Poipu Vibes in Modern Comfort! New Remodel AC- OCEAN VIEW Washer Dryer Rare find

The apartment was simple and well-kept, we were thankful to find something for one night, last minute, due to a scheduling mishap. Cost really adds up with taxes and cleaning fees, but this is Hawaii! Owner was courteous and quick to respond to texts. Staff was very friendly.

The condo is clean, modern and comfortable, with A/C and all conveniences. The property is in a great location on a beautiful beach, close to shops & restaurants. Host is very welcoming and friendly, providing quick and friendly communication.

Easy Check-In & Check-out. Rental as described has a great location and everything needed for you stay is available & rental is very clean. Ample Towels. Starter Papertowels & Toilet Paper provided. Very nice manicured grounds. Air conditioning a big plus and the Washer/Dryer option was awesome. Great communication with the Owner. We were very happy staying here and would come back again. Owner/Manager was extremely helpful and always available to answer any questions! This condo was perfect for the two of us and having a washer and dryer in the unit was a game changer! Awesome beach chairs and beach umbrella to use. Access to very nice gym and pool and restaurant by the pool. Walk to everything, shopping beach, restaurants. You have a small ocean view, and the unit is set back from the beach so it is very private and quiet. You can enjoy the view while having coffee/ breakfast or any meal on the large private lanai without worrying about people looking at you as they walk bye. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay at Brendan’s place. Perfect location, beautiful grounds and comfy. Beach umbrella was broken, Brendan had a new one delivered the same day and gave us a great tip for securing it on the windy beaches. Highly recommend..

Brendan was very helpful from the time of booking and throughout our stay. The condo was just as described and was the perfect place for our time in Kauai. It is very close to many restaurants in Poipu. We also really enjoyed the athletic club’s pool and facilities. Would stay again!

Really nicely appointed unit with beach and pool access. Was a very nice experience overall. Would have been better if the friends had made their flight out, but at least we know where to stay next time.

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. It had everything you needed for a family of 4 to spread out and relax for the week. It is a remodeled unit with AC-nicely appointed with a lot of little extras that we appreciated a lot: Laundry in the unit, beach gear, extra hangers, a few games and books, also fitted with all the kitchen tools and gadgets including a rice cooker and a blender. It was super close to shopping, the athletic club with pickleball courts across the street -and the best part -a semi private area of Poipu beach with a beach shack and towel service just a short walk (8 minutes) away. No need to bring lawn chairs…they have plenty at the shack! Surf lessons were offered daily in front of the big lawn so if you want to learn- this is a great place to start. We snorkeled in 3 places around the island and this was by far the best for seeing a lot of fish. It was close to places to eat and shop and we loved Keoki Paradise. Their Coconut Mojito was hands down our favorite cocktail all week. Total props to Brendan for his wonderful virtual hospitality -from the moment we booked until we sadly had to say goodbye. He was always quick to respond to my every question- Mahalo! We had a great time here and would def book again.

Brendan was very accommodating for our last minute request. The place was immaculate and right behind the Marriott where our friends were staying. The AC provided much needed reprieve. We will be back! Thanks again!

We enjoyed our week long stay in Poipu. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need is close at hand. Perfectly situated on the south side of the island there is much to see and do including Na Pali coast, Waimea Canyon, and several beaches. Koala town is a very short drive and worth visiting. Great food all over this side of the island. Brendan was easy to communicate with although we didn’t have any issues. Stay here if you can.

Beautiful property, lovely grounds and nice beach access. Nice gym and pool across the road with a great restaurant, tennis and pickle ball. The condo was perfect for my husband and I but can sleep two more on the pullout couch. Kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utinsils, coffee maker (not a Kuerig) and more. This condo also has two beach chairs and a small boogie board for your use. I picked this condo due to the fact that it is air conditioned and had a washer/dryer combo u it which we used almost daily. The owner is great with communication. He answers quickly and provides great information about the area. We loved Poipu. There are lots of great restaurants and shopping there along with Poipu beach with a lifeguard and protected swimming area. The turtles come up every night and that is a must see! We would stay here again and will if we ever return to Kauai.

My husband and I had a great stay here on our honeymoon! The place was clean and comfortable and Brendan was super friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool/hot tub was just a quick walk (but you can also drive if you’d like) and the restaurant there was great both times we stopped by! Getting to the beach was easy as well and we were able to walk down it a little bit to see the turtles come up at night (highly recommend!!). The cleaners get rid of any condiments/spices/etc. so you do have to bring/buy your own, but other than that they had all the necessary kitchen utensils and such. The pool/hot tub does close at 7pm, which is enforced, but it wasn’t too big a deal since staying on Kauai means a lot of fairly early mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

The views from the patio of the ocean is great. The walk to Poipu beach is 5 minutes. The condo has beach chairs that are back pack style to carry, leaving hands free to carry a tote. The owner has thought of everything that makes your stay here effortless. The washer/dryer is very cool. The kitchen has the basic tools to make meals. We took advantage of the beach club on our last day since the flight out of Kauai was at 10pm. This was a tidbit that the owner let us know about since checkout is at 11am. The location is close to shopping, restaurants and activities, such as Zipline, Port Allen for sunset dinner cruz, warehouse 3540 (Loved this place!).

