This place is amazing. The view could not be better! You see the view looking outside and it's reflected in the mirrors. The unit was so beautifully decorated and so clean and well appointed with everything you could need. We will definitely be back. I cried when we left!

Great spot in great location. Walking “literally” next door to Coconut Marketplace and Lava Lava Beach Club was awesome!! Great views and great pool with nice little (seemingly) private beach. Place was perfect for the two of us with plenty of kitchen stuff.

Host very responsive. Lovely view on balcony, super clean, nice furnishings and decorated island theme. Lava Lava restaurant next door. Very close to Coconut Grove shopping area.

Wonderful home just steps from the ocean! Amazing views from the back deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. Only challenge is it is on the 3rd floor so you have to go up 4 flights of stairs with heavy luggage. The location made up for the climb.

This unit had absolutely everything you would need and the view can’t be beat. Walk a few steps to a beautiful sparkling pool and a few steps further to a beach that was never crowded. Sit on the sand or grass and enjoy the waves. Bed was super comfortable and the unit will decorated and stocked. They even have beach supplies in balcony storage. We hope to stay here again next year!

This has to be the most immaculate condo we have ever stayed in through a VRBO owner. The management team and I were in constant contact before and during our stay. The kitchen has every appliance amenity you could ask for, which is great if you are a foodie. The dual air conditioning in the unit is definitely needed. Kauai is the wettest island of all the Hawaian islands so the humidity level is always close to 100%. The ladies will appreciate not having to deal with humidity in the condo while doing their hair or getting ready for dinner. The view from the lanai is unmatched and breathtaking. This condo is an overall 10 stars!

The unit was well-stocked with all the necessary items. The A/C worked very well. The view was amazing! The furnishings in the unit are cozy and make us feel at home. The location was perfect for us.

A beautiful view of the water with the sounds of the waves in the background (or should I say foreground). Very comfortable condo. The beach was right outside the complex. Coconut Grove Market, the Lava Lava Club just a short walk away. Your hosts are phenomenal. Any issues that might arise (even before arriving) they are right on top of it. I would highly recommend staying here.

It was the most beautiful place we have ever stayed, inside the condo and the views outside. It was very comfortable, quiet and the coconut marketplace was extremely close and convenient for all our needs.

Beautiful penthouse! Unit was on the 3rd floor no elevator thats the only issue getting luggage up the steps and just going up and down several times. But the wood furniture and the bamboo were gorgeous. They had every appliance, and bbq pit available. Lanai, is where we had our coffee each morning watching and listening to the ocean. The access to the beach took two minutes to walk there. Pool was nice on property. We walked to a restaurant right behind us each night for food and live music.

Great experience! 15 minutes from airport, walking distance to Coconut Marketplace. This time of year the Lae Nani beach can have a bit stronger waves, but there is a calm tide pool on the property where you can enjoy. Place itself is very charming and comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo with a beautiful view. It was clean and quiet and the location was perfect to walk to the markets and other sites.

We have stayed at Lae Nani for many years and this unit for the past 5 (or 6...I lose track). It is our favorite. We love the view and location plus the unit set up and furnishing is very nice.

Overall this property was 10/10! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Everything about our stay was very smooth and comfortable. Close to restaurants and Safeway but secluded in its own right.

Lae Nani was an awesome place, spacious, well equipped with all amenities and very clean. It is at a great location and steps from the beach. The community is very peaceful and clean. The hosts respond quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

What a great place to stay—truly the perfect location. The beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores are all within easy walking distance. Plus, it’s centrally located on the island, which made it super convenient for day trips to both the North Shore and Poipu Beach.The condo itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed, soft pillows, and even a sound machine (which I personally loved!). The AC worked well, and the view from the condo was beautiful.The host was very responsive. The Keurig was broken when we arrived, but there were two other coffee makers available—and by the next day, a brand-new Keurig had already been delivered. Great service!If I had to mention one downside, there was a bit of nearby construction, but we were usually out hiking before sunrise and only noticed it when we tried to sneak in an afternoon nap. But honestly, who needs a nap in paradise?We would absolutely stay here again!

The place was excellent. Great view, wonderful bed, beautiful decor (including the glowing tiki sculpture) and comfortable furniture. Couldn’t have been better, except for maybe the slider screen that needs some help. We will definitely come back someday.Mahalo

Excellent condo. Many appliances like an air fryer, great coffee maker and use of all the beech items. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will be back again.

The Condo is lovely - well decorated and a kitchen fully equipped. Great view of the ocean and mountains across the bay. Lovely grounds and easy access to a walking path along the shore. Was in a very convenient location. Manager was attentive and quick to respond to questions.

This unit is a gem. Top floor end-unit with A/C throughout if you need it. Nicely furnished and the view is unsurpassed. Quiet yet convenient to the farmer's market, shops and restaurants.

