Steps to Keauhou Bay! Great Water Access! Pool! Foosball table!

Great location, very close to the bay which we were able to walk to for paddle boarding & night manta tour. Great that plenty of beach towels were provided, kitchen was well-stocked, tons of water gear was also provided. No bathroom on the main level other than the master which was kind of inconvenient for those staying in the upper loft, as this required them to go through the master bedroom or down to the basement for bathroom service. Overall a great location & home. Would definitely stay here again!

Great property and the hosts were so helpful in providing local recommendations ahead of the trip. Only suggestion is that they require you to not only wash all towels but dry and fold them all as well and strip and put sheets ready to go. I understand trying to get everything together and that is normal but requiring us to wash and fold and put up all towels while we pay for cleaning fee and services is a little much. We had to wait around to finish the laundry before leaving. Everything else was great.

We just returned from an amazing week in Hawaii. The house was perfect; the setting was ideal. The house was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

What a house!!! The kitchen was well stocked, it had every appliance you could ever need. The house was so clean when we arrived! The view was better than in the pictures!!! So convenient to walk to sea quest to swim with the manta rays. So impressed with the house. I highly recommend and I hope to be back!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. The location couldn’t be better and centrally located, making it incredibly easy to explore some of the Big Island’s top attractions without spending your whole day in the car. The house itself was great, well‑equipped, and felt like a peaceful retreat after long days of adventuring.

Had a great holiday with family. Location was fantastic. House was well equipped. Pool was a bonus. 11am checkout would have been more convenient as well as not having to launder all the towells before checking out.

We had the most amazing time staying here for a week...location was perfect....waking up to overlooking the bay was the best...got to start my mornings off with a swim...very comfortably fit the 10 of us...felt like home! Would love to come back!

Dawn paddle boarding, nighttime manta rays, family, and fun! This stay had it all, and the house location, amenities, and set up made it possible. Fantastic location and extremely comfortable for our family of 8, including two kids under 3. Highly recommended - we will definitely be back.

This was by far the best place we’ve ever stayed at. The house is amazing. The location is amazing. The shed with all the toys for the kids and adults to use was amazing. Overall we had the best time. The pool is such a nice addition. We enjoyed our morning coffees sitting on the covered deck watching the canoe club come In and out of the bay. Such a great place for our two families to come together and enjoy the big island. Thanks for everything Nikki & Jeff!

Our family was in town for the Ironman race. We had a wide variety of ages staying and they all loved it. There was definitely something for everyone! Beautiful well kept home

We had the best time! Could not have picked a better place to stay!! We loved the Seacrest Manta Ray snorkling. Two step beach was great for snorkling. Kids lived the pool! Great vacation!!!!

We had an amazing week at Kona Calm. The location and access to Keahou Bay cannot be beat. The house is large and accommodated our party of 10 very well. We particularly loved the pool and all the water toys. Hopefully we will be back one day!!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were able to simply enjoy the house, the view, and the ocean. There was enough room for people to chill, great gathering spot for meals, and it was simply what we had hoped it would be. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Mahalo!

this home has a fantastic location. A few steps to the beach and a lovely private pool and gorgeous gardens in the backyard. Ample room for a large family and close to highways and access to stores. We would recommend.
