as well as plenty of beach towels and unit towels. The kitchen and bathroom were both nicely stocked with all the essentials. Having A/C in the main area and bedroom kept the unit very comfortable. The management company was extremely responsive to questions, and addressed all of our requests. They even had the hide a bed made up for us upon our arrival in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly as described, clean and well taken care of. The location was perfect with everything you need within walking distance. Very pleased with everything about the experience.

They answered questions within minutes and stayed in touch throughout the time leading up to, and including, the rental period. The condo was incredibly well stocked, right down to food storage containers, and we didn't have to buy a single household item - unlike most rentals that provide a starter pack. The condo was spotless and the furniture was comfortable. We will definitely be back :)
