I will look for this rental if I’m ever fortunate to visit Big Island again! Plenty of room for private space and family gathering. Kitchen and gas bbq in excellent condition with everything needed. Fridge with inside water dispenser and icemaker great for day trips.We saw whales every morning from yard, but outstanding views just minutes away on the coast from the deck next to the Pu’ukohola Heiau NHS! Whale watch volunteer group there on Tuesday with great binoculars to borrow and lots of info and kid activities.Next door Spencer Beach Park is a gem. Great for picnic, relaxing and swimming.Location was great to visit Kailua-Kona for night snorkel as well as Waipio Valley Shuttle tour and Kohala coast to Polalu. Hawaiian Style Restaurant in Waimea has outstanding breakfast.

The location is great jumping off point for a lot of activities. The view of the ocean is pretty good, but note that you are right on a major highway. Great stargazing though.

Location was perfect (away from hustle and bustle, close to Hapuna SP and Mauna Kea Beach). Home was perfect: plenty of space to spread out, thoughtful details, kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor shower was a hit with everyone. Would book again.

House was spacious for 4 adults, surprise to have AC which was helpful as kept windows closed because of Hwy noise. Enjoyed use of beach gear, laundry & grill. Location good for quick drive to beaches and unexpected drive up saddle road to Volcano! House was clean and great for cooking.

If you’re looking for a sacred place on big Island to ground and connect with the land sky and earth look no further. We enjoyed meditating and dancing on the small lawn in the back, which looks over the ocean. The outdoor lanai room is perfect for dry and poetry and a breakfast nook Hoping to return someday Mahalo

Had a great five day stay and couldn’t have been more pleased with everything! The host is amazing—-location is great—-view is gorgeous!

We had such an amazing stay really enjoying the ocean views and having the most relaxing Christmas. The home was clean and welcoming, the 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The outdoor shower is awesome, you can stare at the stars and take in the quiet. The kitchen was well supplied and easy to prep meals. Wish we could have stayed longer. Definite recommendation for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing vacation, close to everything but far enough from the hub bub. 5 Stars!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Great access to the northern part of the island. We loved exploring. The outdoor shower was our favorite part!

We enjoyed our stay. We were looking for a place near Hapuna Beach that wasn’t a resort so this home worked very well. Very clean and had everything we needed for the six of us. Kitchen well equipped. There is a half bath off the lanai so there are really the equivalent of two full baths if you include the outdoor shower which we had to fight for! The outdoor shower was amazing particularly at sunset or at night under the stars. The view is great, but you do need to be prepared for road noise when outside. We also discovered Spencer Beach just a few minutes away which is a lovely beach and park.

A great family sized house with plenty of supplies, big kitchen, lots of beds and a beautiful ocean view. Just minutes from Beach 69, which is a MUST! Wonderful!
