Relax on one of your TWO private lanais overlooking the garden and parcel ocean view while being steps to the sand. Stay comfortable in your unit with the newly installed mini split A/C system in both bedrooms and the living room! Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast fiber internet Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.
On the main level, the Master Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest along with an an-suite bathroom with vanity washer/dryer combo and large shower. Don't forget about 50" cable TV and coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The second bedroom is complete with full size and bunk bed with coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! Perfect for kids and even adults! Upstairs, the living room is furnished with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests. In the living room you'll also find a 65" TV with cable TV to relax after a day's adventure. Living room have coveted AC! Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with all of the cooking supplies you can think of!
Poipu Beach Athletic club pass with poolside bar, tennis, water slide and workout room included. Shopping and dining also just next door. It's the perfect location here at Kiahuna Plantation. Just 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore. Open up the louvred windows and the sliding doors to let the gentle trade winds blow through. You need to go to the Outrigger front desk to check in. They will give you keys code, parking and towels cards. They will give you all the instructions for my condo. Reception working time is 8am to 8pm. If you have plan come after 8pm or if you have additional request ( pack and play, mobile bed....) you need to call Outrigger front desk one day before arrival and they will leave all keys code and cards in the lock box and ( pack and play, mobile bed.... ) in the unit.

We have 4 kids from 8-17. This was a perfect location and setup for the whole family. There were wave boards, beach chairs, coffee for the early mornings - it was great. The actual location is a bit farther from the ocean than I expected, but it is much closer than across the road at other properties.
Everything was wonderful. Very comfortable for everyone, we were 4 adults and 2 children. I liked the easy walk to the beach in front of the resort and we could easily walk to Poipu Beach if we didn’t have too many chairs and umbrellas to carry. The unit is near the pool and athletic center across the street. Another easy walk. The two outside patios were very nice, you can see the ocean in the distance from the upper level patio. I would love to come back.
Great place to stay. Kitchen was up to date and had everything we needed. Host was a great communicator and property was so pretty. We loved the gym facilities across the street also. My husband and I both said, coolest place we have worked out. Thank you for having us!
We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Well stocked and a great location. Convenient to both amenities and the beach. Perfect for our family of four!

Our stay was wonderful. Our apartment had everything we needed.
We had a great family vacation here. The location is terrific because it's across the street from Little Fish coffee (espresso drinks, breakfast and lunch) and the athletic club where the kids can use the pool and mom/dad can workout at the gym or take a yoga class. And of course it's walking distance to a beautiful beach as well as the Plantation restaurant. Nice shops and other restaurants are a short distance away. We'll definitely be back!
