This condo has it all! The entire condo is spacious with a separate bedroom and bathroom, kitchen, eating area and living room. The view from the deck is a great partial ocean view. Very serene. The condo had all the beach tools we needed - chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. The resort is large but quiet. It is beach side with a large grassy area for enjoying the ocean view or for children and adults to run around. We would definitely stay here again!

The hosts were very responsive. The condo was exactly how it was described online. We loved having chairs and boogie boards provided. The outside deck was huge. I thought it was a good value.

The property was exactly as it was described. We particularly loved that the AC worked great and that there were ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom. There were also 2 tower fans that helped a lot too. Ice maker worked great and we appreciated the Brita for water. The variety of beach gear was great, but we particularly appreciated the cooler. The kitchen could've used a few cooking basics (i.e. salt/pepper, oil, sugar, etc.). Overall, we had a great stay and could not recommend this property enough. We'd certainly stay here again.

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous area. Clean very nice one bedroom unit. The lanai view was superb. The owners Jack and Susan responded well and quickly to any issue The bedroom bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in. I do wish the bathroom could have been larger but such was the unit design. Only only negative is there is only one AC unit in living room that does a mediocre job cooling the bedroom though they do provide plenty of extra fans

Fantastic location. Wonderful to have access to the gym facilities and pool. Could use AC in the bedroom. Lanai was lovely.

Highlights of the property: great location, walkable to several local beaches, the bed was very comfortable and AC worked well, the beach amenities were nice to have, felt safe, great balcony viewsWe did find a cockroach in the bathroom, but they were spraying for pest prevention during our stay. One of the beach chairs and snorkel sets were broken. The host is very responsive and very friendly!

The property was exactly as described and in an excellent location. Susan was very attentive and proactive with communication regarding check in and provided helpful tips on dining options and shopping near the property. Though most of the place stayed cool with the A/C in the general area, it was tough to cool down the bedroom/bathroom -- but there was a nice ceiling fan in the bedroom. The roosters were a little loud at times, but there's nothing that can be done about that -- it's just part of the charm of being in Kauai. It was super nice to not have a list of chores to do upon check out as is normally the case with most VRBO's. Overall, it was a great stay and would strongly recommend!

Loved the location and amazing view!! Susan the owner was FANTASTIC!! She was so thoughtful and answered all questions I had about the condo. She also gave us great suggestions for places to go around the Plantation! Bed was super comfortable and the AC was fabulous!!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was conveniently located to beaches and activities. The grounds were lovely and we really appreciated the grassy area and beautiful beach, with the “beach shack” to get fresh towels and rent equipment. It was also just a short stroll to Poipu Beadh. The condo was equipped with beach gear, but the snorkel gear could have been better maintained. The condo had AC which we used at night to block the rooster noise, but most of the time we didn’t need it because the air flow in the condo was incredible! The kitchen was well equipped, although we would have appreciated some basic spices and the like. It also could have been a bit cleaner, some of the dishes were dirty, probably from a prior guest jamming too many into the dishwasher. Overall, an excellent location. The hosts were very communicative and welcoming.

The one bedroom unit we stayed 2 weeks in is fantastic, well equipped with all necessary cooking and beach equipment. The hosts are very nice. Kiahuna Plantation is very beautiful and the staff quite friendly, the fitness facility is awesome as is the pool. We love swimming and bogie boarding and sitting on the beach. Everything is top notch!

We had an amazing visit! The property was easy to find and centrally located. We walked to food and beaches in less than five minutes. The lanai was beautiful and the AC worked great. Parking was right at the unit and so convenient. We even were granted some extra time to check out and the owners checked on us to make sure all was well! Will definitely be back.

Our family of four stayed here for a bit more than one week. We had been to Maui before, but with was our first time visiting Kauai. Poipu in general, and this condo in particular, were great! The condo is about a 5 - 10 minute walk to a couple different beaches: Poipu Beach Park and Kiahuna Beach. Both beaches are great. Overall we were super happy with our visit!

What can I say - this was an excellent location, central to everything on Kauai. The condo was exactly as advertised, spacious and very clean. Beautiful partial ocean view, with a short walk to pristine beaches. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the hosts were very responsive to any questions. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

A wonderful top floor condo with everything we needed for relaxing at the beach…chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear. It has a well equipped kitchen for cooking with a bbq close by. Super comfy bed. We loved the pool area, an easy walk across the street. The grounds are immaculate with several sandy beaches just a short walk from the room. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon!

My husband and I had a renewing week in this thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable condo. We really appreciated that we could prepare our own meals, make smoothies in the blender and had access to beach supplies. One of the best features for us was the bed. Usually in vacation rentals we do not have the benefit of a comfortable bed but this is a real mattress and we were grateful for it! The place was very clean and simply and yet beautifully decorated. We felt very at home and did not want to leave!The condo is set back away from the more populated area and so was more private and quiet and yet the ocean views from the porch are stunning and it is still only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The location is close to shops and restaurants and also appreciated that the condominium community is very laid back and without a restaurant or bar it felt very relaxing and family friendly.We are looking forward to returning and would definitely stay in Susan and Jack's place again!