We had a great stay. The unit is nicely renovated and close to the beach, shops and things to do in Poipu. We loved having the beach activity hut on the property. Rented snorkel gear and took a surf lesson. Would definitely stay again!

My wife and I really liked this condo! It was very clean and had everything we were looking for, including AC. Having 2 beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board included was an unexpected bonus. We had a great time using this as our "base" while taking trips to other areas of Kauai. Having kitchen utensils was nice so we didn't have to go buy anything special other than food. There are lots of nearby places to eat out, have a drink, swim, surf, snorkel, shop, hike and see sunsets/sunrise. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this updated and quiet condo. It had everything we needed inside and even some chairs and an umbrella for beach time. You can walk to several beaches and places to eat, and access to the health club across the street was a bonus we took advantage of. Poipu turned out to be a good location for us for touring the entire island. Thanks Brendan and family for a great stay!

We loved our recent visit to this condo. Walking distance to so many things--Little Fish Coffee (highly recommend ordering online and then walking over to pick up), shops, restaurants, athletic club/pool, and, most importantly, the beach! That said, parking is a breeze and the location offers easy access to everything by car. The condo itself was beautiful and clean with comfortable furniture--recently renovated with an amazing view of the ocean. The washer/dryer combination worked really well and such an awesome amenity. The a/c kept the unit cool and comfortable. Brendan was super easy to work with and we really appreciated his suggestions. We plan to stay again on our next visit to Kauai if the dates work out. The condo itself was spotless, tastefully updated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had modern appliances, and well equipped for entertaining. The condo was a serene walk to the beach and a short drive (or even walk!) from shops, restaurants, and local attractions. We loved the Poipu Beach Athletic Club affiliation where we enjoyed morning workouts, a daily game of pickleball and a swim. The host was responsive, and friendly. We truly felt at home here and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking to experience the magic of Kauai!

Lovely place and close to everything. Short walk/drive to the beach, shops and restaurants. You'd need to provided your own cooking basic essential such as oil and seasoning.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Kauai. The condo itself was in a great location, updated and cozy with the grounds in Kiahuna plantation beautifully landscaped and well taken care of. Access to the beach was just a short walk. All in all it worked great for us.

Place looks very new! Loved the remodeled room. It's a big plus also with the Athletic Club coz our kids loved the pool.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay in this condo. It was great to be at the back of the resort to easily drive to adventures across the island, but still have a quick walk to the beach. The unit itself was modern, stylish, and comfortable. We loved having AC in September, and the little washer/dryer unit was amazing. We ended up not cooking at all on this trip, even though the kitchen was well equipped.The unit is on the top floor of a 3 story unit, which we loved, but note there are a couple flights of stairs to get up there. You can see the ocean well enough to get a sense of the surf (it was pretty high for our whole visit due to stormy weather). There are tons of very good restaurants nearby, and many are walking distance away. The beach right at the resort was pretty good for swimming, and Poipu beach right next door has turtles that come up onto the beach at sunset and monk seals that sometimes snooze on the beach during the day. We absolutely loved this complex and this particular unit, and would highly recommend it! It had everything we were looking for, and a very responsive host as well!

It was an amazing place to stay: clean, renovated, and beautiful! The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for the home-cooked meals, the washer/dryer was nice to have. The location is great in proximity to a few beaches. The athletic club across the street was a nice addition for the whole family to enjoy the pool and go to the gym.

What a spectacular location for our first visit to Kauai! We loved that we could walk everywhere we needed to with great coffee, excellent dining options, and awesome boutiques right across the street. We also enjoyed our short walk to the beach, through tropical gardens under majestic trees. Also, can't say enough about how much we appreciated the wonderful place our host created. Comfortable, cozy, clean, and great vibes overall. Highly recommend!

Beautifully renovated condo close to the beach and walking distance from several restaurants. The condo lacked some basic items that would have been nice to have for our stay. (salt and pepper, cooking oil, functioning ice maker)

This condo was the perfect location! Loved being a short walk to the beach!! The beach chairs and umbrella were a perfect addition!! My husband and I are already planning a trip back with the kids.

This condo was nicely furnished and comfortable for our 4 night stay. The AC worked pretty well at cooling the bedroom even though it was in the living room. The complex itself is in a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. The only negative for us is that there is no elevator and the unit is up three flights of stairs. We aren't young, so getting our luggage up and down was very difficult. I'd recommend including this information in the listing. If we had mobility impairments it would have been a huge problem. The communication with the owner was prompt and helpful.

This unit is by far the best VRBO property we have ever rented. As short term rental property owners ourselves, we were impressed with the condition of the unit. Very modern. Tasteful furnishings. Well equipped kitchen. Easy access to be beach and pool that has a bar/restaurant. Convenient to many sightseeing attractions. The washer/dryer was definitely a plus. We won't overpack the next time we visit 😁 This place is a gem!
