Nihilani Family Condo 3A, Townhome Style 2-car Garage, Bonus Den

Beautiful place.

Stayed with 7 adults and 1 baby. The condo was perfect for our group. The A/C was cold, kitchen was fully stocked, and garage had all the beach gear we needed. Location was very safe and quiet, close to Princeville center and Hanalei. I highly recommend this home and would definitely be back!

We faced many issues as soon as we entered in the property.* Jacn n Jill Bathroom lock was non functional creating privacy issues.* Fan was not working in one room.* Bathroom window was almost rotten(possible mold).* Towels were having weird smell.* Coffee machine was so dirty that looked never been washed.* Pans had grease on then which looked like was not washed.* Patio screen was completely torn, bugs could easily come inside.* Some of the blinds in the living room/near main door were broken/missing adding privacy concerns* Hair dryer was gross(very dirty and sticky)* Dining chairs had lots of white stains* bed frame was wobling and has lots of noise* Many furnitures had visible dust layer* Overall hygiene was not maintained* one toilet started overflowing on the last day which had to be plunged.* We initially requested to fix the lock and fan but repairs were made next day but still the lock was not fixed.Above are the most pressing issues along with other minors ones.We are extremely dissapointed with the stay and would never book with vacation reality ever.

The property was better than photos! Absolutely perfect for our group. The pool was amazing and proximity to all the things was so convenient. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo if a nice, safe neighborhood. Short drive to Hanalei and the surrounding beaches and trails. Plenty of beach toys and equipment for use. Very nice accomodations, clean and comfortable. Close to the golf course and nice area to walk around. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. We did 4 nights on the south island and 3 nights here on the north side and loved being able to see both sides of the island. Highly recommend!!

This was in a perfect location and I plan to visit again. Each room provided beach towels. The garage parking was quite the perk. The garage was filled with all the things you need for the beach including beach chairs, snorkeling gear sunblock, and surfboards. My daughter learned to surf on her own. The built in “rooster alarms” woke us up bright and early so we could beat the crowds. The landscaping and condos were beautifully nestled into the neighborhood. The neighbors were a delight.

Had a very pleasant stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Overall, a great experience.

The condo needs to be gone through. The air conditioning wasn’t working. The WiFi wasn’t working so the TV wasn’t working. The fan in the bedroom didn’t work. The two lamps in the bedroom were not plugged in and couldn’t be reached. The bathroom louvers are rotted and black. The box in the garage has wires hanging out and is a mess. The screen door is ripped so it does no good to keep it shut. The stove you can’t read any of the numbers so you don’t know how hot your burners are. The outside area is beautiful and pool area is beautiful.

The house was clean and spacious. We really appreciated the beach stuff. Loved the area and the community pool/hot tub.

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Another incredible stay at Nihilani for our August Hawaii yoga, meditation, surf retreat here at home on Kaua’i. I’ve led dozens of small group yoga and surf retreats at Nihilani and time and time again, it’s like returning home. Thank you for another wonderful stay.

We found the property exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the garage area with boogie boards, snorkel equipment and toys.

The home was generally clean which is very important for us traveling with a baby and toddler. There were noticeable areas of the home such as the guest bathroom window, downstairs screen door, and missing fire alarms that require replacement due to wear and tear I presume and safety concerns with the missing fire alarms. The home's central air condition was not working during our stay; however, the management team included window units that kept certain areas of the home cool but unfortunately the units were very loud. The home was stocked with all the amenities for our family to enjoy our time at the beach which was nice. It did rain the first day we arrived so having access to a garage to park in was great to unload our groceries and luggage into the home, we rarely used the front door access. Overall, our stay was okay but we would reconsider booking again due to the central air condition not working.

Everything about the place was amazing. The only thing I would say is it could stand to have some more plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc. other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

We stayed here with our family while my son was getting married. The house was gorgeous, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. We had one issue with the A/C not keeping up but the property managers helped us to resolve it. I love that there were beach items in the garage we were allowed to borrow and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, etc. I can't wait to come back!

The condo was clean, well stocked, had plenty of space, very comfortable, and the pool/jacuzzi was fantastic. It's just a few minutes to Hanelei Bay, which was our favorite thing in the area.As far as area, there doesn't seem to be as many restaurants/ shopping as the south shore, or maybe we just didn't know where to look. And we kept having to drive to the south shore for different adventure tours we had booked (and the traffic jams/low speed limits are no joke). But the north shore is SO beautiful. It's a real toss up!

Other than that, it was very quiet. Beautiful pool and hot tub that our kids loved. We also LOVED the extras that were provided - boogie boards, beach towels, swim noodles, sand buckets, beach umbrella, snorkeling equipment. We would highly recommend this property and would give it more than five stars if we could.

I read some of the other reviews and not sure why this wasn’t all rated 5 stars from the others. It’s a great place. We loved it!

Hi, I stayed there for 5 days however whatever the instruction was provided in email and it is actually there in laminated paper sheet was completely incorrect. Such as wifi user name and password was incorrect. Swimming pool timing was not mentioned. Garage entrance code was incorrect. They have mentioned to reach out to them within 24 hrs, however we reached out in 10-12 hrs. Still our all below problems did not resolved until we checked out and even owner Kristin and Vacation Realty Hawaii company on call support lady was so rude. Here is the list of problems then decide will you choose this? 1) Towels and napkins were dirty and some of them napkins was still in dryer not even properly folded 2) Half bathroom was dirty and was not cleaned properly and sands on the floor. Before us previous renter who stayed there after house was not cleaned at all. 3) Dishes, bowls, and in kitchen plastic storage containers were dirty and not washed properly. Also garbage bag was there. 4) Many of the electric power adapters and including lights were not working 5) Upstair Jack n' Jill(common) bathroom we can't close and lock properly so very risky to go to washroom as it was common bathroom between two rooms. Just think if you go for shower or restroom how you ensure your self you are safe? 6) Master bedroom and other bedroom side table lamps were not working 7) Dirty towels and napkins basket still in master bedroom closet which was not cleaned and somebody kept there.
