Everything about this property is an A PlusThe sound of the waves, the monk seal on Kiahuna beach, the turtles at Poipu beach added to the experience of this property. The first couple of days from the balcony- we watched exciting local fisherman, catch 3 large fish! It was amazing. We enjoyed the pool at the club, the food is great there! The view of the ocean and the trade winds were amazing. We highly recommend this property! The beds the pillows and sheets were excellent! The dryer works amazing! We are thrilled with our 3 week stay and would like to do it again sometime soon! The host is excellent! Thank you!

Close to the beach, but being next to public beach and parking lot made it less desirable location. Second bedroom was very musty and was feeling the years. Kitchen and living room area was right on and very pleasant to hang out in!

Such a great view with a balcony large enough for all of us to breakfast together. Kitchen is well stocked with kitchenware, enough to make a birthday cake! Comfy beds too.

Awesome place to stay for kids. Even on a slow day you can sit out on the lanai and look for whales for hours. Conveniently located for everything in the south. Great place to play ball on the grass and go for a swim and snorkel right out your front door.

Great location! Steps to Kiahuna beach, 5-10 minute walk to Poipu beach. The pool is at the Poipu athletic club which is across Poipu rd, about a 5-10 minute walk. The facilities there are nice with a pool, small waterside, hotub, fitness center, soccer field, pickleball court, tennis court, basketball court, tetherball and a bar and grill. You can walk to various restaurants/coffee shops including Sunrise cafe, Little Fish Coffee, & Cabana bar and grill (restaurant at the Poipu athletic club). There are also restaurants in the shopping center across Poipu rd which is a 5-10 minute walk but we did not go to those so I can’t comment. Kids took swim lessons right at Kauai surf school-located in the Kiahuna Plantation development. Condo was clean and the washer /dryer in unit was great to have with kids.

Our family and friends vacation couldn’t had been any better. The condo was perfect, very clean, lots of kitchen extras, easy access to the beach, beautiful ocean view from the balcony, excellent and timely communication with the owner, couldn’t ask for anything more. We’ll be back!

The location is wonderful, especially easy access to the beach and an awesome view from the balcony. The kitchen has everything we needed and it was wonderful to have a washer/dryer.It's fairly easy to walk to see the turtles and monk seals as well as to area restaurants. We have stayed in this unit multiple times and always find it hard to leave. Just a few suggestions for minor issues: one of the balcony chairs needs repair, one of the beach chairs has a broken pipe on the seat, a couple of glasses were cracked and had to be discarded, and the sliders could use some WD40.

From the initial booking with Ron to checking out on our last day we had an amazing time. The view is incredible, the price is fair and the condo is well stocked with beach chairs, a couple boogie boards, fins and pool noodles. The kitchen has all the essentials for cooking. We will be booking with Ron again. He was a dream to work with. Very friendly and even set up a three payment option to accommodate our needs. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing first visit to Kauai and Hawaii. Much of this was due to the great location and setting of this property. The views and close access to the beach couldn’t better. This rental has all beach items you could possibly want, same with kitchen and everyday living essentials. We had 2 adults, 2 grandparents, and 2, 11-year-old boys. While it worked this time, my boys prefer more of a personal bedroom space as they shared the upstairs living area. Both bathrooms are ground level too. We would definitely return to this unit as a family of 4.

Great location, steps from the beach. View is incredible. Hear the ocean waves all night long! Will definitely look to stay here again.

Nice condo with a beautiful view and nicely appointed for guest comfort. The big bummer that we weren't expecting is that this end unit is on a busy corner next to a parking lot and access to beach. Our stay was nice but often disturbed by noise day and night from cars and people. Also, because there are several plants and trees on this corner we had three days of loud trimming/maintenance crews that woke us up.

This was the most perfect place to stay in Kauai! The location is the best-right on the beach and a short walk away fro the de turtles on Poipu Beach! I would 10000% recommend this hidden gem.

We loved this unit. The views to the beach and the Sheraton Resort were great. We enjoyed having drinks and watching from behind the Sheraton Luau. The place is very spacious and well stocked. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas, but there was much more. We traveled with a teenage daughter but if you have little kids this place is well stocked. We had 4 other families we traveled with scattered throughout the resort and our unit was definitely the fan favorite. Thanks for a great week!