Enjoyed this property greatly. Beautiful setting and quiet. Enjoyed the grounds and barbecue grills greatly. Already plan to return/ The dinner gift certificate was a nice and surprising touch.

Everything was great except the roosterswhich they can't control. Otherwise quiet and spacious. Nice balcony. It would have been nice to have some cooking oil on hand but really just a very minor thing. Excellent communication.

Absolutely love the condo! Very walkable area beautiful beach and the athletic club is just a short walk away. The Marshalls were great hosts and it was a wonderful stay.

Wonderful location and comfortable home

This is the fourth or fifth time we've stayed at the condo, and I can't really imagine staying anywhere else. It's incredibly nicely outfitted and arranged. The bed is very comfortable, and our (now grown) daughter stays on the pull-out sofa and finds it fine. The kitchen has all the cooking utensils you would want, and there's both a dishwasher and microwave in addition to the stove. We eat our meals out on the lanai, enjoying the trade winds and watching the ocean. At dawn each morning I take the short walk down to the beach, and walk along it for ten minutes to Popui beach, where turtles and seals are often resting. It's great!

We had a fabulous stay at this property. We had one small maintenance need that was taken care of extremely promptly by Susan. The owners were great at providing information about restaurants in the area as well. The condo is beautiful and is set in a stunning resort property. We took time to enjoy a quiet, uncrowded beach swim at Kiahuna Beach on the resort. There is a lovely grassy area with chaise lounges up above the sandy beach. There is a hut where you can get snacks and rent all kinds of beach equipment and get towels there. Jack and Susan had boogie boards, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and even some snorkel equipment which was extremely nice and helpful! I really enjoyed all of the beautiful flowers and landscaping on the resort property. The lanai balcony had two chaise lounges and a table with four chairs. The view of the flowering trees and the ocean was lovely! The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the decor. The location was very close to Poipu Beach which has amazing snorkeling. We saw many species of fish, sea turtles, and Hawaiian monk seals there. For swimming I would suggest Kiahuna Beach. We ate at Puka Dog for lunch one day which was fun and unique. We enjoyed Brennecke’s Beach Broiler and The Beach House restaurant for our nice evening dinners. All of those restaurants were a five minute drive or less. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay at this property again.

My little family of four stayed for several days. This spot worked well fo us with a big living area. The view of the ocean was great and Poipu Beach had beautiful views and several sea turtles. The only downside (if you are a pool person) is that the athletic club is a little far.

We loved our stay here. The place was great and the location excellent. Kiahuna has a lovely grassy area right next to the beach which has lounge chairs looking out at Kiahuna beach which is excellent. You also can walk to restaurants across Poipu road.

The Condo was perfect for our week's stay. The location is very convenient for exploring the island. We loved sitting out on the deck and enjoying the wonderful view! We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We loved the south shore location in Poipu with all of the sunny days. Great condo and easy walk to the beach with great amenities of snorkel equipment, chairs, beach stuff, etc. The pool across the street and the gym were also outstanding!

Everything about this property was wonderful. The view is even much better than the picture and the lenai was very quiet and private. The beach is beautiful and great for swimming. We couldn't get over how spectacular the grounds were. This is a great location for exploring all areas of the island. The unit is clean and comfortable and communication with the owners was excellent. Would definitely recommend, and if we ever get back to Kauai we'll stay here again.

Condo was in a great location, with all the amenities:). The A/C was also very nice. There was a torrential rain storm/flash flood on our last night that unfortunately flooded the bottom section of the resort…but we were lucky on the top floor! Would recommend:)

This property was perfect for our family with two active boys. The short walk through the beautifully manicured property was a breeze to access the beach. Hours and hours were spent enjoying the sand and sun, surfing, and playing in the waves. Access to the Poipu Athletic Club was excellent for Pickleball, basketball and using the pool. So convenient. When we were spent from all the fresh air, the condo was clean and comfortable to relax. We loved the lanai for having coffee and playing cards. We would definitely rent again!

We enjoyed our time at Kiahuna Plantation. The property amenities are fantastic, including access to Poipu Athletic Club. I loved the beach area and beautiful grassy lawn with lounge chairs. The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Thank you!

The beach is wonderful for swimming and watching both sunsets and surfers. The grounds around the Kiahuna Plantation are beautiful and well looked after. The unit was exactly as described and kitchen was well stocked with everything that you need. Hosts are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that you may have. Hope to return.

The view is fabulous off the deck! The kitchen is well stocked to cook..The BIGGY was the hide a bed; Always expecting a bar in your back right?! NOPE! This upgraded mattress in the living room hide a bed is fabulous! So comfortable! I slept 8 nights on it... just so you know! And there is air-co for good sleeping temp at night if needed. The access to the Athletic club across the street was really nice, the 'beach' pool with sand and plenty of umbrellas and chairs, has a bar and grill, happy hours and music fri-sun evenings... we walked everywhere, so nice.
