Beautiful ground floor unit at Kiahuna plantation with A/C.

Our stay was wonderful, the property was beautiful and the condo had everything we needed! Would love to come back here someday. the ground level unit was perfect with kiddos who could run around on the grass, quick walk to the beach and pool. We love Kauai! The unit has lots of essentials like spices and oil that was helpful. It was very nice to have AC but also I loved that the unit had slatted walls to allow for the lovely cross breeze to blow through, felt very tropical. But note that it leaves a little less privacy because of the slatted doors, which was ok for our family.

We’ve stayed at Kiahuna plantation 3 times and this is the best unit we’ve had by far! The walkout patio is now a non-negotiable. Jenn was amazing with recommendations for activities. The kitchen has updated appliances. This is managed by Outrigger so we had two towel changes and one linen change. We will definitely book this unit again. It’s worth the extra money to have a really nice home base. Aloha!

We previously stayed here a couple years ago and were not disappointed. Perfect place to stay for our family. Close to the athletic club and not far from the ocean either. We can’t wait to come back again!

The stay was very comfortable and great for families. AC is located in the living room.

The amenities provided from the resort and from the owner were wonderful and abundant. There was nothing more that we could have wished for.Loved the access to Popui Athletic Club that had a pool with a diving board, hot tub, and sandy-bottomed kids’ area. Also had a great weight fitness facility.We were minutes away walking to the beach as well as a small shopping village with 10 stores and 6 restaurants ,a coffee shop, gelato and acai shop.The host also had a closetful of activities for the beach, park including a foldable, wagon, chairs and coolers, etc. She was also thoughtful enough to have an ice pack on the freezer for her guests!Loved the book of Hawaiian birds and plants also. Loved the extra pillows and blankets too. Very thoughtful host and lovely uodating and decorating.My boyfriend works in Hvac and complimented the HVAC mini-split, saying it was perfect for the tropical day and evening weather as well. It kept us 100% comfortable. We can’t wait to come back.

Everything was updated and in great shape. I was surprised by the amount of kitchen supplies available, because I always grocery shop and cook myself. I would definitely stay here again. The lawn entry/exit was more convenient than I was expecting. We did a lot of extra beach walks just because we went out to the porch and kept walking.

We had such a great stay, the unit was clean and more updated than others we've stayed at in the same area, and was very comfortable. We had an issue come up that the host had no control over, and Jenn was kind and accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.

The property is lovely and situated in most convenient location in Poipu. It is well supplied and we wanted for nothing. I highly recommend this property.

Was great and walk to beach was not far. Just to bad the microwave was not working even know they had a smaller one to use.

We (husband and 16 yr old) stayed here for 8 nights at the beginning of July. It was a newer listing with no reviews when I booked it so I was a bit hesitant but, it turned out to be perfect! The owner was quick to respond to emails when I had questions before the stay. This was our 6th stay at the Plantation and our 5th unit. The unit is at the back of the complex, near the road. Road noise was never an issue and it was a quick walk to the pool, which is across the street. The beach was a four minute barefoot walk on a well cared for lawn and grounds. The beach has eroded over time but still sandy, during high tide only a small slice where you can sit. We chose to sit on the great lawn instead of the beach and it was perfect. The condo is exactly how pictured. Love the addition of the cupboards/counter in the dining area for the extra space. The kitchen had all we needed to make our own meals. Loved having the two Brita water containers in the fridge. My daughter stayed on the pull out sofa, it was fine for her and even with it pulled out there was still room to walk around.The condo had five beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, a small soft sided cooler, a small hard sided cooler, a wagon to tote all to the beach and a couple smaller beach bags. The only thing missing was an umbrella but you can rent those down at the beach hut. AC in the living room and ceiling fans in living/bedroom along with a standup fan. Would not hesitate to book this unit again!

This delightful ground floor unit in Kiahuna Plantation is located near the front entrance shared with the Marriot resort. There was plenty of parking close to the front door for easy access and a quick 5-minute walk to the beach, pool area, shops and restaurants. Despite the close proximity to the road, the unit was very quiet with a gorgeous view out the back patio. It felt very secluded. The whole unit appears to have been updated compared to some other units we have stayed in. The bedroom had plenty of dresser space and a large closet with hangers, large ceiling fan, bed side tables with lamps on each side and a flat screen tv. The bathroom included all the towels, soaps, extra TP and hairdryer. I really loved the high window in the bathroom that you could open to help dry off our swimsuits. The living room and kitchen have everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a fully stocked kitchen with all of the pots, plates, utensils, microwave, coffee pot and more. There were some basic seasonings that came in very handy and two Brita water filters and reusable ziplock bags that we used. The living room and kitchen have a nice open concept and open up to the beautiful huge grass area beyond the patio. There were 5 beach chairs, a couple of beach bags, cooler and other beach items. The host was wonderful to work with and has really thought of everything to make the stay perfect. We loved it!