We loved our stay at this beach front condo on Poipu! We woke up to beautiful sunrises and went to sleep to the sound of ocean waves each day. The condo was very clean and had everything you would need for a beach stay. The upstairs was even more spacious than we expected and was very comfortable for our family of five.

Fabulous location with easy access to beaches, pool and restaurants. Home is clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Hope to return one day upon visiting Kauai again in the future. Mahalo!

Not having been to Kauai before, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend a relaxing vacation than our unit at the Kiahuna Plantation. Our condo was exactly as-advertised, perfectly maintained and in great shape. Very comfortable space for our extended time and the facility itself was immaculate. So grateful to have spent time here and we'll be back!

Nothing better than hearing and seeing the ocean. Beautiful sunsets, great and comfy accommodations. Everything you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation. The owner Ron is very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Lots of extra goodies to use for beach activities. We hope to be back!

This 2 bedroom on the beach bungalow has everything a family needs for a wonderful and relaxing vacation! The views are amazing from the upper lanai and the private walk out patio below was beautiful. We had a fantastic week and cannot wait to return!

Everything about this Condo was perfect—as always. We love the location, and have been staying at Kiahuna for 25 years. Best beach for swimming!!! Whenever possible we book this unit. Ron is a great host. Sunsets on the upstairs lanai are so beautiful. Easy walk to the beach, the pool, or dining out. AC downstairs is new I think—and definitely a PLUS. We are all set to book again for 2025

Condo is in a great location with a great ocean view. We really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I enjoyed our time at this condo. The location and views were definitely the highlight. My kids were the most excited about the beach gear in the closet! We were able to get a futon for my son (11) who didn't want to share the hide-a-bed with his sister. It was $25/day and didn't take up too much space. When we were at the condo we had the upstairs doors open with the screens closed to get the airflow. That helped with the heat. The rooms downstairs had great temperatures with the air conditioners.

Absolutely perfect! Best view on the island. So many close restaurants, the location is perfect. The activity center is a bit of a walk but totally worth it, perfect pool for all ages. The condo was well stocked and everything worked great. Other family members staying in the complex were very jealous of our working washer and dryer and bedroom A/C units. Highly recommend!

This was our first time visiting Kauai, & after much research, we found this spot. Little did we know, it was perfect for us!! Surprisingly, it truly had absolutely everything one could ask for: view of the beach, access to the beach, large balcony to enjoy the views, beach chairs, umbrellas, plenty of room for the 6 of us, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, pool & gym access, restaurants right across the street we could walk to & the location was perfect!! It was the cherry on top of our long awaited family vacation. We hated to leave!! We ALL said, if/when we’re able to come back, we’re definitely staying here again!! We loved this unit. The lanai has terrific views, the vaulted ceiling exudes openess, floor space great for go fish games and the kitchen well outfitted. We loved the unit, Poipu and our vacation. One fabulous surprise was the close by faucets for feet cleaning- brilliant!!

We had an amazing trip. We stayed for 3 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for! Steps away from the beach, restaurants within walking distance, and beautiful views from the house. Both the bedrooms are on the first floor with the kitchen and living room on the second floor. The doors to the bedrooms are wooden and vented for airflow, very common in Hawaii, but basically sound wise it’s like having no door. I would recommend bringing a sound machine if you have kids and want to watch a movie after bedtime.

There’s nothing better than being oceanfront, listening to the waves, watching the waves roll up and down on the beach and seeing beautiful sunsets. The condo did not disappoint. It’s fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fabulous vacation and the owner, Ron is very helpful and responsive. We hope to be back!

This condo has everything! The views of the beach and sunsets while listening to the waves day and night are amazing!! The condo has absolutely everything one would need or use while in paradise. Both the host (Ron) and the property management company were quick to respond to any concerns which were minor. My husband and I would love to stay again and Mahalo Ron for sharing with us!!

This was our second stay in this beautiful unit . Our Family , two seniors , plus couple with 8 years old son stayed for 3 weeks . Plenty of room for 5 people. The unit is beautiful with incredible ocean view and stunning sunsets! Everything was perfect’ ! We are already planning our next stay in this incredible unit. The host is a perfect communicator! Our stay could not be better! Highly recommended and thank you for allowing us to stay in your unit!
