Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this spacious three-bedroom home in Princeville offers the perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The open-concept design features an upscale kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, plus counter-height seating and a dining area for easy meals together. Relax in the sunroom with plush lounge furniture, unwind in the cozy living room, complete with a Smart TV for your entertainment, or enjoy the outdoor dipping pool with a relaxing waterfall feature.

The main-level (second floor) master suite boasts a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a walk-out balcony with seating to take in the peaceful surroundings. Two additional queen bedrooms are located on the lower level.

For extra sleeping space, the living room offers two twin day beds, perfect for children or additional guests. You’ll also enjoy added convenience with free high-speed Wi-Fi and a laundry area in the garage. Outside, dine al fresco on the patio with seating in sun or shade and a BBQ grill. The spacious backyard is ideal for outdoor fun, and ample onsite parking is available.

Important Details to Note:

- There may be guests staying in the separate guest suite, all outdoor spaces including the backyard, patio, and BBQ grill, are shared.

- Once guests pass through the front door there is a staircase leading up to the main level, please ensure that all guests are comfortable using stairs.

- The mini-split AC unit is available only in the master suite. As is common in many Hawaiian homes, there are no air conditioning systems in the rest of the house, as the island enjoys mild temperatures year-round.

- This is a private home for your stay, and it does not have a concierge or front desk service. We hope you enjoy the space and make yourself at home!

Owner cancelled a confirmed reservation the day of check in (two days after we booked)We have two rentals. It’s hard to host. But why did it take so long for them to realize they were “double booked?” This really was a terrible experience on my 60th birthday trip
