*Please note that per Maui county law, that two adults and two minors are allowed per bedroom. We are allowed to host up to 4 adults and 4 minors for a total of 8 guests. This is a private top floor unit of a 2 level home.

*The Kauhale Breeze is in the center of everything! Only a 1/2 mile, 3 minute drive, 12 minute walk to our favorite beach on the island, Keawakapu! There is lots of beach space, free parking, and a hotel (Mana Kai) for food or drinks. There is a walking path to the south that will take you to the beautiful resorts and beaches of Wailea, or to the north, the Kamaole beaches, shopping and dining of central Kihei.
*We are sure you will want to enjoy all the activities Maui has to offer. We sit right next door to several world class golf and tennis resorts. The Wailea tennis club as well as the Wailea Blue, Gold and Emerald courses are just a 5 minute drive. We are happy to help make any reservations or tee times.
*Are you a running or hiking enthusiast? We`re happy to give you some tips of our favorite routes, depending on how far you want to go!
*Surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, spikeball, and volleyball are all right here and we have everything you will need to enjoy it all!
*Beach towels, chairs, surf boards, yoga mats, tennis racquets, and bikes are all available for use at no additional cost.
*The view here is absolutely the best. Enjoy our provided 100% Maui local coffee with the morning sunrises, or a glass of wine and watch sunset while the viewing the whales jumping! (Whales are here typically December-March, with January and February the height of whale watching)

*Neighborhood Quiet Hours- In compliance with our permit, and keeping with the peaceful nature of our neighborhood, all noise must be brought inside between the hours of 9:00PM-7:30AM.
*There is no smoking inside or on the back patios. Smoking is only allowed in the front driveway.
*Guest count over 10 will incur additional charges per guest. Any additional guests over 10 must be pre-approved Host.

This was the perfect location and the accommodations were amazing. All the things that were available for us, from beach chairs to surfboards, truly made our visit special. Oliver was always available to help with recommendations. This location is highly recommended.
Everything is great
Everyone in our party wanted adventure. None of us wanted a "sit at the beach" vacation. This house helped us accomplish that. The location was perfect - we were able to get everywhere we wanted to around the Island super conveniently and still walk to dinner! The house was convenient, comfortable, and quiet. All in all our group had a lovely experience.
Our stay in this beautiful home, overlooking the breathtaking Maui Ocean, was nothing short of Amazing. The home had lots of space for my whole family and friends, for meals or hanging out (staying in). We ate most meals in home, just because it was so nice to be there. The only time we were not there was when we went to the beach. Going to the beach was better than ever too, with all the beach equipment one could ever think of. Truly, staying at this home provided everything we needed for a great vacation.
This place was perfect for our stay with 4 adults and 4 kids. The lanai has a wonderul view. The place was clean and in a great location.
We loved this place. The balcony with the beautiful view was our favorite part! The house fit 7 people very comfortably and you can’t beat the location. Within walking distance of a beach was awesome as well as within close driving distance to some of the best beaches of Maui. They had everything we could need to enjoy the beach and the host responded to our questions very quickly and is so kind. He even let us borrow the beach chairs and towels after check out time since our flight is in the evening. We also loved the little cat visitor we’d get sometimes, as animal lovers this was a highlight. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Everything was well above our expectations! Great property and location. Could not stop raving about it to everyone visiting for the wedding.
What a view! We watched the sunset every night from the patio. The space was very large and also very well equipped with beach gear. A/C worked great and no issue with any part or the property.
Good convenient location, very helpful extras
I can't say enough good things about this location, it was exactly as depicted and went above/beyond everyone's location. It was clean, spacious, had some complimentary items, had beach gear which was also great, and Paul was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. I would love to book again, the price was well worth it as well and the view on the deck was breathtaking.
Members of my extended family stayed here for a little over a week for my nephew’s wedding. The place was perfect for our group of 7 adults, and provided a perfect haven at the end of each day of Maui adventures. It’s close enough to everything to be convenient, and far enough from the touristy parts of town to be quiet and serene. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty of space for privacy for the couples at the end of the evenings as well. The hosts were gracious and helpful and the house is clean and comfortable. I will definitely consider staying here again if we’re fortunate enough to get back to Maui!
This house was great for us and our grown children. Plenty of space since we have outgrown a single condo. Beautiful views and nice location between the Wailea Strip and Kihei. We were able to easily enjoy both locales. Oliver was very welcoming and helpful
