This Island Front Home has been recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout. This luxury four-bedroom private retreat features an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, counter-height seating, dining area, and living room with a 55" Smart TV and breathtaking mountain views.
The fully appointed modern kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a dedicated coffee station for your morning brew. Bedrooms are styled with crisp linens, plush pillows, and premium bed coverings, while bathrooms are stocked with luxurious EO products for a spa-like experience. The primary suite offers a private en-suite with a tiled dual shower, walk-in closet, and Smart HDTV.
Enjoy a spacious living room, an additional upstairs family room with a pull-out queen bed, laundry area, private patio with dining furniture, hot tub, Wi-Fi, and garage or driveway parking for up to four vehicles total. Driveway and garage parking only; no street-side or lawn parking.

The open concept great room and patio worked perfectly for our family.
Very nice house in a beautiful neighborhood. Pretty easy access to everything. House had everything we needed. Two minor complaints: ran out of toilet tissue and paper towels and dishwasher did not work. But i would stay there again. Really liked everything over all.
Great place
Overall we enjoyed our stay in Princeville. The location is great and the house came with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family and a beautiful view from the upstairs balcony. We had a problem with the microwave during our stay and the host was very responsive to assist in fixing the issue. However, I will say this home needs a deep clean. While the home was cleaned prior to our arrival, the house appears to receive a lot of wear and tear which is evident by the wear on the furniture and the overall cleanliness of the home.
Overall had a great experience. The property is very clean and very spacious. Instructions for check in and out were very clear and simple. The house was a easy walk from the Queens bath, and a short drive to Hanalei bay. It is less than a five minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The house was well stocked and very quiet. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Kauai.
The house is fine (but not great). The low rating is primarily due to poor management. Broken AC the entire 12 day trip; sending workers to the house unannounced (excuse each time = “we were just informed”); termite infestation indoors; inoperable dishwasher. Management was terrible, told me 3 times they’d “make it up to us” but never did. Full of excuses and no action. There are hundreds of properties in the area. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