This was our second stay in Amber’s condo. It has a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Nicely decorated and the air conditioner is great when needed.We hope to stay there again.My only suggestion is that she purchase a few more dishes . Then we wouldn’t have to run the dishwasher half empty. Mahalo

Absolutely gorgeous view and property grounds. Very convenient to lots of great food and easy drive to other parts of the island. Unit could be upgraded a bit. Specifically cushions on both living room and on lanai furniture sink in the middle and need cleaning. Most decorations lovely tropical but probably need replacing due to age. Nice and clean.

My second time to Kauai, location and amenities were perfect for us.

The grounds are beautiful, as is the condo we stayed in. We had a stunning view of the ocean, which we enjoyed from our deck overlooking the pool and grounds. Everything was absolutely lovely! The bed is comfortable, both air conditioning units worked wonderfully in both the living room and the bedroom. They were so appreciated when the offshore hurricane made it too windy to leave the windows open. Our only complaint, which is very small, is that there are only four plates and four dinner forks in the kitchen. There are plenty of cups, glasses, spoons and knives, but having only a limited number of plates and forks became a daily annoyance. We hand washed the forks and bought paper plates so we didn't have to run an almost empty dishwasher every day. This is a luxury condo, and we felt having an adequate supply of dishes should be expected.

We absolutely loved our stay in Kauai!! The condo was PERFECT for us! We appreciated having A/C in the main living room and a separate A/C for the bedroom. The weather was beautiful but it is humid. Being on the East Shore is super convenient. We ate several times next door at Lava Lava! Food, drinks and service were top-notch with live entertainment daily (though ends at 9:00). Kauai is unbelievably gorgeous, with an abundance of beautiful landscape and birds. If nightlife is important to you-Kauai may not be the place for you. Things close up @9/10. We didn't care because our days were so full! One recommendation to anyone: Get the "Revealed Kauai" app!! I truly can not recommend enough. It is GPS guided and it was like we had our own personal tour guide in our car!! FULL of interesting information as well as restaurant and shopping recommendations. We used in addition to the book. We cancelled several tours I had booked once we realized how comprehensive the app was! We could go at our own pace-seeing what was important to us. The condo was a perfect place to come home and wake up to every day!!! We WILL be back!

The is a beautiful unit with a great view in an exceptional property. This was our fourth stay in this unit and we have already booked it again for next year.

Quiet, beautiful property and condo. Centrally located. The Lanai with its ocean view was our favorite place to hang out. Kitchen perfect. Bed comfortable. Shower spacious. Will be back next year if they’ll have us.

We loved the property outside. It was well maintained and our condominium has a great view of the pool and ocean. All amenities were great in the condo. The only negative thing I have to say is the cleanliness of the condo. It appeared only the bed was changed and dishes done. There was a ton of dust and the floor was not swept. I’m not sure what cleaning company is being used but I would re evaluate using them for sure. All in all I would book it again.

Central location

We had a wonderful stay at Lae nani. The grounds are immaculate. It was easy to access all areas of the island for day trips. We would highly recommend staying here.

This condo was exactly what we needed for a week in Kauai. It is a great location. We did not need to drive far to get to Poipu in the south or Princeville in the north. The lanai gives you a great view of the ocean, allowing you to listen to the waves crashing as you enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the evening. The grounds are very well maintained. The pool is very nice. And the community is very quiet. The Property manager of the condo was very responsive with my questions better our trip. We couldnt have asked for a better experience.

My stay was even better than imagined. You really are very close to the ocean and it's incredibly quiet and peaceful. It was so nice that my mom and I chose to spend most of our time on the patio listening to the birds and waves. We even saw a few cardinals! At night, we really enjoyed seeing the stars and the pool, which was softly lit in a beautiful blue tone. The pool light shuts off around 10pm, and that's when you can really see the stars. Kauai is known for its beauty, so choosing to spend quite a bit of time here says a lot. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. We plan to stay here again very soon!

This was a trip with a good friend of mine for a relaxing week. The property fit our needs well and we loved the close walking proximity to the coconut marketplace and restaurants

We couldn't have been happier with the stay. The decor made us feel like we were really in Hawaii and we thought it was one of the best units in the space. Unbelievable view, and such a relaxing, quiet community.

We had issues accessing the property due to an incorrect code, which took a while to resolve with the property owner. The accommodation was lovely with an outstanding view, walking distance to shops and restaurants - a huge bonus. Some areas of the property were dusty and the lanai hadn't been cleaned. Overall, the quality of the furnishings, etc was outstanding. Although this was low season there was an extremely high number of families on resort with noisy, badly behaved children particularly in the pool. Owners we spoke to were shocked at the number of children and their behaviour. In spite of this we thoroughly enjoyed our week on Kaua'i.

We have been vacationing at Lae Nani for over 30 years. Amber’s condo is one of the best units. It is nicely styled, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach toys, clean and A/C. The lanai view is outstanding! We were given a local contact number, if needed. Only recommendations I have is the replacement of the of the beach chairs and bedroom pillows. We are looking forward to our stay next year.

Absolutely beautiful view of the ocean from the patio. Quiet grounds, somewhat secluded beach. Condo is in immaculate condition. I would stay here again!
