Waipouli Beach Resort Exceptional Condo Pool View Condo

This is an amazing property for families with small kids. Having a yard right off the living-room and quick access to the pool made it easy for us to have fun, especially during those moments when you need to get out quickly with a toddler.

The place was in a perfect location, the amenities were great and the furniture (beds) were good. We had a problem with the A/C not working, had three workers attempt to fix it, spent a few nights without A/C, and still don’t think it was fixed. We got some response from the rental company, but took awhile to get some resolution. If the AC gets fixed we’d stay again.

We loved it! Very beautiful very comfortable condo, the floor level right next to the pool was wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked and easy to use for night or lunches staying in. No issues at all, easy to access, easy parking, and nice location on the island. We would love to come stay again!

Everything was in great condition. The unit was well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs and cooler. The kitchen was also well equipped so that you could easily make meals in the condo.

Such a great location and condo. Very well stocked kitchen and they even have some beach gear for you to use during your stay. The suite is right by the pool and ocean and has views of the beautiful sunrises every morning. Loved our time here and can't wait to come back!

We loved staying in this ground floor condo with a small lawn and easy access to the pool and beach. We will be back to Waipouli!

This is the second time we've stayed at Waipouli and loved it. It's beautiful, great for kids and the location is amazing. We love being able to walk to the grocery store, a few restaurants, shaved ice. We'll definitely be back.

Very convenient. Close to the lobby, pool, beach, grocery store, this made it easy. Towel service was nice, no need to pack one. Thank you!

First floor room was perfect! No waiting for an elevator, walk right out of your patio to the pool and very short distance to the beach. Looking at the property map, I thought it would be a hike to the beach but not at all; this room absolutely made our trip perfect (and I don’t give compliments easily). Check in was easy, parking was ample, plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The 2 master bedrooms with private baths was perfect for our 2 couples.

The walk out to the pool was extremely valuable for our kids to enjoy. We love the two ensuites for the two families. Sunrise everyday around 7am is also viewable from the suite. Thank you for having us

Room was exactly what was described. 24hr grocery store right across the street. Pool was amazing. Great gym. Beach was beautiful. Not a lot of places say this but they do have streaming services which was a plus! We will be staying here again next time we're here

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo is in a great location on the property and it’s in wonderful shape. It had everything we needed and communication with the property managers was fast and easy. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great ground floor unit with patio opens to grassy area. Walk out patio to pool, gym and beach. Unit is a great size with full kitchen, nice size living room, bedroom’s and bathrooms. Close to grocery store, restaurants and airport. Perfect location In between Princeville and Poipu allows easy access to the island. Would definitely stay again! Management very easy to deal with and responsive.

Very nice property. Overall great stay with a few recommendations to improve on. The cleaning could have been a little more detailed. And the coffee table was a bit of an issue when using the sofa bed. We would have liked a full length mirror, and more lighting. We had great time and will definitely be back to this area of Kauai.

My husband and I stayed in this condo with my sister and brother-in-law. The condo was the perfect setup. It even had a 3rd bathroom, should there have been kids or others sleeping on the sofa bed (which we did not have). One night when we were all getting ready at the same time, it provided us some room to spread out. Property was everything we needed. Highlights were the pool area, the beach, and the RESTAURANT (Oasis). Plus, the workout facility was totally sufficient (small, but had everything you needed). Do not discount the restaurant because it's behind the condo complex. It is really spectacular with a great chef doing farm-to-table. They have their own fisherman who brings in the "catch of the day". On Wednesdays, there is a happy hour with two guys (one on Eukulele). We found the location super easy to go north of the island or around to the west. And... there is a Safeway across the street. Easy peasy. You feel like you're in a resort, without being in a resort community (e.g., Poipu). Would definitely recommend this condo.

Enjoyed the stay. We had an issue with a toilet, but maintenance dealt with it.
