Property Overview
Kiahuna Plantation is the only beach-front property on Poipu Beach. White sands, palm tree shaded grassy areas, state of the art gas grills, complimentary towels and beach chairs and chaise lounges are all standard fare. Relax on the beach or go boogie boarding. Snorkeling is seconds away. If you prefer the shade, there's a beautiful shaded grassy area to enjoy with very comfortable chaise lounges or chairs for your use at the Beach Hut. We have a great beach umbrella for you to take to the beach as well as a large cooler! Boogie boards too! There are beach chairs and towels at the beach hut at no charge.
We also offer complimentary visits to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (across the street) where there's a fabulous pool and state of the art gym. There are gym classes available for a fee. Don't miss the fabulous Cabana, delicious food and drinks right at the pool!
Our location is ideal as well. It's quiet, private and airy. Ours is a ground floor end unit so there is extra ventilation and lighting. Outside our lanai is a very private garden with access to the beautiful rolling grassy area. We have luscious blooming plumeria trees as well as lush greenery. The walk to the beach, beach hut (for chairs and towels), and bbq is literally only 90 seconds away.
Our condo is completely remodeled with dramatic granite counters, white cabinets, tiled and glass shower, over-sized tiled floor. It is fully stocked with everything to make you comfortable. There's also a bocce ball set! kids beach toys! We have TWO air conditioning units - bedroom and living room. NEW living room furniture and new SOFA BED! COMFY!
All new designer furniture. All new TVs and appliances. Wireless modem. 1 gbps internet speed! Stereo sound bar with bluetooth abilities! All new LED lights! New lanai chaise lounges as well as dining table and 4 chairs on brand new lanai tile! Completely equipped for a very comfortable stay. Pool, gym, tennis and pickle ball courts across the street, at no charge. NO Resort fees! NO parking fees! The beach is literally only 90 seconds away!
There is air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living rooms! Laundry facility is a 60 second walk across the driveway.
There is a check out CLEANING FEE charged and collected by Castle Resorts on checking out. For stays less than 1 week, the check-out cleaning fee is $49/night plus tax. Price in 2026 is approx. $277 plus tax for stays of 7 nights or more. Castle Resorts will also provide a complimentary towel/trash/bathroom refresh on stays of 7 nights or more AT NO CHARGE.

This place was fine, but for the price, 400/night with all the fees was too much! For that price I would expect salt and pepper and some spices, cooking oil, at least. And maybe better coffee. The king bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was fine.
This place was amazing. Views of the sunsets were great. Beach was a quick one min walk. The unit was well equipped with everything you need. There are multiple restaurants within walking and the staff was great. Would will be coming back in the future to this community.
The townhome was clean and comfortable and in a good location in Poipu.
Condo was exactly as listed. Great shape, super clean, Lovely quiet location. Randy, the host was wonderful with communication too. Athletic club and Little Fish coffee across the street were exactly what I needed. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Everything was perfect, the location, the bed was so confortable, the condo was really clean and near the beautiful beach!
Comfortable, convenient location, shady lanai, 2 ACs!One small disappointment was the description and said there would be “spices and amenities”. I’d hoped to make some meals but there was nothing except for an oil spray. Not even salt and pepper. Some basics would have been most welcome. Otherwise, perfect!

Loved Kauai,Our unit was well appointed and clean; great location. One drawback on the property was ample access to towels without a charge, we were also not allowed beach towel changes daily
Everything was great. I slept on the pullout couch and it was comfortable and my sister slept in the bedroom.
This property was the perfect place to return from all activities. It was private and had easy beach access.
This is a superb Kiahuna condo. Very easy walk to a great beach which I love. The lanai is super private for a ground floor condo. A/C keeps the whole condo comfortable. Bed is comfortable. This condo has everything you need for a great stay. Will absolutely stay here again.

My kids and I stayed for a week and had the best time! #39 is ideally located with quiet lawn just outside the back door and the ocean front just steps away! The place was clean, had lots of natural light and a well stocked kitchen for anything you might want to cook or prepare. I highly recommend!

Nicest of the units we’ve stayed in. Close to main lawn but landscaping offers privacy on the lanai. Had all we needed. Overall pleasant experience.
Fantastic location! Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. The condo is well clean, equipped and has a very comfortable bed! the end unit location provides for great ventilation and virtually zero foot traffic past the lani for added privacy.
We loved our condo location and everything was perfect for our four nights stay! The bed was firm, but comfortable for us. We loved the sounds of birds, all of the beautiful flora/fauna and the views at the beach were lovely. The condo grounds are gorgeous!

Exceptional, remodeled unit with perfect location -less than two minutes to the beach, and comfort. We are visiting Kauai and Kiahuna Plantation for 20 years and stayed in may units; this was definitely one of the best stays.
