Kealoha, meaning "the loved one", is a beautiful Kaua'i home situated on the 10th fairway of the famous Makai Golf Course. With lake views and a pristine location, this remodeled Princeville home provides privacy and serenity. Tucked towards the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this adorable home has all the amenities you'd need for an amazing vacation.
Kealoha is newly remodeled and newly furnished with luxuries including air conditioning in the spacious main living room area, high vaulted ceilings and wood accents, huge covered lanai for bbqing, outdoor living with lots of outdoor furniture, new bedding and beds, a spacious fully equipped kitchen, new hot tub and private pool, and an open floor plan; rendering the perfect setup to entertain family and guests alike.
With a comfortable living area, there's plenty of space to unwind after a long day of adventures. The living room has ample seating, a large flat screen tv, lots of game boards, books and much more. Open-themed, the living space flows beautifully into the dining area with a table that seats 6, kitchen island with bar-stools and a small desk space just in case you need to check an email or two.
Off of the main living space is the wide, covered lanai that naturally draws you to outdoor living, immersing you in tropical golf course and lake views full of pine trees and tropical landscape. Old-growth Norfolk Pines in the backyard offer the perfect amount of privacy and seclusion for your afternoon nap out back. The deck also features a large dining table, a small sofa with chairs and a gas BBQ grill.
The thoughtfully laid out split floor-plan gives two of the primary bedrooms (King, King) access to the eastern and western ends of the lanai. The third guest bedroom boasts 2 twin beds.
The master bedroom has an ensuite full bathroom with dual sinks, and boasts luxurious bedding and linens. The second room is equipped with a King bed and shares a full bathroom with the third guest room with twin beds.
The fully equipped and spacious kitchen has all the cooking gadgets and amenities for a wonderful meal with family and friends. High end appliances, lots of cookware, coffee maker, small appliances, tableware, and so much more.
The garage houses your beach gear with a handful of beach toys, beach umbrella boogie boards, beach chairs and cooler.
You can find a private, secluded outdoor shower with hot and cold temperature, great for the end of day adventures. Rinse the day away as you prepare to bask in the Hawaiian sunset with your favorite beverage. Finish off the evening while enjoying mountain views from the new private pool and hot tub.
Great location, this home is located in the centrally-located resort community of Princeville, Kealoha is only a 15-minute walk to many conveniences including the Princeville Park, the Princeville Shopping Center, Foodland grocery store and many shops, restaurants and a weekly farmers market. With many beach paths located throughout the Princeville community, you can easily access Hanalei Bay with just a short drive down the hill into Hanalei. Many famous north shore beaches are all within a short distance.

We loved at our stay at this beautiful home! The view of the golf course is fantastic. It was so nice to swim in the pool and cook dinners in their beautifully stoked kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying here!
We loved the location and the property. The home had everything we needed and was well taken care of. The plung pool was great for hot afternoons. We had so much fun. We'll definitely rent again!
The pictures are very accurate for this property. The house backs up to the golf course and the house is on a cul de sac which means very little traffic. It was very quiet while we were there and it was wonderful. The check in process was good and everything was as described. We had a wonderful time. The house had everything that we needed. The 6 beach chairs and the cooler were very helpful. There were lots of dishes and glasses. The beds were good and the showers were very nice. Overall we really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean when we arrived. The back Lanai was large with chairs plus an outdoor table and chairs so we ate several meals outside. Overall this I would give this house an A+.

6 of us stayed here over the holiday weekend and everyone was so impressed by the home. It was so peaceful and open. My husband also fell so in love with the towels at the place he came home and bought a set for himself.
