Intimate and Elegant Kiahuna Partial Ocean View_A/C

Great as always…plus we’ve stayed in this unit previously and it is modern, clean with amazing view of the crashing surf.

Good Communication, very nice and comfortable flat - everythin was wonderful!

It was a very nice place to stay and the view was really wonderful of the ocean. Loved having umbrellas, ice chest and chairs. The only thing I wish there had been spices left behind from other guests. Luckily, I brought most of what I needed.

This is the best unit that we've stayed in at Kiahuna as we come every year. The bed is like a cloud that enevelopes you after an adventure filled day, it's a short walk to the beach, just across a coffee shop and the pool and shopping center. All the kitchenwares are of the highest quality so we really enjoyed cooking our meals. The grill is just below the unit and having an AC made it more cozy and comfortable on warm days. The owner Mark was very responsive and helpful if there are questions or problems and the check in/ out was a breeze! There is also a dedicated parking lot. Our favorite is sitting on the lanai every morning sipping our coffee & watching the ocean. This is now our place in the South. Mahalo Mark and Laurie!

We loved our stay. The property and grounds are even more beautiful than the pictures. It was a great spot close to the activities we wanted to do. I particularly loved having access to a kitchen to help prepare for early mornings leaving for boating or hiking. It was also very easy to get into a few towns nearby for dinner. We enjoyed the open air gym access and the pool nearby, but being so close to the beach was the best. Communication with Mark was great and super helpful. I would love to stay here again in the future.

This place was great! Clean, comfy bed, all you need for making meals and great views. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been staying in Kiahuna 107 for 20 years! It is the perfect spot to access beach and pool. Mark is responsive and has filled his condo with high quality furnishings that make you feel both elegant and ride at home at the same time. We’ll be back again and again

This is a very comfortable rental with an ocean view. The rental was well stocked in kitchen and for beach . Several nice restaurants were within walking distance.

Everything about this stay was relaxing, enjoyable and easy. We loved the location and felt like it was the perfect home base to relax and explore the island. Mark was extremely helpful and communicative with us before check in and following up. We would not hesitate to stay here again. The condo is well appointed, clean, and had a great view. We very much enjoyed the whole property.

Has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Poipu beach is amazing and so is the location of this unit. Walking distance to beach, coffee, and local restaurants. Extra bonus is that it has AC since most other in this complex do not. You will enjoy your stay here!

This unit was in a great location, close to everything in Poipu. The unit was beautifully equipped with a working kitchen, and a great view of the ocean. The building was also very quiet. I would definitely recommend a stay.

We enjoyed our week long stay here. The 1 br allowed us some extra space to cook and relax in the morning before starting our day. We enjoyed the pool, Athletic club, pickle ball facilities across the street as well as the beaches and restaurants that were within walking distance. Would love to come back Favorites: stargazing at night down by the beach from the lounge chairs and enjoying the tranquility of Kiahuna Plantation

Condo has everything you need with easy access to beach, restaurants and shopping! Extremely happy I selected this rental!!!

We stayed to celebrate our 40th anniversary and it was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our week there.

Fabulous property.. Beautiful condo with ocean view. Clean, comfortable and very well appointed. This was our third stay and we would definitely come back to this property again.

My wife and I had an incredible stay in Poipu. The rental was located a short walk from the beach, with a nice view of the ocean. We were also a short walk away from several restaurants and a coffee shop across the road and a short drive to Koloa Town. The rental was clean and stocked with all the essentials for cooking and beach outings - we enjoyed using the beach umbrellas and mats. Mark, the host, was very prompt with communication before our stay - Thank you! We finished our trip in Kauai staying at a resort hotel and it wasn't as relaxing, affordable, or enjoyable as this stay. On a return trip to Kauai in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to book this rental again!

Property was clean and just a short walk to the beach. Also, just a short walk to the best acai bowls at Little Fish Coffee across the street. Check in and out was fast and easy and we loved having air conditioning and a little kitchen while on the island. Condo is stocked with some helpful items for the beach and bed was comfortable too. We had the best time exploring Kaua’i and the Kiahuna Plantation was a perfect location to stay!

Space is on the littler side with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. But was very family friendly place. Tons of kids running around, but was nice for just me and my wife as well. Has places that are walking distance to eat and get drinks at. And the beach is a walk away with a rental space on the property for surfing and such. It also had beach chairs and umbrellas inside the place to use at our leisure as well.

We just returned home from another wonderful trip to Kauai, this unit was so nice, super clean and had a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed using the poipu beach club pool and having fresh towels was so nice! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view from our unit. Great access to a beach that was swimmable. The grounds were very nicely kept.

We liked everything about our stay. It was clean, has beach chairs ect. Only negitive is the ceiling fan in the bedroom makes a repetitive noise that resemble low base music, and for that we could not sleep with the fan on.
