A/C installed & recently refurnished ground floor unit. 2 min. walk to the beach

The amenities at the fitness club were wonderful and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants and beaches.

Great location and condo

This unit was fairly comfortable. We chose it for the lack of uncomfortable Ratan furniture. The only negative was the bed. It was way too soft. We were forced to move to the Hide a bed which was not ideal.

Everything was as advertised. Nice place would stay again. Thanks again for the beach towel service.

We had access to everything we wanted and were within walking distance to the beach. The pool and gym were great. We walked to poipu beach to see the turtles at dusk too which was worth the walk! The grounds were well maintained with great scenery. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful.

Beach not user friendly. Owner of unit provided constant communication. Athletic Club nice but pretty good walk

Dianne is a fabulous host! The unit was immaculately clean, AC worked perfectly, the complex is lovely with beautiful landscaping and views everywhere, and the beach is less than a 2 minute walk away. Host communication was 10/10. Can't recommend enough!

Great place for the price. Featured picture is misleading as when I booked I thought that was the view from the condo. It isn’t, you don’t have a view of the beach at all.

We always love our stay at Kiahuna and this time was no different. Diane was an amazing host and the condo was perfect. Great location, nice and clean, and was stocked with all the beach supplies and toys for us to use each day. We can’t wait to come back!

I always love staying at the kiahuna. This was the first time having a place to myself so that was cool. Really enjoyed my time there. I was a short walk from all my family.It was really nice to have A/C I haven't stayed in a unit with AC before

We stayed here with our two kids ages 2 and 5, and found the location and amenities to be excellent! Walking distance to the beach and pool. The photos dont do the pool justice! Perfect place for the kids to play safely. Condo owner Dianne was very responsive and so helpful! We appreciate her hospitality, thank you! I’d recommend staying here to all who visit the beautiful and lush island of Kauai.

This is a great unit! The location is perfect, the listing is spot on! The AC is definitely much needed and saved us this week, couldn’t imagine not having it. The owner is very responsive and answers all your questions quickly. Thankfully we didn’t have any issues . Only suggestions would be to make sure you ask for the bedding for the air bed at check in if you plan on using both the sofa bed and the air mattress as there is only bedding for 1 in the unit. Also , maybe ear plugs if there are people in the unit above you. Guests checked in the last couple nights of our stay and were extremely loud. Like vacuuming at 11pm and sounded like moving furniture across the floor each night. Otherwise the majority of our trip was very quiet! We would most definitely stay here again!

Very relaxing and quiet!

Dianne was a super responsive and thoughtful hostess. We enjoyed our stay at the condo with its location between the shopping center, pool, and the beach. Most everything was walkable. We loved having a full kitchen, and artistic pieces added to the decor. Most of all- the lanai overlooking a beautiful green space with lots of flowers- made for a perfect place for breakfast.

Property is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. The property is comfortable, and spacious. We had a great time.

This is our second time starting in this unit. Highly recommended. Great location and the owners, Dianne and Marty, are amazing to rent from. They are very attentive give and are great hosts.

We loved our stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The unit was superbly furnished and an easy walk to beach and athletic club.

Lovely stay. Unit could use a kettle to boil water. Tough to pour out of a pot!

Great unit. Great location. Hot tub and pool are across the street. Hot tub always had lots of kids in it using as a play pool. Pool and hot tub close at 7:00 PM. no time for adults to use witout kids.

The property is very clean neat and orderly. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location close to parking and the walkway to the pool is excellent. Only a couple minutes walk to the ocean. The ground floor makes it very easy to walk out and is close to the barbecue grills. Would definitely stay here if we come back to Kauai.

This is a superb spot just a short walk to a great swimming beach, close to incredible snorkeling, and a quick drive to hiking. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Our stay here was amazing! The experience we had was great from beginning to end. Our host was wonderful and very helpful with all questions we had and concerns answered promply. The condo was perfect for all of our needs and very inviting. We will definitely book again in the near future ❤️

We love the plantation vibe here. This unit is so nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. The owner is also easy to communicate with. However, I have a couple of suggestions: inquire about how much the cleaning fee is that you will pay upon check-in. Also, plan on being awoken between 3 and 4 AM by the incredibly loud roosters outside the unit. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well, but the roosters were so loud that I would suggest that you bring earplugs if that kind of thing bothers you. We were up very early every morning.

We loved the condo and property! Such a special location with great amenities. We will definitely be back!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. We are and have always been so impressed by the staff as well as the cleanliness of the entire property. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future.

Having air conditioning was great! My daughter said the sofa bed was most comfortable one she has slept 🛏️ n and the owner is great! Very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Great condo and property. Great response time with the property owner. The 3 stars for the check in process was due to some miss communication on the large “check out” cleaning fee that is due at arrival. But the owner was responsive and handled it well. Would recommend this location and we would stay there again!

We had everything we needed. Great beach 2 minutes from the unit. Access to the athletic club is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back.

Dianne was so easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with kids, since the building is close to parking and the pool. Little fish is directly across the street which was also really convenient in the mornings. The beach was close walking distance, and the kids LOVED having the grass area just outside the patio. It was a perfect location for our family. The main bed was really comfortable!

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. Dianne was very helpful and responsive with the booking and assisting us when we experienced an unexpected flight delay. The condo is nicely laid out and the first floor lanai is a plus. Easy walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, etc. are provided. We will definitely be staying again on the future.
