This booking was beyoonndd wonderful. The location, views, and amenities were unbeatable. Despite being from Alaska and initially worried about the lack of AC, it was never an issue. The fans, gorgeous scenery, and ocean breeze made it even better.Matthew was an amazing host, and the communication was more than appreciated. My partner and I hope to return to this exact stay on more than one occasion :The guest book was also a cutie read I adore things like that.
Overall, it was pretty nice, but the place is definitely not as new and nice as the pictures.

Fabulous ocean and mountain views, gentle breezes and unexpected extras supplied by the host, such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, made this stay wonderful. This condo is nicely located, with easy access to everything on the north shore. We loved having a full kitchen and were delighted to find the washer/dryer tucked in the closet!Our host was very responsive and made our stay relaxed and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful stay! We loved watching the beautiful sunrise colors from our bedroom window and lanai and the sunset from the sealodge grounds. The condo was clean and furnishings updated. The views amazing and grounds peaceful. We enjoyed beautiful ocean waves from the bedroom/living room and balcony and gorgeous mountain views from the kitchen window and at the top of the stairs. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and 2 boogie boards. We appreciated having a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and an amazingly large shower. I was worried about being on the 3rd floor, but we liked the privacy of the 3rd floor and the view was worth taking the stairs. We didn’t have any problems with our stay and the host reached out to us multiple times throughout our stay to make sure things were good. Great host, amazing condo and location close to the heart of Princeville and Hanalei. We will definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit Kaua’i again!

My wife and I love staying here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Kaua’i!The views from the condo are gorgeous and, with it being on the top floor, we had a nice sense of privacy as we woke up to the sounds of waves crashing in the ocean. Location was perfect. We were never more than a short drive away from any beach, restaurant or shop we wanted to visit. Our hosts were very responsive and checked in to see if we needed anything upon our arrival. Also provided towels and other amenities for the beach. Thanks for having us!
Great location with wonderful views. It is on 3rd floor with no elevator so be prepared-not for those with mobility issues. Unit was clean, bed comfortable and good shower. Furnishings were dated but we didn’t care-didn’t spend our time inside. Owner very responsive when we had issues with washer. We loved our stay here and will be back!
We absolutely loved this place. First of all, the penthouse views over the ocean are breathtaking. Spent every morning sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise and hearing the waves. Just make sure you’re able to walk up the stairs to get into the condo, but once you get up there it is definitely worth it! The place was clean and comfortable, with plenty of standing fans provided so that it was cool enough without AC. It felt very private. The place was stocked with beach supplies including coolers, towels, chairs, and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely stocked too. Shower was heavenly. Host was very communicative and kind. It was the perfect home base for our stay on the north shore and I highly recommend!!
We had a lovely stay. The property is on the third floor (a bit of difficulty locating the actual number upon arrival) we walked round and round looking for the unit - once we located it entry was smooth. Many adds provided - towels, cooler, chairs, boogie board, coffee maker, etc. Bed was comfy and space was enjoyable to hang out in. Thank you for sharing your space with us.
The Sea Lodge complex is in a great location on the cliffs in Princeville. It was a real treat to have an unobstructed ocean view and to be able to hear the pounding surf everyday. The unit is alone on the top floor - so no noise from neighbors - the view is northeast with great sunrises. The beach chairs, towels, and cooler were perfect - used them everyday. The kitchen was adequate for small meals - would have liked a gas grill in the common area. The furniture in the unit is old and could use an upgrade - but overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
The view is even better than the pictures depict! The place is very nice and well equipped with everything you need for the beach and your stay. The hosts were very responsive and always answered any question promptly. Will definitely stay here again!
