Living Spaces:

Guests will love the rich, beamed wooden ceilings and the stunning two-story lava stone fireplace as the living room's centerpiece. Vaulted ceilings in the living room allow for an open and dramatic space where guests can gather in the airy seating area. Open the sliding doors to expand to the covered lanai, or keep them closed and enjoy the A/C. In the den/media room, guests can watch a favorite show on the wall-mounted flat screen, or tuck away for a quiet workspace. The second level has an additional common area with a sofa, TV, and workstation. The lower level has an inviting open flow between the living space, lanai, dining area, and kitchen.
Kitchen & Dining:
The exceptional gourmet kitchen has enough space to keep the cook company while preparing dinner. Meal prep will be a snap with the large wrap-around counter, and large island with stools.
Amenities include a gas range, stainless appliances including a double-door fridge/freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large double sink and separate vegetable sink, a toaster oven, coffee maker, and cookware/dinnerware. The elegant wood dining table has seating for six just off the kitchen. Guests can enjoy their meals alfresco on the covered lanai, where they'll find comfortable outdoor seating, lounge chairs, and a bbq.
Bedrooms & Baths:
This 3600 sq ft home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms.
The primary suite is located on the main level with a king bed, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a vanity with a large mirror where you can get ready for your day with ease. The ensuite bathroom will invite a spa-like experience with a large walk-in shower, separate tub, and double sink vanity. A second queen bedroom is on the main level with a full bath across the hall. Upstairs are three more queen bedrooms with a shared full bath. Each bedroom has hotel-style luxury linens, comfortable bedding and mattresses, and ceiling fans to keep cool.
Outdoor Amenities:
The luxurious lanai expands the living space of the home with privacy, sweeping mountain views in the distance, a hot tub for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring, chaise lounges where one can lean back and sip on a cocktail, and ceiling fans to circulate the air. Start your day drinking your coffee in the cool morning air as you look out over the pristine golf course with dramatic mountains in the backdrop. Guests will also have use of the garage, supplied beach gear, bicycles, and scooters.
The fine print: Guests must be 21 to book. A/C can be enjoyed on the main level and in the upstairs common areas. The bedrooms do not have A/C but are equipped with ceiling fans. Guests will also have use of the laundry room. No smoking/vaping, pets, or events.
Located on a golf course in Princeville on the north side of Kuai, this property is in close proximity for guests to enjoy the Princeville bike path, Hanalei Bay, nearby golf, hiking, beaches, mountain biking, windsurfing, snorkeling, and more. We had an awesome stay in Kauai!! And this house checked all our boxes minus a pool but it did have a hot tub so after we braved hiking makaleha the hot tub was an absolute necessity!!! There were a few things that need some work on the house but noting these things with the host were received very well and they were very grateful! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!!
We sincerely loved everything about our stay! This home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautiful! The kitchen flowed so nicely and it made cooking that much more enjoyable! We stayed with our 6 children ages 17-26 and they loved everything about it! We will definitely be back!

This home is open and spacious. The rooms are laid out beautifully to allow plenty of space for family to gather and/or retreat if they wish. The bedrooms were all spacious and confortable. The kitchen is very well appointed, you will find almost anything you could need. Thank you for the use of this beautiful home - our families all enjoyed it.

As we continued to walk through, we discovered more and more amenities. The huge kitchen was a big hit. Every imaginable appliance, cookware, eating utensils - you name it - was there. The master suite was perfect; air conditioned, walk-in spacious shower, and plenty of room. Our four adult children, and their spouses, had plenty of room as well. And the garage had plenty of beach equipment, chairs, bikes, and scooters. The second fridge in the garage was helpful as well. Just thoroughly enjoyed this house; it provided a great space to relax after our excursions and beach visits. Highly recommend!

This trip is ourfirst time going Hawaii. We were having 2nd thoughts on using VRBO since we have a big family...we decided to just go for it.. We came across this property....and OHHHH MAAAANN....so glad that we did! Such a wonderful property to stay in if you have large family! Everything you need is in the house. The property is really clean and you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Although its far from the location where all the activities are...but man you wont regret staying inthis property...it really feels like you are in Hawaii....backyard has a superb view of the mountains! Ohhh...just excellent. Just make sure to reach out to the host before 5pm because you will.not get an answer til the next day. Thats the only bad part but not a bad experience at all with the host. If you message during normal working hours you will get reaponse right away. Otherwise....I would recommend this property to everyone who is looking for cozy VRBO....We Loved it!!!!! Mahalo!
